Townhouse was very clean and well-stocked with amenities, including beach toys for kids. Nice short walk to island restaurant. Good location to other keys. Great view of sunset. Thank you for welcome gift basket - very thoughtful. Would stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay. We love the island we love the house we love the kayaks and the host. Everything was perfect. I was worried that it was too small but it was perfect. Our son stayed on the pullout couch, daughter upstairs in her own room, and we had our own room. It was perfect. We ate every meal on the back porch and we used the kayaks every day. Very special place and very special area! Highly recommend!

The villa was very clean and well stocked. Great place to stay. Ana is very accommodating. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Ana was fantastic from the time we booked through checkout. The unit was perfect for our family of 5 with every detail covered and then some. The direct access to water for fishing and kayaks to being able to walk to the restaurants and Hawk’s Cay really made it easy and convenient. The location was a great base to explore the other keys with a very comfortable place to return to. Highly recommended!!

Very comfortable. Nicely decorated and fully stocked with cleaning supplies. Took off a cleaning star because the carpeting on stairs and upstairs may hold faint smell of cigarette smoke. And it would be nice if there was internet dedicated to the unit because the general resort wifi was not strong enough at times.

Ana is an excellent host! Her communication was stellar.

This is a lovely, well equipped and very clean condo. The owner was easy to communicate with. We enjoyed the location of Duck Key with easy access to two state parks. There is a spectacular view of the sunset from the second floor balcony of the condo. All around an easy place to stay.

We stayed here for two nights on our way between Key West and Key Largo. Beautiful property and location, we would love to come back and spend a longer time.

Pro: the communication with Ana was perfect. She responds very quickly to any questions, even helped us with weather conditions in regards to kayaking. She communicates everything you need to know about your stay.
Pro: the unit has everything you will need. She thought of everything.
Pro: kayaks and paddles
Pro: gift snack basket. Thank you! That was extra and appreciated.
Pro: very clean, beautiful unit
Really the only negative for us was lack of privacy on the back porch. It is a wonderful porch with a pretty view, but it doesn’t not offer privacy from your neighbors.
We had 3 adults, my husband and I took our son to celebrate his college graduation with a few days of fishing. We were comfortable. He had his own queen bed and bathroom. The bedroom are small, but we weren’t in them much. We could walk to the Duck Key bridge to fish from under the bridge. It is a very short drive to two other big fishing bridges on Hwy 1 (literally a few minutes). I recommend the tuna nachos at Angler & Ale restaurant on Duck Key. We had a great stay and would use this

We loved our stay at The Beach House and will most definitely be back! Ana the Owner is wonderful and her personal touches from the Welcome Packet and Gift Bag to the toiletries are above and beyond any other rental I’ve stayed at thru VRBO. Duck Key is gorgeous and quiet and a great location for visiting the other Keys My only negative comment from our stay is the Angler and Ale Restaurant. The location is perfect and from the outside it appears to be nice but was a total let down. Over priced and mediocre food at best and staff from hostess to waitress not great either. For as nice as everything else is on Duck Key this is a disappointment With that said every other place we ate and drank up and down the keys was amazing!

Super clean and well appointed overall! Communication before, during and after our stay was excellent as well. I would fully recommend this rental to anyone I knew interested in staying in the Keys.

The property had everything we needed and more (beach towels, kayaks, fold out sofa bedding, kitchen/laundry supplies, toiletries, etc.) Was the perfect place to stop mid trip to do laundry and in the middle of the keys. We were able to do a day trip to Key West with fun activities and restaurants on either side of Duck Key. The rooms are a bit small, but I could tell that when booking. They’ve made the best of what they have. The new powder room on the main level is a nice addition too. Thanks for the memories for our family trip around the coast (and down the keys) of Florida!

Exactly as shown plus more! Ana our host could not have been more helpful or eager to assist. Amenities were top notch. Very well stocked kitchen, lovely soaps, body washes shampoos. Most places give you just minimum supplies for kitchen or washer dryer but this unit goes above and beyond. Kayaks and swimming items for your use. Also you will be entertained by all of the iguanas. You’ll
Find them in the trees and bushes near the water. If you’re coming to the keys don’t miss out on this unit. Thanks Ana. Our stay was wonderful.

Wow! We had an amazing stay on our trip to the Keys. You don't have to leave the house if you don't want to the kitchen is fully stocked and there is kayaking, snorkeling, boating, swimming ect.... all right outside the door. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks with the amazing views and the best ceiling fans! The pool was steps away and the Sunsets were beautiful. We did go to Veterans Memorial Park about 10-20 minutes south and it was a great place to snorkel and float. I could go on for days how great this place was...just know you will have lots of memories in a very clean and welcoming home. Can't wait to book again!

Duck Key Rental
Beautiful location. The kids had fun kayaking. Beware lots of mosquitoes. There was a big black stain on the sofa bed sheet and the bath tubs looked dirty. There was black mold of the shower curtain and in the tub. There were no bathrooms downstairs you had to go upstairs to use a bathroom. They asked us to remove all the trash and trash bags, to do the dishes and to do a load of laundry if we could before we left. I thought that was ridiculous seeing how we paid a high cleaning fee. When I’m on vacation I don’t expect to throw out the trash and do a load of laundry. It stated that it was for sanitation purposes but there’s no way to see if everything was actually truly sanitized. I just thought It was ridiculous to ask us to throw away and empty all the trash seeing how we paid a high cleaning fee. I have never been asked to do that anywhere else and I have never paid so much for a cleaning fee.
