A friendly welcome (Which is always important for someone who's just spent 3 hours on public transport) in a great location and a clean & tidy hotel. Room very compact but comfortable, what with the TV set high up on the wall right in front of the bed so you can lie back and watch. Excellent that a kettle and milk/coffee powder is provided for morning coffee. Hairdryer also provided. The window opened fully very easily - good ventilation is always important, what with the temperature in London. Great location, being very close to the tube station - a vibrant area full of buskers - therefore making the hotel easy to find and right by a main road so you're close to many various places to eat and late night shops where it's also easy to quickly find a taxi, and - most importantly of all - the street that the hotel is on is nice & quiet, so not like being in a hostel room above a noisy pub on a busy street.
The people in the next room who slammed their door when leaving at 5 a.m....I soon got back to sleep though. And most places in London I stay at usually have a refrigerator in the room which is vital in those humid London summers so having a fridge in the room would be nice. Other than that, I have no complaints!

Centrally located.
Tiny room. Mold in the shower floor. Ugly fluorescent lights

Location is great. I just wish they have a lift. Its hard with luggage

Good location. Clean and tidy. Great if you want to stay near St Pancras.
No lifts but I knew that. We were on the top floor as well. Rooms were on the smallish size but it was for only one night, which was ok. Rooms was actually located across the road.

the location is ok.very close to kingdcross
bathroom is too small
5.0 / 10.0
The location was great - very close to King's Cross for both the Underground and rail services.
The room was tiny and the window did not open. Fortunately there was a fan which could be used for air circulation, but without A/C the room would be brutal in the summer.

None available other than the ability to buy breakfast boxes. We didn’t.
Placing people who booked early not on the second floor
Stairs were somewhat steep
8.0 / 10.0
The location is great - close enough to train stations so we could easily get to our next location without having to use taxi.
The room is small and we needed to share a bathroom, which was very small.

The place was clean and the staff are very polite and helpful and it’s incredibly easy access to Saint Pancras station.
It’s noisy because the walls are thin, and you can pretty much hear people talking in other rooms and doors, closing and opening and people walking around.

I didn't like the disposable plates and cutlery in the dining room. Not very environmentally friendly !

Location
Very small and uncomfortable bed and pillows
8.0 / 10.0
It's a VERY basic place, but you can't beat the location and the price, and it is tidy and clean and comfortable. Until I move into a significantly swankier tax bracket, this will remain my go-to place in Central London without paying Central London prices. Literally right across the street from King's Cross, which is so convenient for getting anywhere you want to go, plus a one-stop shop to get to and from Heathrow. Also right down the street from Euston Station if you are traveling elsewhere in the UK by train. Very clean, TV gets plenty of local channels, the WiFi is fast (I work remotely and never had an issue). Front desk is always attended by someone friendly and helpful. Shower is always hot.
It's an older building so the soundproofing from the street is basically non-existent, which can be an issue in a city that never sleeps if you are in one of the rooms overlooking the street. It's a very picturesque street, though.

Great location nice and close to the train station, room was clean with fresh linen, friendly staff
Room was small and the bathroom smaller - made it interesting in the morning.

Location is AMAZING… a two minute walk to Kings Cross/St Pancras. The young man who checked us in was exceptionally nice and explained everything well.
The hallways and rooms are exceptionally tight… even for Europe. Maneuvering around with luggage was a challenge and we are fit… if you have mobility issues consider asking for a lower floor. (Shared) Facilities clean but needing an upgrade. Simple takeaway breakfast options only. Competitively
priced but probably better value considering how tight everything was.

Mainly the convenient proximity to St Pancras International Station. Also the provision of a packed breakfast, to be eaten at the station. Helpful staff.
No complaints that I can remember

Convenient as it is close to Kings Cross. Clean with a friendly team
In a front room just above the street it was very noisy. Although I closed the screen the window behind it didn’t close so I couldn’t do much about it.
Also there was no clean or fresh of tea/coffee - I stayed two nights.

Perfect location for catching the Eurostar. Small but comfortable room.
Windows are not soundproofed and it’s a very noisy area. Could hear every conversation of people passing by.
