Buona posizione per visitare Venezia

La pensione è in una posizione strategica, a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Mestre. Ci sono treni davvero ogni 5 minuti per Venezia Santa Lucia e si arriva in 10 minuti. Ottima la possibilità di parcheggiare l'auto nel cortile interno. Staff eccezionale, gentile, premuroso. Ci hanno indicato cosa fare, ci hanno fornito la mappa di Venezia e dato tutte le info. Abbiamo fatto il check in la sera ma sono stata gentile a farci parcheggiare l'auto in mattinata così da non perdere la giornata a Venezia. La camera era pulita, ordinata e luminosa, con due finestre. Il bagno comodo ma avrebbe bisogno di essere un poco modernizzato. Ci vorebbe una ristrutturazione alla palazzina, la parte interna con le scale. Magari togliere la moquette molto consumata così come è stato fatto nelle camere, dove non c'è moquette. Questo darebbe una boccata d'aria.

Awesome small hotel with easy access to Venice

Everything was perfect, the staff is very polite and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minuteswalking from the train station with trains to Venice every few minutes.

The owner is very helping. Well located by the train station within walking distance. The supermarket, fine restaurant is easy to find.

It was a great stay, and good value for our money. The friendly staff is what stays in our memory.

The reception people were very friendly and competent and had many suggestions about things to do in Venice. They also made restaurant reservations for us. Parking was possible for free at the premises. The location is very close to the train station and several restaurants are within a few minutes walking time.

It was quite loud in the evening, it would be good to require all guests to be silent after 10pm, e.g. by posting house rules.

Best value-based pricing hotel in Venice area

The location was 4-5 minutes from the train station The staff was super nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, AC in the room. We could check-out earlier than the check out time

On the street you have to pay for parking. You can park on the property but in that case you have to leave the car key there in case they have to move your car.

good weather for money and great for a short trip to Venice

five minutes walking distance to train station. Then 13 minutes by train to Venice main station. Free parking in the yard is a definite plus. Supermarkets nearby walking distance. Even after we left, we were advised to park in the street - it’ll cost you less than €10 for a whole day. Even less if you plan to stay shorter. The owner let us leave the car even before check in. it could use a renovation, but location is perfect and good value for money.

The location is excellent, a 5-minute walk to Venezia Mestre train station. The staff was welcoming and friendly, and always ready to help in case of questions or additional requests. The room and bathroom were clean and we had our bedsheets and towels changed daily. Overall a great stay!

We came back late at night in December so it was very dark and the neighbourhood looked a little scary but it was ok i guess.

All liked it! Just a great place. And the quality of service is top notch.The hotel is located in a quiet area very good transport interchange train bus train staff is very helpful and pleasant in communication bedding is exceptionally white and clean. There are no foreign smells in the room. Comfortable bed extra pillows plumbing in exceptional condition air conditioning in the morning you can have breakfast for 5 euros coffee croissant.Drive 10 minutes to the center of Venice.Special thanks to the staff for offering to store things before checking into the hotel and after check-out.All at the highest level👌👍😁

Everything as supposed to be, very nice rooms and comfortable location for the price we paid.
