WE ARE NOT IN WOODSTOCK! A Self-Check in Luxury B&B situated just 20 minutes’ drive from Oxford city centre or 10 minutes' by train, We are not a 5 star hotel but we provide good value for money accommodation with our friendly team always going above.

Lovely room and perfect as a base for getting into Oxford.

Breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to sit outside.

Aircon control wasn’t obvious.

A really lovely hotel with lovely people who greeted you warmly and helpfully.

We were greeted by a lovely lady, who showed us to our room, she was supper helpful as they don't serve evening meals she told us about the pub which was just up the road. A really lovely place to stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Above the star rating showed - a little gem if you are visiting the Blenheim palace area

Friendly and welcoming team ..spacious and well designed rooms , breakfast freshly prepared and generous .

Good base for our travel needs

Our room was clean, spacious with a mini fridge and was well appointed. The bathroom was spotless and the bed comfortable allowing us a good night sleep. We had our little one with us, so provision of a cot was so handy. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower could have been more powerful.

Great place to stay...owner and staff really helpful and thoughtful.

The hotel owner and her staff really couldn't do more to make my Mum feel welcome on her recent visit. They had thoughtfully upgraded her room at no extra cost. The room was lovely and clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. Breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and at a reasonable cost - perfect start to the day. The Easter touches were very much appreciated - chocolates and eggs on the pillows, treats in the hallway and even colouring pencils and paper for guests with children. For anyone visiting the area for Blenheim and/or other attractions in West Oxon, this is a lovely hotel to stay and make a base. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

Comfortable; clean; comfortable bed; great shower. Quiet. Excellent value for money.

The room I would describe as deluxe. Superb shower. I was on the ground floor. I use crutches and the ground floor was ideal. I received top service from the hotels owner and from the staff on duty this morning who prepared an excellent breakfast for me. I was thrilled

Superb

Actually outside of Woodstock a bit, but good parking and if you have a car it is very good for visiting Oxford, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and/or spending a day in the Costwolds. Very good breakfast made to order. Small but clean room. Will return this June!

Staff were lovely and the rooms were comfortable. Staff got gluten free bread in for us.

Wi fi didn't reach our room. Breakfast was OK but the cereals probably aren't used much so some were a bit stale. The bacon was overcooked. There's no sitting room for visitors.

Just a personal choice, bed a bit firm for me but am used to a soft bed.
