Property was well maintained. Small things like the coffee maker being broken were not unbearable. We would stay here again but it is pricey

My wife and another couple made a trip for a long weekend to the keys. Jesus’ condo was a great location and had every we needed to make our down time between trips enjoyable and relaxing.

Enjoyed the porches and the little beach out back. Home is also close to the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. Porches were great for relaxing and watching the sunsets.

The Villa was first class all the way! Jesus was very attentive to any inquiries that we had. Great location and a very quiet area ! we will definitely stay here again!

This property was excellent for two couples. So much better than a hotel. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. Check in process was very easy and the owner left a very nice gift basket for us when we arrived. We will definitely consider staying there again.

We were very happy to find a place that was dog friendly! Plenty of grass in the community to walk our dog. Two bedrooms upstairs each had their own attached bathroom. Downstairs had a convenient half bath. We also used the washer and dryer, which was nice to have. Location was about the middle of the Keys, so it was easy to get to Key West and Key Largo.

When you stay at place like this you expect the little things to be correct. The following is a list of things wrong with the property during our visit: Upstairs TV Did not work. Communicated to this to host and he was to send someone over on Tuesday to fix it. Did not show or communicate with us again. Only 1 of four overhead lights in the kitchen worked. Oven light did not work. stove light did not work. Only two of four lights in front bedroom worked. Bottom deck light and ceiling fan cords were too short or broken and you had to stand on a chair to adjust them. There was grime build up around the knob to the laundry room an on the bottom bathroom door. All other rentals I have used had at least a starter pack of coffee for the first morning. The gift basket was a nice touch. Location was great. If not for that it would have been a huge disappoinment

Good location but the amenities offered at hawks cay aren’t available to VRBO renters. This was not made clear until after booking. The property manager was very responsive in a timely manner. The ice maker in the freezer is broken so don’t rely on it.

My son and I have stayed in another property in exact location. The area is very nice, quiet and convenient. This particular property was very clean, warm and cozy. A very nice touch of the snack basket. We really made use of it and enjoyed it. Thank you!!

Unit is perfectly located to walk to Hawks Cay and Marina in less than 5 minutes. Sunset view from back area is worth the trip itself.

Very clean and as pictured but my only complaint along with my families was the beds are so uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on concrete.
