Amazing property perfect for our family of 8 to visit and explore GNP and the surrounding areas

The place is truly a hidden gem and a must stay if you are hiking glacier. The owners were very easy and enjoyable to deal with. I definitely will be back. Thank you!

Beautiful property. Large open gathering areas. Great location. I was a little worried that it would be too remote. That wasn’t a problem. The internet service was great. We did not miss being able to stream videos or text/call. I almost didn’t want to leave the cabin. It was so nice and cozy. We even were able to see the Northern lights! I’m glad we stayed in Essex as we spent most of our time on the East side of Glacier, even though we were technically closer to the west. Loved the little extra things. Huckleberry pancake mix was a fun surprise. Everything in the description was spot on except I think 10 people would not fit comfortably if at all. All in all it’s a great place, great location, great hosts. We’d love to stay here again. Maybe in the winter. There’s a great path right by the cabin. Didn’t see any bears. Saw a deer. Heard lots of birds. Loved being surrounded by pine trees. Absolutely gorgeous.

A beautiful house in a beautiful location. Plenty of space for everyone, well stocked kitchen if making your own meals, and a great quiet spot if you have spent a busy day in the park. The owner's communication was great with directions and grocery stores. When going to Glacier National Park you must see each side of the park and so this is thr perfect to stay to do that.

We had a great time. Property was very clean and well equipped for our adult family of 4 couples. Access to the West entrance to Glacier NP was about 30 to 40 Minutes -- the East Side was about 50 minutes to an hour. Sounds like long drives but unless you stay in the park you can expect similar drives from most properties. Jennifer the host was very accommodating providing us access to some coolers, additional bear spray and even a blow up mattress. Highly recommend this property.

This is a great place to stay! Excellent location right off Highway 2 with close access to either of the main park entrances. It is clean, well furnished, has lots of room, and a great yard. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished we had even more time!

The house was very comfortable with the best stocked kitchen as far as condiments, flour, sugar, coffee and of course pots, pans. This is the only property I’ve ever stayed at that had a blender and a slow cooker in the kitchen as well. Great amenities! My daughter is a chef so we were all set for meals. Furniture was very comfy and we had lots of room to hang out.

We used this cabin as our home base for visiting park. It was a good location (about 25 min) between the west and east entrance. The grounds are lush with pines and you can walk a few steps to see the River from above. The hosts were responsive and so helpful! I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Great Family Space
The cabin was well furnished, clean and comfortable. We (family of 7 adults) gathered around the firepit every evening after hiking and enjoyed the cool nights. The cabin is perfectly situated between west and east Glacier NP, offering options for everyone. We would certainly stay here again if we are come back to GNP!
