David the manager was rude and disrespectful. He tried to charge $100 deposit on my last night stay. After I told him I wasn’t paying because I wasn’t charged one the entire two weeks I was there. David decided that he would threaten to throw me off the property at 11am. He also put me on a do. Not rent list. I called corporate and he had to check me in. He did that to several of the guest that morning. Later that day my dog was attacked by an aggressive dog that attacked children and other peoples dog. I filled out a police report and they had the people come pick up the dog. I called their corporate line to ask for a refund. They had an attitude. I need to be refunded at least two nights stay for this foolishness and mistreatment.
The property is ok with a dog attacking it’s kids, guests and other dogs on the property. Then they want to act like nothing has happened. I had to call kc pet project to come pick up the aggressive dog. David the manager is sneaky. He tried to charge people $100 deposits to guest that have checked in and out for weeks. When David can’t get the deposit out of the guest, he threatens to throw them out even though they have paid their room fee and sticks them on do not rent. That is not how a manager should behave and prolly should not be a manager , especially when he is a liability to the property.

NOTHING!!!!! The poor lady at the front was nice considering the ordeal you all and the hotel put her in.
Everything!!! When we arrived we were told they overbooked 40 people so we travelled 9 hours to go to a concert and had nowhere to sleep when it was over at midnight. The place was rundown and dirty!!
Tried calling you Booking.com to no avail because you’re impossible to get a human on phone. If you’re going to require a PIN then you should make sure you give customers one. HORRIBLE experience all around

Half of the furniture was missing from the room. It was a "no smoking" room, but smelled of cigarette smoke. The remote for the TV was missing. The carpets were filthy.

The hotel was filthy, the room had actual roaches crawling on the bed! I had to switch rooms four times!!!!! The manager did not care, wouldn't give us our money back and make us late for our event. I have an actual video of the roaches and dirt! And their health department license on the wall expired in 2021!!!!! Plus I wasn't the only customer at the desk complaining about being checked into a dirty room!!!!! Please remove this hotel from your list, customers deserve more!!!!!

Although the front desk clerk was very pleasant and patient, Check in was horrible. There was an issue with the reservation amount that the hotel versus what booking.com charged. This took an hour to resolve. In addition to that there is a $200 deposit that I was not made aware of in advance. The pictures that are online are either outdated or there were taken at a different location. Lastly, the hotel is FILTHY. The hallways smell of urine and smoke. The carpets are dirt. We had to request a different room multiple times because there was trash on the floors, dirty counters, and bathrooms. Someone started blasting Drake at 3 am in the morning.
Only reason we stayed was that our card was already charged and we couldn’t get our money back in time to book another stay for the weekend.

my booking says that this hotel has breakfast included, it did not. that was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. I am completely unsatisfied with this whole experience. The room smells like cigarette smoke in a non smoking room. The bedding has cigarette burns in it.

Honestly this place is not the move! The room I booked was supposedly non-smoking but it smelt horrible, the shower had no curtains and wife is very bad I was unable to even just do normal godly searches with no video, that’s how slow the wife is

the room we stayed in had a dirty washcloth in the sink and only had 2 towels, there was no coffee machine like it said it would.

Honestly everything. The staff was rude and I quote one of the guys said that he wasn’t selling any more rooms tonight and as the phone was ringing he said to some girl in the lobby he didn’t care about them people. The place was disgusting one of the rooms smell like cigarettes, beds looked horrible, mattresses were all stained. Sheets were super thin and there was trash in the rooms.

I did not Like having to put $100 deposit for no reason which was not outlined in anything before I booked. I was not impressed that I had to go ask the front desk for bed sheets and a blanket is the bed was totally bare and there were no towels in the bathroom. The clerk had quite the attitude and was rude until he was embarrassed by the fact he gave us a room that was not even made up then he got a bit nicer. The place was clean and it was quiet but the hassle of the check-in was ridiculous and the $100 deposit is ridiculous. See when you have to make your own bed because there's nobody else to do it. I have traveled most my life and I am almost 57 years old I've never had to put a deposit down and I've never had to make my own bed and get my own towels at a supposed hotel that is supposed to have that already before you arrive.

Great location and good price, but high for the season. 1 of the staff was great. On the day we checked in. The room size was good and we had good access to elevators and the main entrance.
I found bedbugs the second night. After seeing a dead one the first night. this was live and in the bed moving when I killed it. The front desk acted as if nothing was wrong. I checked out early. And stayed elsewhere before my flight.

The lobby smelt of excessive cleaning chemicals, the second floor hall and room smelt of stale smoke, even though non-smoking rooms, carpets needed cleaned. There were rooms with broken windows, a car sitting outside that every time you passed by different doors were standing open. The furniture in the room had chips, and there was patches in wall that had not been painted yet, refrigerator door had stains all over it, and no phone directory for reaching the front desk. We requested a refund and left. I had to argue with the guy that it should be refund through them, and not Booking.com.
