Quick stay to be closer to the airport

Proximity to the airport/parking

When we arrived at Logan and called for the shuttle to come and get us no one ever answered so we had to take an Uber despite the fact that we paid for the parking/ shuttle.

FAR TOO MUCH money for what it is. 'East wing' rooms are so loud I had to change, elevators broken

location. that's about it.

coffee machine not working correctly...intermittent. Dresser drawer opens on it's own due to poor angle of dresser - Almost banged into it in the middle of the night. Dangerous to clients.

I will be choosing another property to stay at next time.

Location to airport was great

We arrived to no parking. We spent $300 for a room and because of all the park and fly vehicles there was no space for actual hotel guests. The room was dirty with stains in carpet, stains on towels. Asked to be put away from elevator and got placed next to ice machine. Extremely disappointed in my stay here this time.

My room was very noisy preventing me from getting any sleep

My room was noisy. The ice machine was opposite the room, jets going over head.. very loud, the refrigerator was making a lot of noise. I could not sleep at all

Super awesome experience

I like that it was so clean. The staff I encountered were welcoming. The food was awesome. The overall experience was amazing. This was my best birthday, and booking this location was a plus👍

I didn't like that I didn't plan to stay longer. I will definitely return.

Quick Stay and shuttle service to Airport

Very good room with comfortable bed and spacious. Amenities in the room was excellent. Large swimming pool and very good shuttle service to the airport.

Excellent hotel, tout confort. Navette qui vous emmène et vous ramène a l'aéroport, personnel toujours la pour vous aider. Chambre spacieuse et lit confortable. Je recommende.

Rien. Une bouilloire pour faire du thé dans la chambre serait un plus ! (il n'y a qu'une cafetière).

Quiet, clean room with good amenities.

Shuttle came fairly quickly. We got in just as the Bar/restaurant was closing. Glad you had some microwave meal choices - it was better than nothing. Breakfast was very good.

Shuttle to and from Airport was perfect. Easy to get in and out of boston for fun too.

They didn't give me the room i booked. I asked for a double queen but instead i got a king room with a fold out portable twin bed. Did not appreciate the surprise.

Overall a great stay with good food, exceptional staff, and clean/comfortable room.

The breakfast cold bar was $10 and had basic foods like yogurt, fruit, and pastries. The free shuttle to and from the airport was fast and convenient.

Heard doors opening and closing throughout the night in my room.

Beautiful Hilton Garden Inn, Logan Airport

The location near the Airport was perfect. The shuttle starts at 4 am every fifteen minutes. Very efficient and prompt. The rooms were lovely with fantastic mattresses and pillows! We ate dinner in their restaurant. The menu was small but the food was delicious with nice size portions. The staff was very cordial and welcoming, including the restaurant service. We will definitely stay on our next Boston Logan Airport trip and will recommend it to everyone!

I love Hilton Garden Inn and this was no exception.

We ate dinner and breakfast here, both were surprisingly excellent. Room was large, clean and comfortable. David checked us in and was very personable and helpful.

Comfortable, convenient stay

The staff was very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was good. If you need to get to the airport early, the location and free shuttle service is great.

Very nice when leaving for airport.

Airport suttle provided excelent service, when we were guided to the "wrong" Hilton hotel. And THANK YOU for using real plates, glasses etc. in the restaurant in contrary to Hilton in Bath, where you waste so many ressources eating of single use.

We booked with booking.com incl. breakfast. Unfortunately we were asked to pay for breakfast anyway.

It appears that the bathroom exhaust fans don't work in any room in this hotel! My family used two rooms there in July, and two different rooms in August, and in none of them did the fans work.
