The hotel was just what we needed. No frills, but incredibly comfy bed and very clean
3.2
Good place to rest during a long trip. Close to I85 Highway, easy access. Breakfast is okay and staff very friendly. Room was in a good condition, confortable bed and decent bathroom. Excelent benefit-cost.

Room smelled of smoke and marijuana- it was awful!
3.2
Our room was not easily accessed. Had to park on the opposite side of the building and walk all the way around to get to our room. Our room appeared to be used for someone who lives in it as a long-term stay.
The tub was cracked at the drain and needs replaced.
We were not told of the breakfast and the times.
Very busy area. Lots of road noise.
3.2
Room was dirty, dust everywhere and it smelled horrible. Maintenance knocked I said to come back and 5 mins later he attempted to open the door, thank God I put the lock on from the inside because I was nude . I felt unsafe and checked out immediately, did not stay the second night. Lost the money on the second night. The front desk acted like it wasn't a big deal and made the excuse "maybe he didn't hear you". They did not have a do not disturb sign to put on the door. I felt unsafe and it was extremely dirty.
3.2
Had to go to another hotel because the photos posted online were so deceptive.. I understand it’s a cheap hotel but it was not as described. Bed had what looked like blood stains on the comforter with little effort to remove them
3.2
Perfect for the price

I didn't stay. My daughter and I were there visiting JMU, I knew we should have left when the sign at the days desk said something along the lines of "you can only stay 80 days before you have to check out then come back after a week" but I had already paid. There were groups of men sitting in the parking lot drinking and smoking, I wasn't going in my room by myself. I booked another room down the road. I've stayed in some places but do not book here for any reason. The couple in front of my at the new hotel did the same thing, completely false advertising. I can't speak of the room, I never left my car. Also look up "shopping cart killer" I'll leave it there.

The main issue was that it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room daily. When I told the front desk that the room smelled of smoke, he handed me a bottle of air freshener. This felt insulting. I was not able to get a refund or get a different room. We stayed the first night of our 2 night stay, but we cut our losses and left for the second night even though I paid $200 per night for this terrible room.
3.2
Easy check in. Motel style property where you drive up to your room. Upon entering room, had a slight smell of smoke in nonsmoking room. Room clean. Toilet seat needs replaced- stained and discolored. Sink and tub had stoppers removed.
3.2
Pre booked our room. The room they gave us seemed to be in the middle of long term renters. We asked to be moved and without problem they gave us another room in a better location. The new room was ok, biggest complaint, the floor hadn't been swept/mopped after last guest and the tub towel was stained. The price was very good so overall not terrible.
3.2
Room was not ready, waited a hour still not cleaned. Had to switch rooms, besides that, room was a good value.
3.2
Putting me in the area of the homeless
3.2
Bad bad smell and air quality.
3.2
It was ok. No closet. Mattress uncomfortable
3.2
The photos online are far from the actuality of the rooms. Extremely small. Our room did not look like the picture. Had a chair with stains all over it and a stool with stains on it. The headboards had all these greasy looking marks all over them. I would say it was a handy man special update.
3.2
Property was extremely dirty. Room was absolutely disgusting. Bugs everywhere, cigarette burned blankets, towels were dirty and everything smelt.
3.2
The stay was fine. Everything was pleasant.
3.2
Holes in the walls, urine dripping down bathroom walls. We had a dog with us and so the put us in a "pet friendly room". It smelled like a dog kennel that hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The kids socks were black from the floor so we just threw them out. Bed was comfortable. Location was great.
3.2
Overall property was outstanding love the 24/7 laundry
3.2
The room smelt like smoking , however we chose non smoking. The sheets were stained. The chair looked gross and dirty
3.2
The flooring was buckled looks like it had water damage. And the blow dryer didnt work. The bedding was stained. And the chair was thread bare but it was clean and vomfortable over all.
3.2
If you just need a place to rest your butt for one night it has reasonable prices and a reasonable breakfast. We had 2 nights and that was a bit much for us.
We could not change rooms as we had to have the handicapped room. As such we were stuck with a room with a filthy duvet with great black marks all over it, the smell of cigarette in a non-smoking room to a level that made us nauseous (seriously I went out and bought room deodorizer to use just so we could sleep), a bathroom that hadn’t been fully cleaned as the previous guests used toiletries were still in the shower, and an overall low quality mattress on a cheap metal support reminiscent of a pullout sofa bed.
The building was dated and not maintained well, rooms showed the age, and I can’t even describe the repair job that was done to the tub/shower combo to make it a handicapped accessible shower and no longer useable as a tub.
The worst part honestly was the cigarette smoke. It burned our throats when we checked in. The whole room was soaked in it. I bought my own room spray to soak the bed, curtains, and chair, as well as spray into the air every time we entered the room and just before we left the room each time. It barely made a dent in the stench. We were staying here to attend a wedding nearby and I actually kept our dressy clothes in our vehicle as I didn’t want to them to pick up the stench.

Its all good
3.2
Very clean and quiet. The pool was broken.
3.2
Room appeared clean enough but the blanket had holes and tears and the previous guests soap was still in the shower
3.2
It was good
3.2
The hotel is sketchy. Ford mustang up on blocks in front of the registration gave us concern. The walls physically shook when the guest next door closed their door. The faucet was hanging out of the wall in the shower. There was a rip in the duvet/bedcover.
3.2
The lady at the desk was rude, the non smoking room had burn holes in the comforter, the bed had hair underneath the comforter, the tub had hair in it, and the shower barely worked. I asked for a refund and she refused. I still wantu money back even though they offered us another room I was already discussed it with the place I did not want to stay there so we booked another room and she refused to give my mother her refund
3.2
Parked right in front of room. Reasonable price. Single level property, no stairs. Older facility, but very nice. Adequate lighting & outlets for charging electronic devices. Hotels by Wyndham never dissapoint.
3.2
Very nice, clean, comfortable. The area was congested and construction, a little difficult to get around
3.2
Basic road side motel. Nothing fancy!
3.2
It was nice and comfortable place to stay, but its in an arrangement with a lot of traffic. However hotel is located near a lot of different restaurants and shopping etc, which made it convenient. Would stay here again.
3.2
It had some age on it. The breakfast was minimal. Sink faucet ariator needed replacement.
3.2
10 day road trip through Appalachia starting in Buffalo, NY and ending in Charleston, SC. 2nd best hotel on the whole trip (first was an historic inn from pre-civil war era, so it's hard to top that). Check in staff was VERY friendly- (also originally from NY)- one of the very few friendly people we met on our whole trip! Thank god for migrating NYers who know how customer service is done!
3.2
Room dirty.
3.2
Easy to find and check in. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean.
3.2
We got to our first room which was disgusting. Blood and other liquids on sheets. Room was filthy and there was legit feces on the bathroom wall. We got moved and it was still clearly not clean but we couldn’t get our money back. Worst hotel ever. I wish we had got photos because just wow
3.2
We wanted a cheap stay for a couple of hours for a State Track Meet. This place was outdated but clean. Didn’t eat breakfast.
3.2
Good simple and expedited check in very clean very friendly staff
