Tolles B&B, das verkehrsmäßig ideal vor den Toren Venedigs liegt.

Ein tolles B&B, das besonders interessant ist für Selbstanreisende, die sich den Verkehrstrubel in Venedig ersparen möchten. Eine herzliche Betreuung mit sehr guten Tipps erhielten wir von Emilia. Danke ! Und das Frühstück ist einmalig toll ! Der Bus (15 Min.) direkt nach Venedig (Hauptbahnhof) fährt nur 80 m vom Haus, aber auch der 1/4 stündig fahrende Zug fährt in nur 300 m Entfernung ab.

Amazing - the best ONE

"Un Sogno" is simply wonderful! The space is very well decorated, full of small details that make us feel good and so relaxed. The room is very confortable with excelent bedding. We appreciate all the organisation, the availability since the first moment, the amability and kindness. Emilia did EVERYTHING she could to make our stay amazing! And the breakfast is divine, so good, made by themselves, with homemade ingredients and a lot of love! This space is truly a gem!! Many congratulations!! We are grateful to Emilia and her mother for making our stay in Venice unforgettable!!! Hope to see you soon!

Ten obiekt ma super klimat, Emilia jest wyjątkowym właścicielem ! W pokoju zadbano o każdy szczegół. Logistycznie tez super … 50 metrów do przystanku, 12 minut do Wenecji.

Wszystko było perfekcyjnie. Kompletnie nic nie było na „nie”.

A small B&B that can make your stay in Venice very special.

Everything is great, but the way Emilia treats her guests is exceptional. Another thing is breakfast buffet where almost everything is home made, which is very rare in Italy. And the bus stop is just round the corner, so you can reach Venice in 10 minutes.

There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like.

Amazing stay!

Simply amazing. Unassuming building but the interior is just superb. The breakfasts are beyond what you can imagine in terms of effort, quality and attention to detail. We were truly spoiled! They took real care of us. Fantastic location for a bus into Venice, only 10 mins and some decent restaurants nearby.

The owner was very nice for us. She wrote down the notes to help us like how takes bus and train, where buy bus tickets, how find a way back. You just ask her and she give you the information you need. The breakfast was great. Last day we left early morning. She packed the breakfast for us. I have to give 5 stars!

A great modern-vintage room!

Everything was perfect! It is a modern-vintage apartment! It is beautiful and very clean! It smells lovely and it is elegantly decorated! The owner is very very hospital and the breakfast was the best we ever had! Traditional, rich and homemade!

Great place to stay for your vacation in Venezia. Highly recommended!

Basically everything! Emilia and her mother are amazing hosts and offer a really great place to stay! The place feels like home, rooms are clean and beautifully decorated. Home-made breakfast was rich and delicious. Location is very convenient - less than 5min away from the trainstation, where you can take the train to Venezia and back. The free private parking option (with a reserved spot) is also very useful.

The included breakfast exceeds everybody’s expectation and makes your money totally worthy.

This is a lovely apartment with three bedrooms that share a dining area and kitchen. Our room is spacious with a king size bed and a twin size bed and a small sitter area. The host lady prepared fantastic breakfast with a variety of homemade bread, cakes, cookies, muffins, sandwiches, eggs and cheese and different fruits. She would make coffee for everyone’s preferences. She even packed a lot of food that we could not finish for us to eat on the road!

Nothing. If there was washer dryer in the apartment, one could live there for weeks 😊

Lovely B&B, amazing breakfast & super friendly hosts

The breakfast was incredible: a huge selection of homemade food (from bread to sweets and beyond). Personally, I would say it is even better than in some hotels I visited before. Emilia and her mum are super welcoming and supportive & flexible regardless which request we had. The location is great to take public transport to Venice island (only a 10-15mins ride). Overall we enjoyed the stay a lot and we would recommend the B&B to others!

Perfect place to stay if you want to visit Venice!

Just perfect! Emilia, the host, is super friendly and send many helpful information before we arrived so we felt very welcome. The breakfast was perfect with everything you can wish for and the room and the whole B&B is modern and cozy! I can really recommend this place. The train station and buses to Venice are close by and easy to reach within a very short walk.

Fantastic breakfest, nice accomodation

I have experience from 89 hotels and cca 150 B&B or smaller. But this place is at the TOP of all B&B. Main reasons: 1. Amazing breakfast - I have never met such great breakfast. If no less, this is reason for choosing this place. Belive me, it is really something exceptional. 2. Very nice, clean room. 3. Price - 2x cheaper than in Venice 4. Bus station - 75 meters from the house, frequency by each 10 minutes. You reach Venice in 10 minutes. 5. Comfortable bed (for 4 nights) 6. Do you need advice? Emily knows everything and gives advice immediately

Nothing special - May be faint noice from the street, but there is low trafic. No issue for me.

More than your expectations.

Location, facilities, landlady, breakfast, room... all were excellent. There is no rate more than 10. That is why I gave only 10 points. I could not find any bad thing to complain about. Every single things were unbelievable.

Simply perfect accommodation! The room is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Right around the corner there is a bus that takes you to the center of Venice in ten minutes. Best of all is breakfast prepared by Emilia and her mom, which is a real work of art. A rating of 10 is definitely not enough to express how we enjoyed our stay in this place. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit and explore Venice.

The facilities and comfort ; very helpful owner & the care & high standard put into this project.

There was nothing to dislike about the property or the owner themselves. My kids and I felt in good hands. It’s not a desirable area such as island of Venice, so not that exciting as the island but saying that it’s very easily reached on the bus. If we were not stranded I don’t think we would have stayed. however, Emilia recommended such a stunning restaurant with fantastic food 20 mins on foot that made our holiday combined a great experience.

Marvelous !

Just a bus ride away from Venice, with a breakfast that you won't find in the most sophisticated 5-star hotels, a quiet location, and the most friendly hosts we've encountered, more than happy to provide any kind of information (from how to move around the city, to the most interesting places to visit or even travel out to other cities). Extremely clean and tidy with all toiletries needed for the entire stay. PS: Thank you for the wine gift. A personalized touch to our stay that we enjoyed on the last night on the outside terrace admiring the views.

Emilia and her mum have conjured up a wonderful place to stay, with great attention to detail and are very keen to provide valuable help with tips for sightseeing, restaurants or cultural tips. The breakfast is delicious and the not to be surpassed in richness. The location is perfect for exploring the islands and Venice itself. Bus and train connections on the doorstep. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and is a perfect base for exploring the islands and Venice itself.

Place felt really warm and gentle, totally recommend it!

Emilia and her mom were exceptional host, they made the best breakfast ever and were really nice and warming, the B&B was 3 min walking from Mestre station, really convenient. We went for a school trip full of activities, we ended every day tired and could totally enjoy the fact of coming to a clean and warm place after a long day, it was full of details and they were super nice. Totally recommend it! :)

Grate place close to Venice.

You can feel from the first first moment that ‎‏this place was designed with a lot of love. ‎‏The accommodation is clean and tidy. ‎‏Excellent and rich homemade Italian breakfast. ‎‏Emilia and her mother did all thier best to make our stay pleasant. The accommodation has a private car parking and it located near a bus station with bus lines that bring you to Venice in less than 10 minutes.

Booking at the Sogno B&B was one of the best experience we ever had, we almost forgot that main scope of the apartment is to visit Venice ;). The welcoming of the owners, the clean and so nice decorated accommodations, not to forget the delicious homemade breakfast, served with so much care for details made us feel special. Everything other people are saying about the host here is true! Most welcoming cute family that makes you feel pampered and taken care of. Their hospitality is unmatched. Breakfast is amazing. The King room (Wish) is spacious, the bathroom is perfect. Great shower. Everything is immaculately clean. The best part about this stay was Cinzia (the mom) who is adorable, incredibly helpful and plays the best music for you in the kitchen!

Look, if you’re here because of Venice, this is not an ideal location. You need to take a bus to get to Venice (only 15 min tho) and the area is not so nice. The street is noisy because of the traffic. But the price matches all that. I guess this would cost A LOT more if it was in Venice. All in all, I would choose Cinzia over sleeping in Venice again.
