What an Amazing trip!! We loved everything about Tokyo.
The Grand Nikko is a great location! We were minutes from 3 different malls and the Daiba station.

Very nice hotel located near shopping and the subway. Many dining options nearby. Friendly staff.

My room was more than I had hoped for my last night in Japan!! My room had a view of Tokyo Tower lit up and the bridge! My room also came with pajamas! So I sat at the room table, in my cozy pajamas sipping a cocktail watching dusk and the city lights turn on! It was beyond relaxing!

Great location in Odaiba. Next to rail station, malls, restaurants and minutes from Shimbashi Station and the Shiodome area.

It was clean and comfortable. A very handy way of using the hotel as a stop over before getting on a cruise. Location is perfect.

As I did two reservations it was very difficult to change rooms at the same time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba. The hotel is spotless!!! And our room was pure luxury and oh what a view!!!! It was the perfect accommodation for our first visit to Japan. We ordered room service a few times and the food was great! I would highly recommend this hotel. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfortable.
I would definitely stay here again!

Its clean and safe

Service was nice and location has a lot of shopping options. You may need to walk a bit to them though. The hotel is dated and getting old. There is a strange smell on the mildew smell in the hallways and the bathrooms in the room has some water leakage issues. You may hear strange piping or train noises at night from your room.

The Grand Nikko Daiba is a fantastic hotel to stay at. The rooms are very nice, the staff are terrific and polite. Some of the staff speak English. There are several restaurants in the property for dining. At the rear entrance of the hotel is Lawsons where you can buy prepared sandwiches, water, teas, snacks and other items. Exiting the rear entrance of the hotel walking towards the Hilton Hotel is Auqa City Odaiba shopping mall that is 10 minutes walk. For transportation there is The Yurikamome monorail line is just behind the hotel about 3 minutes walk. It is stop number U7 on this line. This line will take you to Shimbashi Station where you can connect to other lines on the Tokyo subway. The Airport Limousine Bus to Haneda or Narita Airports stop at the front entrance of the Grand Nikko Daiba Hotel. You can catch this bus at either airport. From Haneda it is 800 yen. You can reserve it on line and pay and reserve a seat. From the airport, you can buy a ticket. There is also The Rainbow Bus that stops in front of the hotel This bus will take you to Shinagawa Station where you can catch the bullet trains to certain parts of Japan. You will enjoy your stay at this hotel.

Really disappointed that they wanted to charge extra to be able to use the outdoor swimming pool.
It was not advertised that way. The pool was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel.
Our room was a non smoking room and it smelt like smoke

Very transactional, no effort to go the extra mile, threatened charge for not handing back room cards, forced check out at 11 am with severe costs to extend

Location, access, amenities, detail oriented, clean, staff, all in one. Loved it. Thanks for making this stay amazing. Not all hotels get check mark in intricate design and detail thinking- making stay a lot better. Please note that gym only applicable to over 16yr old. Thankful one of the staff allowed my 15 yr old turning 16 into the gym.
Peace of mind and all at your finger tips.

This was the last hotel we stayed at for our 16 day trip to Tokyo. It was nothing short of amazing. Everything about this hotel was classy. The staff, amenities, shopping, restaurants, everything was absolutely worthwhile. The room was very spacious and had the most outstanding view. We were on the 17th floor and couldn’t stop looking at the breathtaking view from our window. The bathroom was fancy and the bed was utterly comfortable. The closet was large enough to store our two large suitcases plus our carryon and duffle bag. The hotel is within walking distance to two large shopping centers being that there’s a large walkway built connecting them as well as the Hilton hotel next door. Super easy to get around and the Odaiba station is literally a two minute walk away. Plenty of stuff to see here and the restaurants in the hotel serve very tasty food. We kept coming back to the Garden Dining buffet as it was an excellent value for the selections they provided. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Tokyo.
I think the only thing I wish the hotel offered was coin operated laundry. We had some of our fancier clothing washed through the hotel’s laundry service, but was bummed to find out that that was the only option available. If you wanted anything washed it had to be through their laundry service as no coin operated machines were offered onsite.

The stay was amazing.
Not a fan of the The grill on 30th restaurant. The food was awful.
The breakfast was great! Large variety and food was tasty.
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Great place to visit with family.
There’s a charge for the gym and pool which is a little weird.
