We had a great time, the place was in a great location and it was perfect for watching the sunset. The golf cart was a really nice bonus as the town is definitely a golf cart community. We didn’t use the kayaks but if we were there longer we absolutely would have and it was so nice that they are available to you. The home was super cute and appeared to have everything you need. We’ll definitely be visiting again.

We stay in Cedar Key once a year to celebrate our anniversary because we got married there. This rental had an amazing location and one of the best views in Cedar Key! The sand bar on lie ride across the street is a lot of fun. Highly recommend it but be prepared for a lot of stairs. We're not young and have knee and back problems but it was still doable. The golf cart included was a great advantage to have to enjoy the area. views views

Cedar Key is a wonderful quiet small town. If you are looking for good food and friendly people, this is the place for you. No commercial junk here! Wonderful condo with awesome sunsets. Only bad part was too many stairs. Great kayaking to nearby keys.

Accommodations were charming, comfortable & clean. Only drawback were the extensive stairs. View & balcony were spectacular.

We were so happy with this property and definitely would recommend and stay again. Everything was perfect, so clean and everything you need and so much more!! We spent a lot of our time on the balcony because the view is spectacular, there was even a set of binoculars watch the boats as they came in and dolphins and people fishing from the beach front. Best time ever! Thank you!!

Firstly, Cedar Key is quite nice. Great waterfront area with restaurants within a short walking distance along the water. Fishing, kayaking, great architecture, quite remote area. Super fresh seafood.
The place is fantastic! Coffee while watching the dolphins hunt for breakfast was great. Amazing sunsets. The place is well designed with good furniture, well stocked kitchen, amazing views, kudos to the designer for great vibe and artwork. King bed was super comfortable. Ample plush bedding and towels. Great location. Parked the car, walked to the restaurants and kayak rental place. A+

Great place! May have missed it in the VRBO listing, but the 46 steps should be disclosed. We did OK, but not everyone may be able to climb all those steps! On the opposite side, I also may have missed that there was a washer/dryer in the unit. That was a great surprise and happy we were able to do a load of laundry.
Very happy with the quality of the kitchen dinnerware, pots/pans, etc.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks at Pink Pearl North.
Loved having the full kitchen which was very well equipped.
The living room and bedroom were very comfortable. The view of the water was gorgeous! Short walk to the grocery store & restaurants. The only downside was not having the elevator working - the number of stairs could be challenging for many.

Loved the location and the condo. Clean, as shown on the listing page. Awesome view.

Such a lovely, spacious house on the bay. Terrific views. Home has a porch facing the bay, wonderful spot to drink coffee and read. Very quiet at night. There are three flights of stairs to climb but even in my 70's did not have issue with them. There is an elevator but not for renters, probably a service elevator. Easy walk to town and kayak rental. We would definitely come back. Make sure to bring any special groceries with you since the town only has a small convivence style store.

Very clean and had everything we needed. Weekend got noisey due to folks at Beachfront Motel but we felt secluded on the awesome balcony. Only other issue was stairs instead of elevator, but we knew going in, so that was expected. Love this quaint town!

The place has absolutely beautiful views of the Gulf, surrounding islands and the sunsets are picture worthy. We have stayed in many of the places offered in Cedar Key and now... well ,now this is at the top of our return places. The furnishings and layout is great and the keycode locks are way easier than using keys. The only request would be to have the elevator available for people that are older or have pain in their knees, hips or back. Maybe draw a line at anyone over a certain age staying there can have access to it. The other buildings near by have working elevators for the guests. All in all it is awesome once you get up to the third floor!!!

Ok so you do have to climb some stairs, but it's so worth it! Not like a rental but more a home with lots of nice touches. Everything works and is clean and beautiful. And what a view! Definitely returning.
Do your grocery shopping before you get to Cedar Keys, that being said all the restaurants on 2nd Street and Dock Street are just a few blocks away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Pink Pearl North. EXCELLENT location, no detail overlooked. Communication with the property management was great also.

We had a great stay at the property. The views are amazing. The accommodations are quite comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable and cozy. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the first level since it's stilted, and then this unit is on the second floor.
You share the driveway with the other unit. If you had to park side-by-side, that would be a pretty tight fit. But luckily it's a long drive so we just staggered each other and still had ample room to put our bikes under the covered space.
The coffeemaker didn't work properly, which was a bit of a bummer since I would have loved to sit on that balcony and enjoy my morning cup(s) of coffee.
The local market has a lot of essentials but it's smart bring in groceries and supplies from off the island as the nearest major grocery store is a pretty long drive. However, that's what makes the island so quaint and amazing.

The unit was prefect. So new looking and clean. Could not believe all the personal touches and items in the unit. A great stay

It's a great property and if it weren't for two things, I would give it five stars. The only reason I have given it three stars is the door to the balcony is constantly blowing open because it doesn't close right. You can't circumvent that with the deadbolt because you have to fight with it to get it to engage. Although they did not advertise their being an elevator, there is one. However the door to it is locked so they must not want anyone to use it. It certainly would have been nice because those are a very steep wicked two and a half stories of stairs.

We were disappointed about the elevator not functioning or being available to us and no laundry at site however a solution was found by the manager and I was very pleased

Pelican Rentals was very helpful.

Big bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable. You have a great water view from your balcony, and also are a very short and easy walk to all the restaurants and shops in Cedar Key. It was our first time visiting and my wife and I loved it.
If you really need wifi on your stay (we didn't), this may not be your spot as it was unreliable. We didn't care about that so it was perfect!

Very well appointed, great kitchen, incredible view

Stayed the week of Feb 13th. Likely the best balcony on the key for sunset and bird watching at low tide. Walking distance from all pubs & restaurants at the pier. The location was very clean, well furnished and perfect for a couple's get away. Was able to partake in the local recreation- Fishing charter & caught our limit of Sea Trout. Kayak to the neighboring islands. Eat at just about all local haunts with some fantastic seafood and drink. Also recommend a bloody mary at the Tiki Bar just out of town. Quite a place.
2.5
This lovely place has the best water view ! It’s decorated so nicely, and everything is clean and cozy. There’s a nice outside deck also. There are outdoor stairs leading to the entry and then a set of stairs up to the unit, so that is important to know.
