The open concept living room is centered around an 85" 4K smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Whether you host a family reunion or grab something fast before the next adventure. This kitchen won't disappoint. There are two dining areas with enough space to seat 12 people.
Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed south facing pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.
Garage has been converted to a game room with a pool table, foosball table, 75-inch TV with PS5 for all of your entertainment needs.
Three bedrooms on the main level consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites and a Marvel themed room with a full and twin loft bed.
On the top level there is a princess themed room with a castle bunk bed for your little princesses plus a rollaway twin bed, and a queen bedroom with a full bathroom right outside the hallway.

Very nice neighborhood pool and hot tub was wonderful. Community pool was beautiful with slide for the kids. Wendy the property management was very responsive. Will definitely come again.

My family and I stayed 7 nights - the experience wasn’t great. We would not book this home again. It is beautiful and in a fantastic location - both to the neighborhood waterpark and to the Disney parks. However, the communication from the property manager is very poor - I attempted contact with them 3 times (twice via email, and once over text) within the week prior to our stay inquiring about adding another night, and was ignored. Upon arrival at the 4pm check in time, the home was still being cleaned, and had to wait in the driveway for 30 minutes. The dishwasher was broken, and I was told this was a known issue - it would have been nice to know! My family spent our vacation handwashing dishes 3 times a day in the small sink for 12 people. The house was dirty. Carpet stains, old Cheetos and cereal under the chairs in the media room, and hair along the bathroom floors. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The pool and hot tub barely pumped any water, resulting in cloudy and bug filled water surrounded by uneven tile waiting for you to stub your toes. The grill igniter is flawed, resulting in an unplanned expensive pizza night. Most concerning of all, the front door doesn’t lock unless you are inside, so we were able to deadbolt it before sleeping, but our possessions were left for anyone to walk in and steal when we were away during the day. I knew it was useless to say anything, given how poor the communication had been already. I have video of it all.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our daughter and son-in-law and 3 grandchildren. We have stayed at other properties in Windsor hills and have always been pleased as we were here. Owner was responsive to our last minute visitor requests and the overall community accommodations were fantastic.
My only request is that basic necessities such as toilet paper, trash bags, dish liquid etc be provided in ample quantities to accommodate a group that would occupy a 5 bedroom home.
Otherwise a great stay and owner. The place had every appliance you would need and the pool and hot tub were fantastic.
We would absolutely stay there again.

We had a great time in Florida and loved staying in this beautiful home. It was a great place to come home to after a long day at the convention center. Traffic was bad to and from but maybe when the construction is finished it will be better. Loved the pool and hot tub and even had the team over for a cookout! The waterpark and community pool was awesome as well! Didn’t make it to the playground but it looked like lots of fun too! Thanks for having us! 😁

Truly a wonderful experience at this home. Very close to Disney; 15 minutes max. The pool was so nice to have after being at the parks all day. The home itself is very spacious and we loved that each bedroom has their own bathroom. I would highly recommend this house for families looking for a lot of space with close proximity to Disney. We are hoping to come back again in the future!

We were a multi generational family of 9 and we truly enjoyed this rental home, particularly the proximity to all the parks. The configuration was well suited for our group. We enjoyed the pool as well as the water park located within the complex. Check in and check out were very easy and the instructions very clear. The only suggestions for future guests would be to purchase additional paper products, dish soap and dishwasher pods. I would also recommend that you bring your own toiletries as they were available in limited quantities. There are many restaurants and stores in the general vicinity and that was an extra convenience. We highly recommend this rental unit for your Disney family vacation.

We loved this house! It was the best house we’ve stayed in while visiting Disney. It was beautiful inside, had everything we needed including a lot of towels, a heated pool, good kitchen supplies and lots of space. It’s in a great neighborhood and really close to the parks!

Our stay at Windsor Hills was great. A very short ride to Disney and lots of choices for nearby restaurants. There is even a super Walmart just a short drive away. The best thing about our stay however was the house itself. We were very pleased about how clean everything was and the decorating and kitchen and bathrooms are a cut above what we have encountered with other rentals. Whoever decorated the living/dining/kitchen area did an amazing job. It made staying in the home so much more pleasant! We can honestly say there was nothing in the whole house including the game room that we didn’t like. Our family had a great time and are looking forward to renting next fall for our next getaway

My family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) had an amazing stay this past October. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils, there were plenty of towels, and enough starter paper products to get us through the first few days. The location was great and we all enjoyed the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

The highlight of our stay in Kissimmee was this lovely home in Windsor Hills. The house is exactly as pictured and very clean and inviting. I loved the decor, especially the stunning lighting fixtures throughout the house. I've rented many homes through VRBO but none that had a kitchen as well stocked as this one. Tons of dishes, pots & pans, utensils, drinkware, and every appliance you can imagine. This is a big deal to me because I prefer to cook rather than eat out. the home is in a gated community, very safe, and close to many shops and restaurants. We didn't visit the onsite water park but it's right near the front gate and looked to be lots of fun, although more suited to younger kids. I would highly recommend this property to anyone considering it. You won't be disappointed.

The house look clean, fully equipped but after one night stay found 2 coach rocks in the game room and one in the kitchen and one in the bedroom near the entrance . Location is very closed to Disney and Walmart ,

Had a great stay at this property. Overall had 12 family members stay and all slept comfortably. Having all the baby/children accessories was huge and beneficial when going to the parks. Close proximity to parks and 192 which was great. Definitely will recommend to stay at this location and stay again if opportunity presented itself. Also the on-site pool and water park is a great change up from a park day to relax.

Overall it was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and very clean. Pool was very nice. Loved the game room. We really could have used some ziplock bags or press and seal in the kitchen. Having those items is my only recommendation.

Me and my group of twelve stayed at this beutiful and well equipped villa for 15 nights. Everything was as described and the property met all our expectations. The check-in/check-out process was easy and the communication with the owner was perfect. We ordered a bbq grill that was to small for our group. I contacted the owner and got bigger one the next day, well done.
I would reccomend this home anytime for people who wants to have a good family vacation at the wonderful Windsor Hills community.

Overall, we absolutely loved the home! It was beautiful and accommodated all 10 of us very well. The check in and out process was very easy and smooth. The property manager was very responsive during our stay. We will definitely book this home again if we come back to Orlando.

The house was exactly as the photos. It was clean , in a safe community, and had a bathroom for each bedroom. That’s a plus when traveling with a large group. We found the house comfortable, with most of the things we needed. My only suggestion would be to ditch the tiny bars of soap and get shampoo, conditioner, and body soap dispensers.

This was a great family vacation spot. Fit 6 adults and 4 kids (ages 8 mos to 13 years) very nicely. Generally quiet (not a lot of noise travelled through walls and doors - which has been a big issue for us in other rentals in the past!) which was SO nice. LOTS of bathrooms, which is great! Kitchen well equipped. Kids and baby items well equipped. Pool and hot tub were great! And the community pool was a blast, too! Host was quick to respond and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay! Oh and the location is great for shopping, dining and Disney!

The check-in process was a little aggy after traveling 8 hrs. It would help if check-in was before 4pm. The space was very clean, towels, cooking essentials, everything u needed was there including strollers and high chairs. The properties’ ammenities was an added bonus for the kiddos!!

Just returned from a week's stay in this property - the house is very roomy and comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out - we were a family of 8 (3 couples and 2 little girls). Theme rooms are super cute, house is nicely decorated and very clean. Close to all the parks. Highly recommend.

This home was exactly what we needed! The layout of the home was perfect - comfortable beds for everyone! The space was great for eating together, playing games and relaxing in the pool. The home was very clean and the extra kitchen appliances were a treat! Can’t wait to come back again next year.
