This was a great house located central to everything we had planned. You can be downtown within a few minutes or at the beach in less than 20 minutes. Great parking in a nice neighborhood. The house was immaculate with plenty of amenities. Highly recommend and will rent this house again when we return.

The home is so very wonderful. The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms are very updated. Neighborhood is quiet and very clean. Planning another vacation close to Christmas. I highly recommended this home to all. The front porch with glider is just the beginning of this marvelous home. Stay and enjoy

Great little bungalow with lots of charm in a quiet neighborhood near a good variety of restaurants and shops. It's obvious the property has been cared for with love! My writer friend and I will certainly want to do a get away here again! It helped us with our writer projects. Thanks a million!

Adorable cottage was perfect for our group of 6 (3 couples). Extremely clean and had so many personal touches like a snack basket, Bath and Body Works shampoo/conditioner/shower gel, make-up remover cloths, detergent pods, and k-cups, to mention a few. Two of the 3 beds were low to the ground, and would be difficult for elderly persons to get in and out of. The one bathroom was recently remodeled to become handicap accessible. The tub was replaced with a large corner shower with a bench...very nice. My only complaint was an unannounced visitor in the back locked supply room during the first night from 2 am - 4 am. What they were doing at that hour, who knows, but, there most definitely was a person in the room (light was on and we could hear them even though they were trying to be quiet). The owner denied anyone being in there. Very suspicious. Other than that, the stay was great!

Worked perfectly for our family of 5 (3 children aged 8 & under) . Easy to get to our desired locations - Wrightsville beach, Riverwalk/historic district, cargo district, long leaf park. Would stay at this property again.

We loved the cozy cottage. Our stay was comfortable and we were in a very convenient location. Owners left snacks, waters, and lots of little things for us that we may have forgotten like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup wipes.

Our stay at this Wilmington getaway property was really a wonderful experience. The rental was nicely appointed and everything was provided. The coffee station was well received and the availability of television entertainment was quite welcome. There was even a sound bar to go with the Kitchen television. There was a very nice game table in the front room which we made fun use of. Stay here - you'll be glad you did!

The house was in a lovely residential neighborhood with beautiful azaleas in the front and a very nice swing on the front porch. The AC/heating unit worked very well and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy your family time together. All amenities were very thoughtful and we would recommend this VRBO highly. My only slight dissatisfaction was that two of the three king-size beds did not have good mattresses.

We loved everything!! Comfy beds is big plus for me! Everything you would need in the kitchen even the old coffee pots which my Ex in-laws appreciated. Not bad drive to base or the beaches!! Recommend and would stay again!!

We were in town from Pittsburgh to move my daughter down to Wilmington for college and visit my son that lives 45 mins North Our stay was so comfortable thanks to this little house. It has all the charm of an older house with updates in all the right places. The owner thought of all the little details. Everything you need is there. The house is clean and has plenty of room for a big family. The neighborhood might be less than perfect, but it was quite and we had no issues. It was close to shopping and food as well as campus and campus housing. I would definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful location for our framily group for New Year getaway! Having 3 king beds was THE best! Beds were very comfortable. So much space! TVs in almost every room! Kitchen fully equipped. Loved how easy check in and check out was! I would most certainly stay here again! WiFi worked great. Easy Uber to River front area! Walkable to a coffee shop (.4 miles). Loved this property and how easy the host made things! Thank you! We had a wonderful stay!

Cozy one level cottage made it easy on our hips and knees. The kitchen had all the things we needed to do our cooking. Nicely decorated. It had nice touches like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, laundry detergent flings, etc. The only thing I could possibly think it needed was a hand rail at steps.

Just what we needed! Great place for a short family trip for our sons soccer game. Many items that I believe would be up charges most places like snacks, k cups, and toiletries! Offered a late checkout of an hours time to make sure the Sunday Brunch crowd time did not make us feel rushed! Will keep on the radar for future travel to the area!

The property was a perfect place to unwind during my stay in town while filming a tv show. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook at the home. Loved a stocked coffee set up. The entire property was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was safe and quiet. Adored the front porch for relaxing on and the beds were very comfy. Slept like a dream. Would definitely recommend this as a nice get away spot. Only took less than 10 minutes to get down to the riverwalk. Owner was available if we needed anything during our stay which was appreciated.

My fiancé and I loved our stay! Super easy check in and check out process, VERY clean & love that there are labels letting you know what the light switches are attached to. Quick little drive into downtown, very quiet neighborhood. We will stay again if we find ourselves back in Wilmington

I was visiting Wilmington for my cousin's wedding, and am so happy that I found this great rental on VRBO. The location is a short car ride into downtown, and an easy run if you want to be sporty. The house was fully stocked with everything needed, clean, and in a great neighborhood. By far, the best vacation rental I have stayed in. I highly recommend!

This is probably the cleanest house I've ever rented. House was nicely decorated and was stocked with everything I needed. Hosts were amazing and went above and beyond. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. Had a glitch with the keypad but the owner responded right away. Two minor downfalls for me and my knee pain - a large tub was converted to a shower and it was hard to climb in and out of, and the beds are low so I had the same issue. Other than that I would definitely stay there again, especially since they are supposed to be adding a 3rd bedroom and 2nd bathroom. Had a great time!
