It was very easy to check-in. The villa was very nice and has a spacious kitchen living area. The views from balconies are lovely. We contacted the host about a wine bottle opener because there wasn’t one in the house. He responded quickly and had one delivered to us the next morning. The only recommendation I would have is to have some essential oil wall plugs around the house because I felt the carpet gave off a musty smell. Also one of the showers was missing the inside shower curtain, which we didn’t realize until the water started running out of the tub. That’s easy fix! Overall, I would recommend the Villa. We walked across Anglers restaurant on a Saturday evening and were seated right away. The Hawks Cay properly restaurant & bars are also accessible.

We went with our son and daughter in law and it was just the right amount of room we needed, the view was beautiful, the area was very well kept and nicely maintained. Even though we didn’t cook in the room and you plan on it the variety of cookware is limited, but I would definitely stay here again and the host was very helpful and responded quickly with my questions

We enjoyed our stay overall and would book this property again. I will say it could use a little touch up on some things that are showing wear/tear and age, but nothing was enough to impact our stay. The location is perfect and the sunsets from the back porch are magnificent!

Very clean and cozy with a nice view at sunset. Would have enjoyed a little better beach access for swimming but overall a very nice place and the manager Frank was very easy to work with and accommodating. Would stay there again for sure!!

The townhouse was the perfect size for 4 adults (2 couples). Each had their own bathroom. It is conveniently located between Marathon and Islamorada. Quiet area, great views of the sunset.

We were four adults sharing the condo for three nights. The sunsets were amazing from the back decks and we enjoyed the family atmosphere. As a VRBO you do not get access to the Hawk Cay resort amenities, but we were a short drive from Marathon and Islamorada for beach time and other water adventures. All in all, we had a relaxing stay. Property manager was very responsive and welcoming. Thank you, Frank!

This property was very clean and nicely decorated. Check-in was very easy. We loved watching the sunset from the back porch. And the upstairs balconies were great. Very peaceful and quiet. We really enjoyed staying and would love to stay again.

The place is super easy to get to. You have to go to Marathon for places to eat, groceries, etc. but it was only 10 minutes away. It has high ceilings on the first floor, so the steps are a little steep to the bedrooms. And the bedrooms are a little tight but we were comfortable. The deck is really nice to sit and enjoy the sunset.

Very comfortable condo in Hawk’s Cay, easy to find, easy to access. Bedrooms and bathrooms are tight, stairs are steep, but overall comfortable. Great view of the ocean out the back door. We enjoyed exploring Duck Key and close to Marathon for restaurants.

We had a great stay- location in Duck Key, and proximity to marina and Angler and Ale were fabulous. Best of all was the back deck area, and the peaceful view of the water. My boys loved being able to look for dolphins and birds while we ate breakfast outside in the mornings. The property was as advertised, clean, and bright. I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was. We would definitely stay again!

Had a wonderful time at the villa! Perfect location in the keys and perfect location on Duck Key to watch sunsets. The villa was the perfect size for two couples with room for more guest on the pull out sofa in the living room. Watch the fish jump, birds, and iguanas as you relax on the deck. Easy check-in and check out.

Ok place. Very basic. the condo is small and outdoor seating has no privacy from neighbors. Beds are comfortable. Very few amenities owner is easy to communicate with. Good place if your just spending the night wouldn’t recommend if you have kids

Duck Key is a good middle-keys location, with an excellent restaurant within easy walking distance from the villa. Overall, our experience was good, and we enjoyed our stay. However, the stairway handrail and other painted wood surfaces such as around closet handles could use a deep cleaning. They were sticky. We were not aware that there is what appears to be a Blink camera placed over the entire back porch area (the photograph in the property description clearly shows no camera). There were no signs or notices in the villa or in the property handbook that video and/or audio surveillance may be conducted. We would have appreciated that.

Duck Key seemed to be a great location- perfect half-way point between Miami and Key West. We were able to pick up groceries at Publix on the way in 45 mins south, and made it to Key West in a day trip perfectly. The property was clean and the sunsets were beautiful. However, the property was described as having a Queen bed in Bedroom 1, a sleep sofa/futon AND a Queen in Bedroom 2, and a sleep sofa/ futon in Living Room. This is not true- Bedroom 2 ONLY has a queen bed. It does not also have a sleep sofa/ futon as described. The hot water heater also had a hard time supporting our family of four taking showers in succession as the showers became lukewarm. There were curtains in every bedroom and RING cameras at the entrance and on the back porch.

We had an incredible time at this cute AirBnb. Frank was an excellent host and he made sure everything was taken care for us. He was easy to get a hold of and we really enjoyed staying at his house. Frank was very attentive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The location of the property was perfect. The accomodations were excellent. Plenty of space for our group of 4. We were so grateful to have the entertainment of the local iguanas while enjoying our breakfast on the patio each morning of our stay. The view from the patio was very tranquil. We are in the beginning stages of planning our next stay. Thank you so much.

We used this property as a staging point to explore the keys. It was perfect location since it was just about 90 minutes from Key West so it made it easy for us to do the different day trips that we wanted to do. Lots of neat things to do and see in the entire area. The condo/villa was very nice and the water view from the back patio was great. I have seen people complain about the bathroom sizes but since we were only staying for a short time it didn't really bother us at all. We ate breakfast out there each morning and the sunsets were pretty good also. We will probably stay there again the next time we travel down.

We stayed here so we could easily travel up and down the Keys. It worked great for us. The location of this unit was perfect for us...ocean and sunset views from the back porch were great. Saw dolphin not too far out and manatees. Angler and Ale (restaurant at Hawks Cay across street) had amazing food.
