Overall great property for a small group or family. A block away from the main strip in Frisco and short drive to copper or Breck. Overall property was in great shape and as presented in description. Would definitely stay again.

Well...
The property had a great kitchen/living room area, perfect for our 7 guests. It was nice to have parking accommodating 3 cars. The location was PERFECT.
Unfortunately, the whole 'door code entry' thing was a mess and it took us an hour plus 2 phone calls to enter the property. Good thing the weather was nice and we hadn't been exhausted which would have made that extra wait intolerable. Also, the coffee maker was 'there' but the carafe was broken so...no coffee = another big snafu.
1/2 our guests, when queried, said they would NEVER stay here again.

We originally rwnted another home in Frisco but had our reservation cancelled a few days before our trip. This was a replacement option and we were very happy with it. Beautiful location and a lovely townhome. Close to downtown. Slept 8 people. Will definitely stay here again.

Ideal location to enjoy Frisco and get to Copper Mountain! Needs some updating and some sheets on the beds but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This was an awesome location, right next to family hiking and blocks away from downtown frisco! I wish we could have checked in early and checked our late!!

Great space for a family.
We had trouble with a request for an additional day to our stay. Sent the request in and immediately got a confirmation email saying they would get back to me within 48hrs. No reply for a week and a half. By the time I got In contact with someone, they wouldn’t do anything because we were within 10 days of arrival. So we did not get an extra day as we would have liked. The home was great. My only complaint is that the supply closet was in disarray and not stocked very well. Had trouble finding dishwashing detergent & a few other things. Other than that, the home was nice, comfortable & perfect for our family.

Frisco Teller street
Great Frisco location close to A basin Copper Mtn and Silverthorn. Spacious property- coffee machine was borderline at best. TP was like sandpaper and some of the towel hooks were very loose. Nice appliances and plenty of room - good views.

Great location, close to bars and restaurants on the main drag as well as Copper Mountain and don't miss the Rainbow Lake Trailhead!!. Regarding the property, it was nice but needs a Deep Clean from the ceiling fan to the couches and recliner (all were covered in dust and hair) couldn't find a vacuum in the house so we had to live with it. Both couches and recliner were worn out (they need replaced or fixed) The trundle beds in the basement, both need help, when you lay on them the frames are bent or broken and it's not a comfortable sleep. The HVAC also needs to be looked at, we had the house at 62 degrees and at night the basement bedrooms were 75 to 80 degrees. They also need to replace the batteries in most of the living room remotes, we couldn't even turn on or off the ceiling fan, when we got there, the ceiling fan light was on and stayed on the entire time and we couldn't turn it off because the remote takes a special battery. All in all, we'd go back however, we'd make sure the above items are fixed or correct first; when you spend that kind of money you should not have to deal with these issues.

Beautiful home, but dirty
The home is beautiful with amazing views and plenty of space, but we ended up at an urgent care clinic because the house was completely covered in pet hair. Our oldest is severely allergic hence the er trip. I tried my best to vacuum it all up but she was wheezing the whole time we were there. No clean sponges for washing dishes either.

Excellent location to Mt Royal, Peaks Trail and North Tenmile trailheads. Walking distance to Main Street. Very close to Whole Foods. The property had plenty of room, was clean and very close to the highway. Highly recommend staying here and I will stay here again if the property is available.

Stunning View
This rental was perfect for our group, roomy enough for a little privacy if needed but terrific gathering spaces to hang out with the whole gang. Super easy check in & out, nice & easy 1 1/2 block stroll to the heart of Main Street and all it's wonderful places to eat & grab a drink or check out some live music and outdoor rec opportunities. The view of Mt Royal from the deck was incredible, like you could reach out and touch it. The only bad part was having to leave : )-

Everting was perfect! I doubt the owners are aware that the deck is not being cleared of the snow. We noticed it was the only deck in the immediate area that was not cleaned off. Yes, it takes extra time, but will save the structure - too much weight! Other than that - wonderful!
