Our room would have been better, however upon arrival to our room we noticed very little toiletries, such as hand soap and lotion. There was also a small amount of what looked like mold on the bottom of the ice can lid. Finally my youngest daughter noticed that there was a very inappropriate stain on one of the chairs in front of the window. We expected better quality for the type of hotel this was.

Toilet leaking upon first entry. Shower water pressure 2 out of 10. Front desk women were not friendly and not accommodating to allow us to change rooms. Had to leave and find another hotel due to evacuation from Hurricane Milton. Actually refused to waive the cancellation fee. No compassion for our family’s circumstances. On a brighter note, the valet workers were incredible. Thank you, Jason and Dane.

Absolutely lovely facility aside from my room. There was a pronounced musty smell in my room despite running the AC at a low temp to reduce it. Other guest rooms I visited did not have this odor. The views are SPECTACULAR and the room service was outstanding. (I had the burger, twice!) The ferry was docked very near to the hotel, at the Conference Center.
Staff was very friendly and professional as well.
Speaking as a woman traveling solo, I felt incredibly safe staying here.

Overall 3-night stay was fine. Had to ask for towels & toiletries, no daily maid services. Our view from the 15th floor overlooking the river was amazing! Tryed the breakfast in the restaurant on the 2nd floor, it was average. Disappointing they didn't offer mimosas. Vallet service was good, but unfortunately, always had to wait on our car even after calling down early as requested.

It is advisable to think about changing the carpets in hallways and bedrooms.

Excellent front desk experience, especially Soireese (I hope I spelled her name correctly), who made a special point to greet my daughter and give her a small treat. The staff was welcoming and helpful in ever encounter. A drawback of the hotel’s location off the main drag is limited dining options, but the free ferry was a convenient way to get to restaurants across the river. We also loved watching the huge cargo ships from out hotel room. My family enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was excellent. Awesome pool and great service. Nice bar to sit down and have a drink at.

This property was spectacular , everyone was really nice . There was one guy at the front desk my daughter stated that got an attitude with her asking about the pool . But everyone else was really sweet , the waitress at dinner , the lady that gave out the cookies and candy in the evenings . I do feel there needs to be ground rules with the valet fighting over tips . If I give both valet tips , they should not fight about it in front of the customers . It should be handled at another time or when we have left ; there is a time and place for all things . But my family and I truly enjoyed our stay and will certainly come back really soon to visit . Thanks so much for such a nice vacation !!

Staff, room service, Valet, bell boys are all amazing. Free ferry ride to cross the river is a great option. Bicycles for riding are amazing. Excellent club house with gym. However one big no for me was the way A/C working in the room. They placed thermostat right below the vent, by design it's a wrong place. As the area near by thermostat cools down quickly A/C shuts off, leaving rest of the room hot and humid. This was biggest problem.

Great staff and very easy to get to River Street.

Beautiful and quiet property if you want to be away from the downtown noise. Friendly and helpful staff. Wish the ferry ran after 10 PM. Self Park garage could use a little TLC and needs more lighting. The ramp from parking to the lobby has a 3-4” step, makes it difficult for a wheelchair & carts.

While this resort is amazing the convenience is not great. Having to rely on the ferry is not cool. Having to pay crazy prices for drinks at the bar is a little over the top. $40 for two mixed drinks is ridiculous.

Loved the area.

I didn't like having to pay extra because I didn't check in with a major credit card and the rooms were supposed to have been connecting rooms as sign up for thru Expedia. The rooms were very clean. The work staff were very nice and friendly.the Bar associates also were friendly and knowledgeable about the drink mixtures.the breakfast dining area was very nice, clean, and well maintained. The breakfast food was labeled and plenty to eat.from bread and pastry and milk and cereal for the kids , fruit and regular breakfast food eggs grits, sausages, bacon, and biscuits with sausage gravy, ummm good.

Definitely a good location and easy to get to away from the crowded downtown area. Free boat shuttle makes it easy to travel back-and-forth across to River Street. only downside is the last one is at 10 PM. Would definitely like to see this later in the summer. Parking was reasonable for overnight parking compared to the area. The pool was decent. Staff kept the coolers full of water during the day. Pool bar was good. Interior bar often times, catch you waiting for a drink as they could get overwhelmed. Front desk staff was on top of it. Everyone was friendly. Stayed on Fourth of July weekend so it was a bit overrun with kids, which could be a little noisy from time to time.

Guests were required to have a bracelet for the pool but it was not enforced. Everyday the pool was over run with people that weren’t staying at the hotel but swimming and taking all of the pool chairs. July 4th you couldn’t even see the water in the pool for the number of unpaid guests. Very frustrating to pay so much money and yet no enforcement of anything. This was our entire stay July 3-6, just extremely horrible on July 4th. We will not be back for this holiday. I wouldn’t recommend

The hotel had great views of the Savannah Riverfront. I appreciated all the amenities offered throughout stay. The ferry service across the river was frequent and convenient access at several points along the Riverfront. The facility was clean and well maintained. The staff was pleasant, engaging, and went out the extra mile to ensure that I had a wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This was an anniversary getaway and we made sure we told the staff upon check- in. We were offered an “upgrade” and we agreed. Our “upgrade” put us right above the main pool with the visiting Beta club kids in full swing. The room, two doors down, had a dog that barked nonstop all night…. so the room in between played music at full volume to drown out the barking dog. The carpet in the room was soaking wet. I got sick after eating at the restaurant. We complained to the front desk to no avail. The pool party continued well after midnight. Finally, by 4am, with no sleep, we left the property. We have stayed here many times but we will not be making any return visits….so disappointed.

The young that waited on us nice and friendly. He gave advice on where to eat and catching the ferry.

Between Expedia and Westin, I got charged twice for the the room that did not even lock properly. Its been 5 days and both organizations have not allowed for a refund of one of the payments. Worst experience ever. I spoke with both places and still getting the cold shoulder.

The stay was awesome and the views of the Savannah River along with the city were breathtaking. The staff was so helpful from valet to room service. The resort fee was well worth it. They provided a ferry ride across to River Street, bike cycles to ride, and poolside activities (the jumbo popsicles, and character balloons were a nice touch). Everyday when we arrived back to the resort my daughter loved that her bed was made up magically and all her stuffed animals were stage properly and ready for bed.

This property is a short ferry ride across the river from historic Savannah, with a riverfront pool and hot tub open late. Unfortunately, it was raining so the pool was less inviting but the property had sufficient amenities including a full service weight room and spa and a free shuttle. We opted for the breakfast included which was a big buffet and good value.

We had a destination Wedding and it was amazing. The Staff was very welcoming and helpful.

They were so accommodating for our dog. The property was so clean and the grounds were so pretty. We really enjoyed walking around downtown because of the convenience of the ferry.

Property and stay was good. Valet parked my car but when we picked it up it had drippings mid way the roof, down the back glass, and on the trunk.

Very relaxing and peaceful environment.
