Nice location. Great ease in booking and getting information for out stay,

Great neighborhood and lake location. House was very clean, stocked, and accommodated a large group. Owner was responsive and friendly throughout the communication. You could tell they cared about the reception of their home.

Great house and space for multiple adults to hang out and cook together. Rooms were a great size and the deck was a wonderful place to hang out (goo shade during the day too). The bed in the room downstairs was sunken in in the middle, other than that, everything met the expectation we had and worked for our needs the weekend we spent there! Definitely would stay again!

Nice location and view of lake. Enjoyed the property. It was cleaned well. A few maintenance issues that need to be addressed, otherwise all had a great time ages 19-80.

The house was beautiful and very comfy, roomy and had everything you could possibly need. The owners were a text away if you needed anything. Thank you for a wonderful week of fun and relaxation.

The place was wonderful. The host was extremely nice and helpful. Lots of stairs for older family to navigate, but other than that it was incredible!

The house had everything we needed, including plenty of beds and kitchen amenities to cook all of our meals at the house. We also used the community pool several times, which was a quick drive down the road. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our questions. The young adults would have loved another kayak, but they did all enjoy swimming in the lake, which was a steep walk down from the property, but doable for the younger, more in shape family members. Overall, a wonderful place to stay!

Large open home that accommodated multiple family members. Very nice place with beautiful views. House had almost everything needed to enjoy bbq, cooking and baking! Any issues we had were taken care of very quickly and owners were very kind and willing to ensure our stay was pleasant. Lots of stairs but tons of fun and space for everyone to find their own fun zone. Great rental! One of the top 5 vacation for all of us!!

Our extended family met at beaver lake. It was the perfect place for a large group of family members to gather. There was plenty of living space, seating, and bedrooms for everyone. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. There was a charcoal grill, which was also great for a couple of evenings. The kayak was so fun to take out on the lake. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back another summer.

We spent an extended weekend with all of our kids and grands. This space was perfect for us. Tons of room inside where everyone could spread out. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Kayak was fun for people to try. Easy walk directly to the water. Highly recommended if you need a place to relax and enjoy!!

Worked for out motorcycle trip. Little steep with trailers but we know that is the case of many places in the area.

Wonderful property & communication with the host was excellent. House was clean & beds were comfortable. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Another great place for our girl trip! The house had enough room for the 5 of us. We had an issue with the new thermostat one night but owners were quick to respond and get it fixed. The cleaning crew need to do a little better with dusting especially on widow sills. Dead flies are not appealing. The hot tube was great along with the beds and the kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful!

Such a great place for a family reunion! It was just as pictured and very well equipped.(pack n play and high chair were there as well as all things needed to cook meals) I highly recommend this place for a great time. The host was super to work with as well. We'll stay longer next year!

The house is laid out very well for entertaining as well as sleeping arrangements. Beds are very comfortable. Very well equipped, particularly in the kitchen. Great location at the back of a quiet slew across from a convenient boat ramp. The new hot tub and decking was a very nice addition from last year. The AC has been replaced and upgraded, since last year as well, so nice to come in to a cool place after a full day of sun on the lake. The owner’s /host were extremely responsive, resolving a couple of issues that popped up. I always wonder if this is the last year to Beaver Lake, but before we leave the discussions break out about what we’ll do next year.. I see year 16 back at Beaver Lake and our return to White Oak Dr.

Beaver Lake Time
Arriving at the property, even later the official check in time, there had been miscommunication and the cleaning crew had to finish cleaning before we could unload and go in. They were very gracious about it. The home is great for a lake weekend. We wanted to point out a few things that concerned us though: the air conditioner didn’t cool the upper level bedroom and bath, there are carpet tacks that stick your toe as you’re walking up the steep steps to the bathroom. We found the path to the lake quite steep and not very well maintained. This was a concern as we had to walk very slowly and felt an accident could happen anytime. Steps need to be clearly defined and maintained all the way down to the lake. This will give more safety and peace of mind for families.

Hidden Gem
I can't say enough wonderful things about this property. Our group of 6 people had the most amazing time sitting on the patios, chatting, while taking in the amazing views of the house. The beds were comfortable, the house was clean and well-stocked, and left plenty of room for all of us to spread out.
The owners were incredibly responsive to my questions and left the most thoughtful snack basket for us when we arrived. Our group has already been chatting about when we can reserve this house again.

Wonderful Vacation Location
What a wonderful cabin! Very beautiful, spacious comfortable, and peaceful. Paved roads all the way to the front stone steps. Magnificent views from the THREE decks, one wraparound and one that holds the very popular hot tub. 60 second walk to the lake (by foot, no boats or vehicles) with a shaded tree canopy. Unique five levels with four bedrooms plus three baths was more than we needed, so lots of elbow room. With blinds up, that view is available from multiple big picture windows and sliding glass doors in the kitchen, main living area, lower bedroom, and lower lounge. Main living area is equipped with a big screen TV where you can use the free streaming services or log into your own. Fully equipped kitchen was great. It seemed they thought of everything, even including a pizza cutter that we used to make frozen pizza. Loved the Razorback decor in the bottom floor lounge, which also has its own TV to provide a different viewing choice than the main living area TV. Comfy beds all around. Plus, the owners are so nice and helpful. Highly recommend.
