Imagine waking up to amazing sunrises over the gulf and enjoying the colorful skies at sunset right from your private, spacious patio. This top floor, vaulted ceiling condo has everything you need! Fully functional kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining table plus a spacious living area with a 70" tv, private washer & dryer. The complex has a pool, hot tub, boat/trailer parking (great condo for people wanting to SCALLOP!) private pier and private beaches. It’s the perfect location as it's about 0.5 - 1 mile to all the local restaurants, shops, bars, parks, etc! Cedar Key is the perfect place for anyone to visit from individuals to couples to families! There's something for everyone on the island!
Please note, guests must be able to climb stairs. There are no elevators in the complex. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit, on the front or back porch. However, you can smoke in permitted places throughout the complex. Please be sure any trash is disposed properly.
THE SPACE
Kitchen - A fully functional kitchen and is stocked with all the essentials from making coffee in the morning to preparing home cooked meals. You can be cooking a meal while enjoying the views of the gulf! It includes a dishwasher, oven, range, microwave and refrigerator. It's stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, drinking glasses, silverware, baking dishes, tupperware, dish towels and more!
Deck/Patio- Everything is great, but this may be the star of the show! Enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from your large and private deck with unobstructed views of the gulf. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on the lounge chairs and take in the views from dolphin and bird watching to clam boats whizzing by. We installed a new fan for your comfort.
Bedrooms- There are 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have been recently updated with fresh paint, decor, linens, fans and furniture. The primary has a king sized bed. The other room has a queen sized bed.
Bathrooms - There are 2 full bathrooms. One is an en-suite in the primary bedroom. Both bathrooms have been recently renovated! They include a vanity with storage, and tub/shower combo. We also include towels and hair dryer for your use.
Common Area- There is a dining table with seating for 4, and there are also barstools for additional seating under the counter in the kitchen. The living room has plenty of room for relaxing and watching the new 70 inch tv! WiFi and Spectrum are provided through the HOA and are available to you. You can use the dining room table as a workspace, if needed.
Laundry Room- There is a full size washer and dryer inside the unit.
Grounds- We have everything, and more! There is a pool and hot tub which you can enter by using a code. There's also boat trailer parking that's free for you to use during your stay (the boat ramp is less than 0.5 miles away). On the bayou side, there is a private pier, beach and fish cleaning station. On the gulf side of the property, there is a small private beach where you can launch your kayak. **Please be aware that hurricane season is June to November. It is important to stay informed by monitoring weather reports and following any instructions from authorities. Severe weather can lead to additional risks, such as power outages, water or sewer disruptions, and impassable roads. We also encourage you to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy and review information from the City of Cedar Key & Florida Disaster Org prior to booking.

This was our first time in Cedar Keys, FL. It was like something out of the movies. Everyone was so nice. The weather was beautiful. We lost count of how many dolphins we saw from our balcony and while on the beach. The beds were very comfortable! This is coming from someone that’s had two back surgeries. We highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet get away! We do recommend reserving a golf cart though. It makes it much easier to get anrou and it was nice on the really hot days.

We so enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day …very clean , comfortable bed & the view is very peaceful & tranquil. We loved watching the dolphin & birds … love the old Florida feel of Cedar Key … look forward to next time

This is an awesome place to stay. The location is perfect to walk everywhere. The view…WOW. Sitting on the deck and watching dolphins and birds was great. The sunrise each morning is spectacular! The unit is updated, clean, and beautiful. Great communication with the owner.

Loved our stay here. everything was easy and convenient. condo is clean, updated, and well stocked/organized. View from balcony is amazing. For those with limited mobility the condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator access.

The property was clean, orderly and had everything we needed plus coffee, snacks, etc.it was beautifully decorated and relaxing. We enjoyed exploring the island, cooking in the kitchen, trying the restaurants and shops. I loved watching the dolphins play below from the balcony, they were there very often during our stay. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Thanks for the rest and relaxation! Thanks Jenny for being attentive and responding quickly to any questions we had, the cleaning crew was excellent which added to our relaxation!

Beautiful property. Condo was clean and had everything we needed (including a couple of beach chairs). The view was amazing, we so enjoyed watching the dolphin family playing in the water right out in front of the deck. Took a boat tour of the islands, was a great time. Lots of activities for those that like to fish, bike around. Was awesome to just unplug from all electronics and relax!

Beautifully decorated and appointed. Amazing view, clean pool, quiet, easy access to everything. It’s great to be on top, but the 3 stories of stairs several times a day are a killer on the knees!

Nice view from the balcony. Spotlessly clean. Close enough to walk to almost everything. (Everything if you are young and a real hiker.) A very nice man rents golf carts right outside of the condos. I give him 5 stars too. If your stay is short, I suggest getting a cart. The restaurants are terrific, and the prices are reasonable. The crab dip from "83" is the best thing ever. I suggest your dinners be a tour of all the restaurants with a drink and an appetizer to split at each one. It might take you two nights if you are a lightweight. Most of the guests and residents seem to be 50+, but we did see a few young families at the nearby park. Cedar Key is so relaxing. It is NOT Disney World, nor is it a beach with a raging nightlife. It is a place to just relax, enjoy and feel no pressure to do anything. Perfect!

Our stay in this beautiful condo was just perfect! We couldn't have been more thrilled with the comfort and cleanliness of this space. We had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We stayed for a week and found total relaxation and refreshment. We spent each morning with our coffee watching the breathtaking sunrise over the water. Each evening we finished our day watching the birds go to roost and dolphins play. We even saw 2 babies! Jenny was incredible to work with. I highly recommend this incredible space!

We’ve stayed in Cedar Key multiple times before -all amazing experiences, but this view …. Unbelievable! It was exactly what we had in mind for a quick girls trip. The condo is beautiful and very comfortable.

Pros:
Great views, very quiet, and plenty of space indoors and outside. Sunny walk to loads of quaint spots and the local folks were amazing! Check-in and out were very easy.
Cons:
Some furniture needs updating; chairs had loose legs, and fabric torn. There are no 'extras' here; such as providing ONE garbage bag for a 5-day stay, 4 washcloths for 4 bodies, and only 1 extra blanket for two bedrooms, and we needed to wash the quilts before we could sleep in them. I would have washed the bathroom rugs as well, but there were only 4 laundry pods available. No beach chairs or anything extra. It was challenging to fly in and find you needed to stop at Costco first, but cannot because the nearest store is 40 miles.
They charged our card the full amount five months in advance. So we paid interest on the $1280 to hold our spot. We'd stay in this area again, but choose a more appointed space for our big dollars.

Wonderful get away for the weekend. Condo is just as described online. I love how comfy and peaceful it is. Other reviews about the gorgeous sunrises were absolutely right, just wow! Cedar Key is an adorable town with fantastic people. I am looking forward to coming back!

WE LOVED IT! It was a fantastic time. The accommodations were clean and well appointed. The view from our 3rd floor condo of the sunrise from our balcony was gorgeous. So relaxing to sit and watch it with our coffees. We fell in love with Cedar Key a few years ago on a day trip. So we brought our best friends with us to enjoy this Key. I'm so glad we stayed for the weekend to explore a little more. I definitely recommend a golf cart to move around the island. It makes it so easy. I also highly recommend Tonys clam chowder! We can not wait to return. Thank You so much!

Gorgeous views and excellent location. We only got 2 scallops but to be fair it was the very end of the season and we still had a great time. We saw sharks, dolphins, manatees, manta rays, all kinds of fish! would definitely come back

The overall property was as listed. It was very clean and very accommodating to any and all needs. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances, tools, and utensils. Extra sheets and towels were provided along with a washer and dryer if needed. The balcony is by far the highlight to the property. Overlooking the gulf, you see dolphins daily.

The unit was just as described. Clean and plenty of towels. Beds were very comfortable. The view from the balcony was wonderful! Loved having coffee in the mornings on the balcony, watching the sun rise, dolphins swimming and flocks of birds flying by. Loved it.
There were noseeums out so bring skin so soft or whatever works for you. Also, getting a golf cart is a must. Was great to explore the island easily. Milt around the corner was great to rent from.
If you kayak, you can launch right from the condo property. Breakfast at Annie's was very good and Tony's had the best clam chowder. Great visit for a few nights. Perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keep in mind some places are closed Mondays and Tuesdays so plan your trip accordingly.
