Overall room was ok. Bathroom faucet handle had hair on it. Shower had three long hairs in it. We didn’t even shower there. Balcony door was so hard to open and close. And ice machine had mold or metal inside ice. Ice machine needs to be serviced immediately

We were roomed next to an extremely loud party of teenagers celebrating a quinceañera. We had to call the desk to speak to them about the noise which wasn't much better after that, and went on past midnight. The room had a musty or moldy smell too it. There was no regular coffee in the room, and they only stocked towels for 3 people when we reserved a room for 5. Oh and the pool was closed for renovations. Not worth the price. I would not go back.

The driveway for the property is blind both coming and going, especially bad during higher traffic hours. First time arrival, you will see the driveway before you're ready to turn. Leaving the property you will need to either, blindly turn right and climb the hill to a traffic light and make a u-turn or blindly take you life in your hands and make a left across two lanes of unseen traffic into two lanes of traffic coming down a fairly steep hill. I won't be staying again. It's too dangerous!

The hotel claims to offer a breakfast but it's a voucher to the on site Starbucks - where there was only one person working and the service was extremely slow. Very limited breakfast menu - not mentioned on the site prior to booking. Also - the entire hotel smelled - not sure if it was a musty, moldy smell but it was everywhere. Courtyard hotels are generally good, this one needs a significant update. The front desk staff was very friendly. The Starbucks guy seemingly could care less

Exterior. Entrance in poor condition. Sidewalk and landscaping need maintenance. Interior. Bathroom are very old. Toilet is very low. Not standard height. I got knee muscle pain and I can’t walk properly because of the knee pain. Suggestion. Toilet to be replaced ASAP to avoid damaging the people knees. Also no toilet vanity and snide of barroom. You have to come out from bathroom to wash your hands 😩 Breakfast. website mentioned the breakfast is available but hotel staff said it is not included and didn’t provide breakfast. It is a catch with words available and included. Reception staff was good. I will not stay in this hotel because of the bathroom. This is my honest survey.

I appreciate the front desk clerk. She had a lot going on due to 3rd party vendors booking rooms that they did not have. She was beyond stressed. Feom the looks of it, she was a one woman show. I give her KUDOS for pulling thru. The room wasn't really clean since there was hair from someone else in the shower. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked here was of course being renovated. I think it could have been stated on the website so we could have done something else. Fair

Overall, everything was pretty good. A few notable items though. The whole place smelled like it was scented with Christmas tree scent. At first, it was OK but after a while, it got nauseating. Fortunately it wasn’t trying to cover up an even worse smell though. The bathroom sink was just outside the bathroom door and that was odd. With no door to close it off, the lights being on to use it in the middle of the night disrupted my girlfriend. Plus the sound of running water. But the two issues weren’t really dealbreakers for a future visit. Conveniently located near 81, restaurants, a movie theater, the ballpark was walking distance away and montage Mountain close by.

I was a bit disappointed with the hours of the bar restaurant. We came for a concert which started at 7:00pm so we needed to leave around 5:00pm and wanted to eat and when we got back after the concert wanted a drink and already closed. In my opinion the hours 5:00pm-10pm don’t work for people going to a concert

The hotel lost power until 12:30am on Sunday evening. We were only given credit for Sunday evening, however, this really put a damper on the whole weekend. We were not able to find another hotel for that night as the nascar races were going on and most places had no vacancy last minute. I chose this hotel because of the pool which we were not able to enjoy from 3pm on. There was no bar service and we were in complete darkness. We were not able to go to bed until the power came on as there was no air conditioning. I have medication that needed to be refrigerated and I didn’t want to trust the temperature so I went without until Monday late afternoon when I was able to return home to CT. I would have really appreciated more compensation for the inconvenience of losing access to every amenity, losing sleep after driving, and not being able to rest in our hotel room until approximately 1:00 am. I would appreciate either money refunded or even a couple free nights stay. Anything will be appreciated

It is in a very convenient area with many dining and entertainment options to enjoy during your stay. Plenty of space to park and is safe. The area is also quiet and is surrounded by a very relaxing atmosphere. I have stayed here in February and now in the summer and I’ve enjoyed both times!

Overall a very average experience. The hotel is old and dated. Lamps in the room were falling apart. Bathroom was not updated at all. Very bad smell in the hallways and elevators, the room had an odor as well. I would not recommend this hotel for more than an brief one night stay if you are traveling and need a quick place to rest.
