About this house rental
Little Western Street provides a stylish experience at an amazing centrally-located location. This beautiful 3 bedroom house is spread over 3 floors with stunning furnishings. This property couldn't be located any better; surrounded by everything you could possibly need and less than a 5 min walk to the seafront! Daytime shopping and restaurants are moments away. Music venues and pubs are minutes from your doorstep, but it's also private for those who love Brighton life and relaxing at home in peace.
Little Western Street boasts a large separate living/dining room with stylish, comfy sofas great for chilling out on after a busy day in the centre. There is a dining table and chairs that can seat 8, Smart TV with Netflix access if you have a login to use of your own.2 large double bedrooms, all bright and airy with king beds and lots of draw and hanging space providing ample storage for your stay. Third bedroom has bunk beds with plenty of storage for clothes too. With not one but two bathrooms there will certainly be no queuing for showers. We provide fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries for each guest.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare delicious meals should you decide to eat in. Complimentary teas and coffees are included for your stay.
You have the entire apartment to yourself, as well as a stunning roof terrace. Perfect for alfresco dining or catching some rays if you're lucky enough to be in Brighton on a scorching hot day.
Iron with ironing board and hairdryer are provided too and you can use washing machine should you decide to wash your clothes.
Travelling by car: We are able to provide free parking for guests just moments away from the property. Details of which are provided in your welcome pack. Alternatively there is pay and display bays close-by to the property.
Do not leave the key fob in the car when you park as you will need it to gain entry when you collect your car. (Please note, guests will be charged £50 if they lose the parking key fob so keep it safe and leave it behind, back in the safe when you leave.)
Please note, the street on which the property is on has a car garage so during their trading hours there can be some congestion on the road.
Travelling by train: The property is a scenic 20 minute walk from Hove or Brighton station.
Please note, the property is managed by my managing agents Air Home Lets. They are on hand 7 days a week between the hours of 09:00 - 21:00 should you have any questions.
Upon booking this property, an Air Home Lets representative will contact you to verify your identity. They will need to check your Government backed identification matches the card holder information used to make the booking payment. Please note, the card holder must also be present with their Government backed identification at the time of check in.

Lovely house in a good location for access to the beach and town. We were able to walk most places during our stay. House was very clean and had everything we needed for a lovely stay

Charming house in a convenient spot. Comfortable beds, fun decor and everything we required. Very prompt response from hosts to any queries.
Only slight quibble was half eaten packs of crisps and biscuits left in kitchen cupboards.
