Everything is great. Just wish they did a hot breakfast.

The best Point a I have stayed at.
Imran was very helpful on the front desk.
Some long black hairs on my towels, no hand towel... those were only negatives.
I'd love you to give 1 complimentary hot drink on arrival..... We used to get a hot drink included which was fabulous.
Very happy with the stay. Breakfast was nice. More spacious than other Point as I have stayed at.

Good location for Stansted Express. Nice personnel. Room very small, no tea and coffee making facilities. No hot English breakfast Breakfast, just continental - although big selection of fresh fruit. It costs 3£ per piece of luggage if you want to leave your bags before check-in/after check-out. For one night it was OK but I would probably seek another budget hotel for a longer stay.

Stay was as expected, with easy check in and access to rooms. Lobby had a nice amount of seating throughout (split between lounge and eating seating). Room was decent and the bed was comfy.

The room and lower floor has a fly problem, oads of little flys in the room and in the corridors. Quite clearly they have an issue mixed with no windows in the rooms. Really needs addressing as very unhygienic

Was great staff where very nice especially the smaller Chinese guy

We stayed at the hotel for the second time because the location is good and there is value for money in an expensive city like London.
But we have some general expectations for a hotel regardless of price, and those were not met.
No toilet in the lobby and restaurant for guests to use.
A fee of £3 for each bag in case you want to leave your luggage at check out. They were even charging a small shopping bag separately.
We checked out 2 hours earlier than check-out time, and we just needed the luggage to be stored for 3 hours. When returning to the hotel, they needed help to find the luggage in the room even with tickets on the bag. That's bad service especially when we have never experienced it before in our rich travel history.

Hotel was fine, as advertised, but the booking process via hotels.com was annoying - designed to deliberately not highlight that the date I requested was unavailable and just booked me for the nearest available date instead - I even noticed at the time, assumed it was my error and went back and changed it, went through the whole process again and it still changed the date at the last minute without highlighting or explaining why - and I missed it the second time - really infuriating, I had to book elsewhere for the night I actually needed - by coincidence I also used the (incorrect date) booking anyway - the hotel was fine, no window room, bed a bit small, but as advertised - breakfast buffet was pretty nice, I recommend the warm cheese and ham pastries.

It needs daily clean...but all was good. Comfy bed, not much noise from guests. All in all, good stay. Recommended for a weekend as location is great.

Comfort stay, room was basic but clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great stay and hotel. An improvement would be having additional pillows in the rooms

Clean, comfortable, great location. Staff were polite and helpful.

Good location for a hotel close to station. All right for a very short stay. Box room. Nice shower and comfortable. However a kettle tea and coffee would be a nice addition. Breakfast nice- gluten free options. Liked the idea of being able to leave bags at the hotel.

Nice staff and a small simple but comfortable room in the centre of London for a very fair price

The room was fine although a windowless basement cube as expected. What put me off was there were lots of tiny flies in the room. This seemed to be the case throughout the entire floor in the corridors.

It was amazing overall. Only minus was the noise from the garbage trucks that woke me up in middle of the night. Otherwise location was great and the hotel is very modern and clean.

Normally always like this hotel however this time it felt like it had down hill, little bugs in room abit mouldy. I think it needs some upgrades to be down to some rooms, however good location and not had issues previously

This is a great hotel for a business trip or London night out. Rooms are small but perfectly formed, no problem at all if you will be out for the night. The breakfast area and patio is nice and breakfast is good. Staff are also super friendly and there is someone on hand 24/7. Free Wi-Fi, close to Liverpool Street.

Stayed in this hotel several times for the location & value. Perfect location back from Spettafield Market, 5 min. from Liverpool Street, good vibes, nice café-bar & terrasse. I only miss not having facility to make a coffee or tea. Last time had a windowless room but fair for the rate I paid.

Great location, super friendly staff, the hotel is very clean and tidy, the rooms are not big but for a nights stay can’t fault it!

I have stayed at the point A at liverpool street many times and it has always been good. However this last time on the 28th October 2024, the sheets on my bed were stained and looked dirty. The room was very noisy and I didnt sleep due to train track noises. Overall, disappointed and I dont think I will return for a while.

Little gem of a hotel had a room without windows which was comfy quiet and had the best nights sleep. Close to Spitalfields and nightlife but out of the way and quiet…I will definitely be staying here again.

Located in a quiet street just off Bishopsgate which was fantastic. The rooms were simple but nice. A bit noisy - not sure if it was because our rooms were by the elevators but we managed to sleep nonetheless. The breakfast was lovely with a nice selection even though it wasn’t a big buffet. Would’ve been nice with coffee making facilities and not having to pay 3 pounds to store luggage - which they removed once I pointed it out, but I think it’s something a hotel should offer for free without the guest having to mention it. All in all, a great stay and we would definitely come back.

Good price and a good breakfast.

The room was clean, though it’s only cleaned every three days, which is a bit unusual. The TV and Wi-Fi were both good. The shower could be improved, as it only offers a mist setting with no other options. Overall, you stay here for the location—it’s not luxurious, but it serves its purpose.
I had to move room due to initial broken lock and then follow up room light switch fell of the wall.

Room was very small, and no options to make a drink or iorn in the room. Wasn't overly clean with hairs from previous occupant in the bathroom 🙄

Very satisfied with our stay. Rooms are small, bu sufficient for our family trip. Hotel is located close to Liverpool train and subway station with dining opportuinities nearby. Will stay again.

We were happy with the size of the room. If you just want a base while in London it’s very good for that

Terrible. Breakfast is the worst have every had, not english breakfast just snacks considering the money paid, Room was too small, no table to work, no water, drink or coffee, shower not great.

Was a good stay. Staff were very helpful when I had a problem. Room was smaller than I have had before but comfortable never the less. I have rheumatoid arthritis and my balance on stairs is not great. Thus I always hold on to the banister rail. The central stairs down to the breakfast room has no rail on the last part. It would be a great help to people such as me if the hotel could put on a rail preferably on both sides in that short run of about a dozen steps.

I was overall OK with the stay and the location is good (close to the relatively centrally located metro/train/bus station). The check in, though, is quite late - 3PM, while the check out is quite early - 11h, so you are forced to walk around with the bags instead of to be able to leave them at hotel upon your arrival. Also, the room was quite small and those who have a suitcase would not fit in - it's so small!
What especially annoyed me were two things - somebody from the personnel tried to enter the room while I was sleeping! (You don't have a system to check who is in the room and when?) And second thing, even if you stayed in hotel for a number of days and checked out, they would still want to charge you 3 GBP in order to keep your (even) small bag for couple of hours in the backoffice before your flight... come on... You are not supposed to gain profit from literally everything just because you could or might...

Lovely place to stay and great value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for our stay, just a shame that the air conditioning didn’t work for more than a minute!

The hotel est nice & clean and has good vibes. However, a kettle in the room for tea & coffee would be very nice. Having to dress & come down late at night or early in the morning for tea feels a bit inhospitable. Also the charge of 3 pounds a bag for the hotel to keep them when you arrive early is exagerated.

Convenient little hotel walking distance from Liverpool station. A lot of dining choice and things to see nearby.

Walkable to where i needed to be but the room was too small even for a single person
And wasn't worth the £150 a night i paid
And my room was allocated like it was separate from main hotel
I would stay again but not that room

Very nice hotel.

The staircases don’t all have bannisters. I was appalled. People are carrying suitcases/heavy bags about, which I think increases the opportunity to stumble.
I felt that it is extremely dangerous and according to the map, it was the nearest fire escape to my room.
I was told the staircases had all passed health and safety and fire assessments, but I really didn’t enjoy the experience of going down half a flight of stairs with nothing to hold on to, particularly with no warning.

A great hotel, friendly team working there, happy to answer any questions!
