Perfect location for us. Halfway berween Thanksgiving dinner and Logan airport for 0600 flight.

Convenient, accessible and very clean. Enjoyed my stay.

Stayed there to go visit Salem it was a cute hotel. They decorated for holidays and felt welcoming.

Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel was nice & quiet. Friendly staff. Bathroom had broken shower rod & tp holder but it was clean. Price was high bc it's October. Paid $15. for early check-in & $100. deposit still waiting to be returned. Plenty of parking space.

The hotel is nice, it's right near a big shopping center which is convenient. The room was decent, the pull-out couch was not overly comfortable but we didn't really expect it to be. The couch could use to be moved and vacuumed underneath. It wasn't overly busy and we were about 3 mi from Salem so it's a good location to be close enough but not have to stay in Salem.

Great experience, room was clean when we arrived, great environment, good service, would def go back again

Loved it the hotel was very accommodating, my husband and I went for our 1 year wedding anniversary our original room shared a wall with the exit so the first night we heard the door slam all night long and we hardly slept. My husband went to the front desk and explained the situation and by 11am we had a different room. I highly recommend this hotel very clean bed are comfy only thing I could say is the cable isn’t great

I was disappointed that every little thing was being charged for. I parked outside in the rain and had to pay $5 for that, no free water in the lobby while we were there (although there had been a large "jug"but it was gone when we came down later and only went up again as we checked out, and breakfast area had a sign saying it was reserved for a private function, and the coffee bar was ONLY open from 7 - 9 am. I would have bought coffee multiple times. So that was disappointing.

Hotel was adequate for the price. General staff ( housekeeping, admissions) all exceptional employees.
I booked on hotels while traveling at the last minute & mistakenly booked my trip until Friday instead of Saturday without realizing that I booked it a day short.
I received a call from the manager at 2pm on Friday telling me I have to vacate the room because my stay ended they were completely booked. We were an hour away at the JFK Library and I asked if there was anything they could do to extend our stay one additional night but the manager said no.
We rushed back to the hotel to pick up our things & the person at guest registration said they would be able to help me find a room.
That’s when the manager came forward from her office & said no we can not they have to leave.
We packed our things in the car & logged into hotels.com to find four rooms available in the very same Sonesta Select hotel we were just turned away from.
I have no idea what we did that made the manager turn us away we were courteous to the staff, clean and quiet during our previous four day stay. It was a simple mistake that I made that could have been easily remedied by the manager and an additional fee paid by me.
We ended up finding a considerably nicer hotel called Row Assembly much closer to Boston (Not next to an Home Depot behind a dying Mall Parking Lot like Sonesta) and spent our last night there it was a delightful upscale shopping district with restaurants and entertainment for blocks.

Traveling through. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel smells like cat piss! It’s dirty, old, musty, and just gross!
2.0
This is the first hotel that I have ever stayed at that didn't have daily maid service.

Not a lot to say. Everything was fine. I'll stay there again in the future.

Cpnveniently located behind the Liberty Tree Mall and adjacent stores and restaurants. Quiet, nice outdoor space in season. Affordable rates, while other properties jack up prices for September-November due to proximity to Salem.

Great staff

Booked a king bed with sleeper sofa for 2 adults and 1 teen. There was no bedding on the sleeper sofa so we got to see all the lovely mattress stains, which is always comforting. Also were only given 2 towels for 3 people. Called for bedding and more towels. Only received bedding. In the morning my breakfast order was forgotten and i waited 20 minutes for an over toasted breakfast sandwich. I was offered a free beverage for the wait, but declined. Also front sidewalks were covered in goose poop.

Clean and friendly.

Bugs in bed, didn’t notice till the morning, property should be taken down from the website.

Very Recommended , easy to get there and nice place to stay and enjoy the city.
2.0
Carpet stains, strong cleaner smell that gave us a migraine and a AC that didn’t work properly.

Room was not cleaned well. We found empty pringle containers next to the chair in the room as well as an empty water bottle under bed and ALOT of crumbs. Showing me they never vacuumed. Shower looked really stained up as well. Surrounding area is so convienent with many stores but wouldnt stay here again.
3.0
Rooms were neat and comfortable. They charge for all items at their breakfast. We never did get connected to their WiFi for our entire 3 night stay.

Friendly staff and close to Salem.

Had a great stay! Clean room and common area. Easy parking and close to stores.
0.5
Bad experience, the room was very small for the price and not clean. Hair and grime in the shower. A dresser drawer was broken and kept sliding open. Very disappointing especially because it was our wedding night and nearly 300$ a room. Will not be going back.
5.0
Nice hotel. A bit noisy with the children allowed to run in the halls or people letting their doors slam but definitely at no fault to the hotel.
2.0
Upon checking into the room we found two dirty nasty used washcloths hanging in the shower that was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was no drinking water offered in the room either. Even motels offer complementary water nowadays, one would expect it from a $200/night hotel. The beds were comfortable, but all night long people kept slamming doors in the hallway and the doors are very loud. Plus, somebody was staying with a loud child and the noise travels in this hotel. It could use some soundproofing.

This is a middle of the road, clean, neat hotep to stay at. No frills, but solid stay.
4.0
Comfortable room, good bed, good HVAC, property has deferred maintenance issues and needs some updating, breakfast adequate but modest

I have stayed here before and was very comfortable. The same was true this time. The rooms are of comfortable size, perfect for me. The location is perfect for travelers coming to the Peabody area. The facility is an older place; however, it is well kept up and retains its charm. I enjoy the ambiance that it provides. I will stay there whenever my plans call for it to be home away from home.
2.5
Second stay here - rooms are very comfortable and clean. Staff very acc
3.0
Serviceable hotel but nothing that stands out. Somewhat noisy AC and limited housekeeping provided. Hotel is following the ridiculous trend of charging for parking in what is essentially a shopping mall environment while also negating any responsibilities for car and possession loss.
5.0
Staff was incredibly kind and efficient.

It was a pleasant stay.
