압도적인 전망의 호텔

- 호텔(특히 고층)에서 보이는 레인보우 브릿지와 도쿄 만이 아름답습니다. - 객실 층수에 따라 다를 수 있지만, 베이 뷰를 선택한다면 레인보우 브릿지와 도쿄 타워를 볼 수 있을 가능성이 높습니다(시선을 돌리면 도쿄 스카이트리도 약간은 보입니다). - 이번 숙박은 가족여행이었지만, 만약 로맨틱한 여행을 준비한다면 강력하게 추천하고 싶습니다. - 일반 객실(수페리어 룸)이라도 다른 호텔 대비 공간이 비교적 넓습니다. - (시나가와역에서 출발하는 경우) 오다이바 레인보우 버스가 호텔 내 로비층에 정차합니다.

- 시설이 전반적으로 오래되었지만(투핸들 수도꼭지 등) 관리가 매우 잘 되어 있고, 꼭 필요한 부분(특히 침구류 등)은 리뉴얼이 되어 있어 크게 걱정하지 않아도 됩니다. - 객실 밖의 소음(다른 손님이 대화하는 소리 등)이 있습니다. (참고할 점) - 도쿄도에서 부과하는 숙박세(1인당 200엔)가 별도로 있습니다(체크인 시 지불). - 체크인 시, 보증금을 대신할 신용카드가 필요합니다(체크아웃 시 결제 취소). - 오다이바 이외의 주요 관광지를 가야 한다면, 약 30분 정도가 추가로 소요됩니다.

Gute Wahl, wenn man ein bequemes westliches Hotel in Odaiba sucht

Tolle Lage, um Tokyo aus einer anderen Perspektive zu erleben. Fantastischer Blick auf den Hafen aus dem Zimmer im 20. Stock. Schön großes Zimmer. Sehr bequemes Bett und gute Luft. Es war nie zu warm oder zu kalt und nie stickig. Frühstücksbuffet westlich und japanisch. Das westliche Frühstück war sehr gut. Süßes Gebäck, French Toast, Obst, Omelette, Bacon, … wir haben nichts vermisst, außer einer größeren Teeauswahl.

Das Hotel suggeriert mehr Altwelt-Luxus, als es tatsächlich bietet. Für Pool und Fitnessraum muss man extra bezahlen, eine Sauna, einen Onsen oder sonstiges gibt es nicht. Es gab weiche Pyjamas, aber einen Bademantel oder Yukata haben wir vermisst. Der Frühstückstraum Garden Dining war uns zu laut: das Servicepersonal hat sehr laut miteinander kommuniziert, zudem lief morgens Rockmusik. Das Lobby Café war ruhiger, man hat aber beispielsweise den Lärm von Staubsaugern in der Lobby gehört.

チェックインの時間をお伝えしていた時刻より30分程度早く着いてしまいましたが、すぐ対応していただきお部屋に入ることができました。予約時に海の見える部屋を希望しており、期待以上の眺めで良かったです(添付写真)。駅直通で迷わない立地で初めての旅行でもたどり着けました。

備え付けのパジャマがありましたが、あまり身体に合いませんでした。上記は個人的な生地への慣れ不慣れの問題なので、次回宿泊する機会があれば持参しようと思います。

The perfect base to explore all Tokyo has to offer.

Excellent views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge. Monorail station for central Tokyo is just outside of the main entrance. The staff couldn't be more helpful. The food across all the restaurants was fantastic.

Heerlijk hotel met veel faciliteiten in directe omgeving

We konden gelukkig eerder onze kamer in, zeer fijn na een vlucht van ruim 12 uur. Kamer met zeer groot bed. Ontbijt was ook prima, veel keuze.

Wat verder van het centrum maar was een bewuste keuze vanwege hotel en ligging direct naast de metro.

Excellent stay

I stayed in this hotel a few times before. I like it in general, but this time was really perfect. I loved my room and the fantastic view. The room was spacious, comfy and spotless clean. The hotel staff was great and very helpful with my requests. The commercial center next door is very convenient and the park nearby beautiful and very relaxing. The breakfast was also great with many options, including western style and sushi. I regret I couldn't stay longer, but have already planned to return in August.

Good place for family if you don’t want to be near Tokyo Central.

Daiba is close to many attractions like Teamlqb, Miraikan museum and 2 large shopping centres. Also enjoyed fireworks display around Tokyo Bay at time of our stay.

I feel the rooms are a little bit outdated such as worn carpets, cracks in tiling in Bathroom, etc & in general i feel the rooms need a facelift.

el hotel 5 estrellas bien merecidas, las camas comodas y buena ubicacion. A tan solo 1 minutos caminando a la estacion de tren para ir a los lugares turisticos unos 30 minutos. La comida muy buena y todo el personal atento.

いつも利用させて頂いており、いつも通りの安定のグランドニッコークオリティだった事。概ね健やかに過ごせました。

チェックアウト日の朝１０時位以降、近隣の部屋から何やら騒音がしたこと。工事か何かのドリルを使うような…。ゴールデンウィーク明け直後の宿泊だったので、このタイミングで改装工事でも始めたのかな…程度には思いましたが。何の目的で宿泊したかと言えば、日常生活を離れるために宿泊したので、う〜ん、と。別の施設からの騒音で、グランドニッコーさんに関係の無い騒音であった場合は、ごめんなさい。この場を借りてお詫び申し上げます。

良かったです

ロケーションはお台場で一番好立地に一番早く建てたので良いのは当然ですが前にヒルトンが立ったのは残念でした良かったのはスタッフの皆さんの対応が素晴らしかったです、アイホンの充電コードを頼んだら直ぐに持ってきてくれたり、コンシェルジュに豊洲市場を聞いたらタクシー迄案内して運転手に行く先の事を説明してくれたり、大混雑の朝食時に入口の黒服のスタッフの手際よさ等など

30階のレストランでフルコースの夕食を頂きましたがメニューは見ましたがそのメニューをＢ－５版程度に小さくして各人の前に置いておくと良いと思います、フロントで部屋のランクアップをしましたらその分を前払いにさせられたのは初めてでした、その為夕食も朝食もその都度払いましたが、これらは全部チェックアウト時に支払う部屋付けにした方が良いでしょう

良好的入住体验，酒店及周围环境均可体验到现代化日本生活。

地点很方便，在台场的中心，如果从羽田机场出发很方便，周边有多个大型的综合性商场。酒店员工服务很热情，服务周到。早餐美味，房间面积在东京算大的，床很大睡眠质量很好~设施齐全，制冰机、烧水壶等设施均有配备，房间整体隔音不错。

早餐排队有时候有点久，与成田机场的通勤巴士班次较少。

Everything was perfect, room was super clean and comfortable, staff was amazing very helpful and patient The hotel is literally 30 steps from a train station , 100 steps from a mall and the Statue of Liberty

Absolutely and thoroughly wonderful hotel and I'll be staying there when ever I return to Tokyo.

Room was excellent with beautiful cruise bay lookout Breakfast excellent both in the Garden room and the Lobby Cafe. For us the location was excellent. The Monarail between Grand Nikko and The Hilton was great. The Bar and Lounge was very pleasant and enjoyable after a busy day touring and shopping.

I found it very strange that a quality hotel like Grand Nikko that the guests were asked to pay to use the Gym and swimming facilities. I am not customened in any other hotel that I've stayed in to pay for using the facility. Also on level 30 Bar and lounge we enjoyed the view (spectacular) and evening wind down drinks. However the share plates such as the cheese board needs to be much better presented and value for money. We found it disappointing and let down with the plate presented.

上階で、オーシャンビューで飛行機も見え、駅から近く、コンビニも近くにあって、ロケーションは文句なしです。
