We went to Prescott for a few days to escape the heat in the Phoenix area. Our stay was very enjoyable - the home was exactly as described and very comfortable- close in to the square, nice and quiet neighborhood, and very responsive hosts!!

Old historical neighborhood. Very pleasant.
Very clean
Better lighting needed for reading in bedrooms and living room.

Great place to stay while we enjoyed our anniversary in Prescott with our two pups. Very clean and welcoming. Everything you need and more in the kitchen. I want to point out to dog owners that while the front is fenced, the front door doesn’t directly open into the yard. It’s only about 5’ away but with reactive dogs like ours, we had to leash them to get to the yard. A lot of foot traffic and people walking dogs, they were all so friendly and welcoming, such a great town. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Sara!

Charming home in historical Prescott, with beautiful design features as well as modern appliances. Kitchen is well stocked and immaculately organized. Central heat and air make the home very comfortble. Nice back yard patio, too. We look forward to making this place our go-to getaway location.

The house is close to downtown and a great walking neighborhood. It was very clean and well equipped with a nice decor and outside seating area. Loved that our dog could stay with us. Thanks for nice stay while we had some needed repairs done in our house in Prescott.

Great location, nice clean accommodations (a little dust here and there but no biggee), and very affordable in a somewhat expensive town. Sara was a very responsive and good host.

Such a cute house. Lots of original charm and updates in all the right places. Nicely stocked kitchen. Easy check out rules. Quiet location, but super close to downtown. Front yard is great for small dogs, but my larger dog was right over the fence (obviously she wanted to explore more of Prescott). No worries, there is a fenced dog run on the side of the house. Easy drive to do the Sedona and Jerome loop. We got blessed with late Spring snowfall which was wonderful!

Easy stay. No troubles

Not only as it a super cute house, it was also super clean! There was an initial issue with entering the house as the lock was not accepting the code, but after my 3rd attempt, the owner immediately contacted me and resolved the issue expeditiously. I wish we could have stayed longer as it was a great location as well.

This is a cute, clean, sweet, comfortable house. Had everything we needed. It’s snowed while we were there and we wished our grandkids could have been with us to play in the snow on the property. The streets in the neighborhood have beautiful historical homes. It was a great street for a stroll, even in the snow. Super close to town but feels far away from the noise, etc. Nice clean towels, comfy sheets and comforter, great shower, well stocked kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living room and great TV. Convenient parking. Host very responsive. We will return and may also rent the adjoining property to accommodate more family members to join us in Prescott.

This is the second time staying at this home. We enjoyed it so much the first time we decided to come back again and bring family members. Everything is well maintained and nice extras are provided... like coffee makers, snacks, books and magazines to make our stay enjoyable.

My husband, our dog, and myself stayed at this cozy little home to surprise my Dad on Christmas Day. We loved it the minute we walked inside. Very warm and inviting. Lots of room. Nice kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood, and plenty of parking in the back. Short driving distance to downtown Prescott and Whisky Row. We definitely want to stay here again. I highly recommended this place.

This was our first visit to Prescott. Quiet neighborhood with close access to downtown. We walked our dogs around the neighborhood. Everyone in the area was friendly and waved.
The curb when you pull into the house is a little steep. We are glad we brought our truck and not my car that is very low to the ground. Host is very responsive. Would recommend this place for anyone visiting Prescott.

The Home was clean, charming & comfortable. The owners keep the place up inside & out. Parking behind the home is spacious & we felt the neighborhood safe. The beds were comfortable for a good nights sleep after a long day sightseeing. Loved the neighborhood as it is older & interesting & enjoyed it while walking our dog. The Home is close to the Town Square, can walk to it but feel most would drive. Easy drive to a lot of Hikes in Prescott area. We enjoyed the ease of driving to Jerome. We enjoyed the 1.5 Hr Walking Tour of Jerome as it explains the history of how & why Jerome exists. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Kitchen had everything you need for meals at home. Check in was a breeze. We would love to come stay in the warmer weather when we can enjoy the pleasant backyard. We highly recommend this home ! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

My wife and I have been going to Prescott every summer for a week or two. Our stay at Sara and Robs place this year was excellent. Their house is very homey and had everything we needed. I enjoyed a wonderful Father’s Day too, with two of my children coming to visit and my son bringing his son for a night. We also met Rob wombs was very personable and showed us the adjoining property for future reference, which was also very nice.

We were able to, and very glad to meet our nice and gracious hosts Sara and Robert. We loved the house, and all the effort and attention they have put into it. Great location!

No matter how quaint or nice locations/homes may look in photos you never really know until you walk through the door. We were really happy! It was clean and neat, kitchen had needed appliances, bedrooms had needed pillows and blankets, and bathroom had needed linens and hair dryer.Yay! Plus the refrigerator already full of ice. Yay! The TV was confusing but large enough to be enjoyed. The yard was nice and off-road parking was great. Neighborhood was very nice and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and your place really contributed greatly to our enjoyment. A few suggestions. We went through house and tested all switches to determine what was what. It would have been awesome to have diagram under the block of switches identifying each switch. Some didn’t work? Some we couldn’t figure out. lol We loved the extra door between laundry room and back going outside screen door. We have new rescue dog going through training. This was nice added security. Also yard was quite nice but we really needed a totally fenced yard. The dog runner is useless. The back entrance gate could not be opened without lots of muscle! I would get rid of gate and add few pots of flowers alongside house. Also the distance was further than anticipated and not really conducive to walking back and forth multiple times. However it was not inconvenient to drive. It was just “minutes”from everything we needed and everywhere we went. It was The perfect little gem! Loved it. Thank you!
