Staff friendly and informative
Clean rooms
The shower curtain was not comfortable and water can go out.
4.5
It is a simple family-run retro hotel. Nice ambiance with good view of the canal. Short walk to tram station where we can reach Venice's Piazzale Roma in 15 minutes. Free parking, very convenient.

Very well connected, clean hotel and outstanding friendly staff.
2.0
- Good location (the hotel is located close to a tram station for reaching the city center)
- Possibility to buy public transport tickets in the hotel
- Quite silent neighborhood
- The room was quite dirty (we also spotted various insects walking in the floor)
- The room (especially the bathroom) needs a renovation
- No minibar in the room
- Very hot room (during May…)
- Limited bathroom amenities/kits
- Basic choices for breakfast (most of the choices were packaged)
- Some of the personnel was very rude with us

Location fulfilled our needs; which was exploring Venice.
It has been noisy at times.
4.5
Great location, only a 3 minute walk from the nearest T1 tram stop (to Venice) and a 10 to 15 minute walk from the T2 line (to the Mestre train station). The room and bathroom felt rather spacious. The bed was comfortable enough (pillows can feel a bit thin for some, but it didnt disturb our sleep). The breakfast offers a generous variety of sweet food, but the salty side is a bit more limited. The staff was fantastic, being extremely helpful, friendly, available and accommodating (they were able to provide the full breakfast buffet ahead of the normal breakfast slot on the day we had to check out early - thank you again very much!). Being able to purchase all sorts of public transport tickets at the reception (as you can do in most, if not all, hotels) was super helpful (single tickets, 1/2/3...-day vaporetto tickets, etc.).
4.5
Fantactic place to visit Venice (15 minutes by tram), low price, friendly and profesional personel, super clean room and generaly everything was perfect.

The man at the front desk is very helpful and so kind. The Hotel is located near the bus and tram station.

The staff was so friendly and made sure that any requests were solved in a matter of seconds. I felt as I was part of their family. I miss them already.
The hotel location is perfect, few steps from the bus stop and tram way, it takes just a couple of minutes to get on public transports and then get to Venice.
3.5
Friendly staff and cleanliness.
Close to the tram station.
All in all bit disappointing for the price.
Our room was right next to the loud road.
No breakfast.
If this was labeled as 2-star hotel I would give a better review but is supposed to be 3-star

The AM receptionist was lovely and so, so kind and attentive, she’s a plus. The location is good, a few minutes to the nearest bus-tram station that take you to Venice in 20mins. Breakfast was good.
The pillows were so thin and only one per bed. It is a very basic hotel/room but perfect for one night.

The staff is excellent, I could even buy tram tickets here. The room was cleaned every day. Towel change also every day.
Very well connected to Venice, the tram stop is 150 metres away. The bus to the airport and the centre is 100 metres away.
We had noisy neighbors who would come back to the hotel at night and were very noisy. Maybe the hotel staff should have directed them.

The hotel, despite that it is old, is very well maintained and everything was sparkling clean. We have met 3 different people at the reception and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It is in close distance to the tram line to Venice and you can buy tickets at the reception. We found the room more than sufficient for a one night stay. Although the windows were facing the streets there were no issues with the noise. Beds are older but for us they were comfortable. AC was also ok. The parking was easy and safe behind the hotel. This place has a great value for the money for a few night stay and it is obvious that owners really care about the place despite its age. We will come back one day. Grazie mille for having us

The hotel was definitely worth for the money. The staff was really helpful and welcoming and also the room was clean and spacious enough for 4 people.
The facility and the bathroom in particular could use some renovation.

The host was nice and opened the hotel early in the morning for us since we were leaving at 5 am
Room is clean but so basic.
It was not easy to find, especially at night.

The room was very nice, spacious and clean. Air con was decent, bathroom simple but nice with good temperature shower and hairdryer. Balcony but we didn’t really go on it. The staff were the highlight of the stay who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay i.e the gentleman drove us to the airport himself as our taxi did not come and they were overall extremely friendly. Good location with 4 min walk to tram which takes you to venice in around 20 mins and you can buy tram tickets at the reception desk for €1.50 single.
Slightly thin walls could hear loud conversations but nothing that really disturbed our stay.
4.5
Helpful staff who explained how to get to venice and sold tickets.

staff was friendly and helpful, location is good as it is close to line T1 of tram, it takes in total about 30 minutes to Piazza Romale (not 10 minutes)
no mineral water in room, probably first hotel like that, pretty basic room
4.0
The room was very nice and there is a tram line very close to the hotel to travel to Venice. There is a bus stop for the airport bus a few meters up the road which was great.
3.0
With public transport it‘s only some minutes to venedig island. Rooms are quite spacious and hotel managers usually helpful and friendly. Towels good and sufficient.
Noise isolation between rooms not sufficient. Managers not capable/willingly to look for solutions eg another room and advise ear plugs or changing the hotel. Rooms to the south (canal) are very hot already in may and locals enjoy themselves in the evening in front of the hotel. The shutter couldn’t be opened completely and overall the hotel was in a bad shape.

Super friendly staff, a bit older furniture, breakfast typic Italian - lots of carbs ;)
Very close to the metro, so really easy to get to Venice.
Very good option when travelling by car, because of a free parking as well. We got a family room as well, so it worked fantastic for our family.
Was missing a fridge in the room. Would be great to have it to cool up the drinks.
