Beware! They charge 20.00/night for parking.
4.3
Went for 2 nights for leisure. Had to pay $20 night for parking that I didn’t understand because the parking lot was basic and not near anything you could walk to. Room was clean and quiet. Basic continental breakfast was nice we went to one morning only. Lots of road construction around hotel currently.

The only problem with hotel is charging a $20 parking charge for their parking lot. I parked directly across the street free. This hotel is near a residential area with ample street parking. To act like this hotel is in a congested city is a rip off.
4.3
They don't make your bed so I'm not sure if that's how they roll, but the staff is awesome. Continental beakfast is pretty good as well.
A lot of neighbor noise from nearby rooms, but I guess that's nornal. Sounds like kids having a WWF match, but it didn't affects my sleep.
The beds nice and soft and the AC is cold, it's a very comfortable stay.

I enjoyed the stay. I was very upset about the additional fee of $20.00 for parking. The cost of the room was expensive enough.I travel all of the time , all over the world. I wont stay there again for that reason.
4.3
Wasn't aware we had to pay to park otherwise we had a nice stay. Convenient to everything downtown.
4.3
Our room was very nice and clean..the beds were very comfortable..everyone was friendly and helpful.

Parking fee was unexpected
4.3
Generally good stay. Near several points of interest. Easy to access.

My stay was fantastic. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
4.3
20.00 to park was a little steep. And you had to walk all the way back to your car after check in . To put parking permit on car
4.3
The hotel staff, We're excellent. They were very friendly and were able to accommodate to my needs. The breakfast in the morning is really good and it has a good big spread. Ery clean as well.

Checkin was kinda slow and i was ignored by the manager who thought i was checking in with someone else but after that it went good. Hotel was very nice and clean. Not excited about the $20 per night parking fee, i feel like if you are gonna charge me too park it should be included in the fee for the room and not additional. Or room was right on the main drag and it was Friday night, it was very loud with motorcycles and cars racing in front of hotel till 3am. Room was otherwise very nice and bed was super comfy. On the morning of our last day the housekeeper walked right into our room while we were trying to sleep without announcing herself or knocking, and with the do not disturb sign clearly on the door. I had went down to the dining area to have breakfast, the food all seemed good quality and tasty but i had a carton of milk before i left that i only had 2 sips off off that tasted kind funny so i tossed it, turns out it was spoiled and i was sick for almost 24hrs. I had a talk with management about the housekeeper and i was apologized to and given some points for my inconvenience, i felt like they could have done a bit more but he didnt see it that way. Overall, a decent stay but the housekeeping issue had me worried as the info i read stated that housekeeping was only provided after the 2nd night, it was only the 1st.

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. It’s nothing like the pictures, it’s dirty and the rooms smelt like mildew.

Robin was the evening associate whom checked us in, FANTASTIC SERVICE, I reserved a room on My Hotels.com app late our checkin evening, as we had rushed Our Granddaughter to Children’s Mercy Hospital and We needed a place to stay the night. Stressed and worried- we found Our Room Super clean, Comfortable and cool. Nice hot shower, news and very comfortable bed, helped relieve a lot of stress! On Friday Our Daughter, Husband and Granddaughter released at 4:30 pm, and didn’t want to battle rush hour and drive 3 hours home, so on Our recommendation, they stayed the night at this Fairfield property. Oh, Breakfast very good, clean, and Front desk man was Awesome friendly and helpful.

Honestly, overall yes it was VERY clean, and GREAT service. Only disappointed surprise was having to pay an extra fee to park in the secure parking lot….that cost should be built in to the room cost. what’s next charging more for running water, clean bedding???
4.3
I would have to say that stat was not all that good. Had to pay for parking even though we rented to room. Asked for extra blankets and pillows we was told no on the blankets and got pillows 2 hours later.
4.3
Our room’s air condition was terrible. Either freezing cold or hot without ever changing the thermostat. Have stayed at this property many times and have not had this issue in any other room. The property was quite loud with children running up and down the halls with no intervention by hotel staff. Again, have not had this problem in previous stays. They have added a new parking fee of 20$ per day which is fairly new. Hotel is clean and centrally located. The changes at the property make others in power and light more reasonably priced with better location.

Great place

This is a very nicely updated older hotel. The pool is small and there is no hot tub. But the room was amazingly comfortable and nice
4.3
The pool wasn't great.
Parking was not included, $20/day.
This will be a phenomenal spot and bargain once the KC Street Car construction is completed, with direct and free service to downtown KC and Power and Light District.

Check in process was good, the clerk was very friendly and the lobby smelled great!! Room was just acceptable, clean but needs updating. Water never got hot. Neither in the sink or the shower.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great!
4.3
The staff was incredible kind and helpful. The room was all we needed and breakfast was great!

Excellent service

Maybe i missed it somewhere but the $20/night to park on-site in their lot took me by surprise
4.3
The stay overall was fantastic! However, having each pay $20 to park their car is ridiculous. Please reconsider that policy.

Very nice hotel and enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great stay. Perfect location for what we were doing. Amazing breakfast. Housekeeping made sure we had plenty of towels
4.3
Fabulous beds, no microwave in room was disappointing but they have them in the lobby area.
Lost and found service was horrible, they basically tell you to go to a website.
Room was cleaned promptly every day, quite impressively too.

Stay was great... I even had to stay an extra night due to unfortunate circumstances, however, they were quick to help me and there were no issues.

Every thing is great except the WiFi was bad

The hotel was nice. It was near the convention ce ter. the staff was very friendly
4.3
I like the location. The staff was very helpfully and friendly!
4.3
Hotel was what I expected (if not a bit more) for the price. Room was clean, staff was nice, free breakfast was decent.
$20 a day for parking kind of rubbed me the wrong way but it is what it is.
Once the street car construction is done, this is going to be a great place to stay. Hopefully the prices don't increase with the new service that will be available.
