The staff was exceptionally helpful and ft, especially the person who checked us in. But also the restaurant staff.
The bathroom could use a shelf to place ones bathroom accessories like a toothbrush and shaver etc.

From walking into the hotel room was great.
The whole place

The breakfast was the "best" breakfast I have had at a hotel. Location was perfect. The staff were amazing. My room was beautiful and very well presented. The TV was awesome.

The bed was very comfy the bathroom was lovely , was a very spacious room .
The price of the room was so expensive compared to the facilities of hotel . And the location in the evening after we’d been for a meal which wasn’t great , there were all local people from the area congregating in the lobby making it very uncomfortable.

We stayed here as part of my husband's birthday in March 23 The hotel was in a good position and easy to find, it even has a Sainsburys local across the road which was very convenient. It had a good sized car park. It is a lovely looking building. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by such a friendly member of staff who also told us they'd up graded our room which was really nice of them. The whole place was so clean and all staff were just so nice and pleasing. Our room was lovely , nice and big with an amazing large comfortable bed. We had a lovely outside area with seating and a table. One of the things the room had was a fridge/mini bar which was one of the reasons we originally chose this hotel. But wow we were so glad we did. It had a good size desk and chair which is so important for my husband, and a full length mirror which is one of my requirements. Also plug sockets near the mirror for doing your hair. It had a kettle and coffee maker along with teas and coffees and complementary biscuits and water. There were even a whole lot of snacks and goodies in the room for you to purchase . The toiletries in the bathroom were gorgeous too.
We ate in the restaurant, omg such wonderful food so so nice. The breakfast was fab too . They have the biggest sausages!!! Poached eggs cooked perfectly. They also had the most amazing very large croissants, yum yum !!!
Please don't let reviews of this hotel put you off , a lot of people moan it has houses all around it , I can't see the issue with this , if you stayed in a town/city you could have shops, flats , houses etc. all around that doesn't cause the hotel to be a bad place. I actually thought what a lovely community it seemed to be.
As with a lot of car parks it would nice for spaces to be a little bigger we like a lot of people now days have quite a large car.

Clean, good spec, great staff.
Terrible sat nav experience due to wrong postcode, got send to wrong location twice, (one being an airfield). Contact number also incorrect, really bad start to the stay.

The stay was perfect!
It was very quiet at the hotel which was nice. Staff were lovely and the food was good. The bedroom was super impressive! I’ve recommended the hotel to a lot of people and I would definitely stay there again for a nice quiet break.
Only thing to fault is that the restaurant had no Hash Browns the first morning of our stay and we wasn’t offered anything to replace them. Other than that we had no issues.

Excellent staff. Breakfast is always great there.
Nothing - it met all my expectations.

Location is country side enough and close enough to Bicester village
The pictures on booking.com gave the impression the building around are part of the hotel, which is not. The food options can increase too.
4.5
Very stylish and well appointed house, lots of local walks and chocolate-box villages itself (although the hotel / house is very much in new-build central!)
A Sainsburys local 2 mins away (helpful to buy cloths and washing up stuff!!)
Communication about check in out times was inconsistent and poor.
A few basic provisions needed: a sieve and/or colander, and cleaning/washing up kit (heaven forfend if you’re unlucky enough to break a glass: you’ll be picking it up with your bare hands!).

The staff were effortlessly warm and proactively helpful. So impressed with the whole set up - very well presented hotel and top marks for service.

It was Quite Airy ,good outside seating Sensible seating in restaurant area. The staff were Amazing .
The room was showing signs of abuse already.(My room103,had a strip of veneer that had come adrift,on the bathroom door and the door handle on the same door needed attention. The air conditioning was difficult to work and housekeeping had missed. Full ashtray on the balcony ( for a non smoker that was grim🤢)

Absolutely spotless. Really comfortable beds . Couldn’t fault the room .
Only complaint was extremely long wait for breakfast ( almost on hour )
Booked a table in the baton restaurant on the Friday for 6 people, 4 meals came out , the other 2 were a bit of time after .

I loved the modern feel and impressive facilities.
At the entry to the Cotswolds, just off the M40, this modern block seems rather incongruous, but it's a comfortable and safe place to stay.
They have a bowling alley (what?) and electric car chargers, which I didn't know about before arriving - wish I had.
The room was very well appointed, spacious and stylish and had a lovely view over the adjacent village green.
Good attention from the reception staff, especially a call before my arrival to offer me a more suitable room.
There were a few maintenance issues with the room. I pointed these out and I could tell the manager was disappointed and anxious to put it all right, quickly.
The breakfast was attractively presented and made with quality ingredients but unfortunately was left standing for too long so was a bit dry and the eggs were hard. I didn't have time to ask them to redo it.
Also, there's bit of a clinical, soulless element to the atmosphere. Maybe it's just a bit too modern and clutter free, even for me.

car parking good and there as a restaurant on site but it was crowded and noisy and the wifi was poor
wifi was poor, the place was crowded and the food was expensive and the room was badly designed, the ledge on one wall was dangerous and we banged our heads painfully, the toilet bathroom was very smelly (poor drainage) the room key card never worked and had to be refreshed five times and they kept making silly implausible excuses for it
4.5
The master bedroom was spectacularly designed and I barely ventured outside it! The staff are also super friendly and accommodating, and the food was very good.

Friendly, extremely helpful and made my old doggy so welcome.

The room we stayed in was spacious, clean and had a nice aesthetic. I also really enjoyed having a private balcony despite the fact that it rained most of the weekend! The fact that the hotel staff put small streamers and a birthday card for my friends birthday was also a special touch which was greatly appreciated.
The breakfast which was included in the price of the room had good sized portions and there were several options to choose from.
It was also nice to visit the on-site bowling alley and it was a bonus that this was discounted for hotel guests.
We had problems with our door and could only lock it with a physical key however, this too proved to be quite difficult at times.
During the night, the smoke alarm positioned above the bed also kept flashing a green light which made it a bit difficult to fall asleep.
