Lovely little apartment perfect for 2 people with the convenience of having a little kitchen to prepare small meals. The location is excellent with a lovely cafe opposite, 5min walk from supermarkets and restaurants (so you actually never need to cook!). You are also on good transport links with busses and Tube less than 5min walk. Mark was a great host and there was even a full pantry of coffee/tea/sugar to get us started.
The apartment is small (normal for London standards) but I would still choose this over a hotel room.

The apartment is really cozy and well positioned. The area is super nice and quiet.
It is well furnished even if some things are missing.
Lack of maintenance (dripping water trough the ceiling lights over the bed), several lights not properly working.
Cleaning is not good enough: we found body hair all over the place.
This two things would actually totally change the experience if fixed.

location was fabulous, quiet room, small but comfortable bed. great coffee shop over the road. close to train. fantastic towels.
lack of wardrobe storage.

it was close to the highbury and Islington station - the furniture was relatively new -ikea contemporary which waa fine.
place reeked! . it smelled of rank drains or something akin to stale body odour. despite opening windows which then became v noisy, it was unpleasant and we were unable to get rid of the smell. sure it came from the bathroom / shower drain.

.Great location within a few minutes walk to the underground and can get around London really quick. An amazing cafe right opposite the apartment. Price is pretty good for the space we got vs a hotel room. The fridge was a win for us to keep our water cold and having a smart TV so we could watch iplayer etc and FREE Internet. A fair space for a London holiday home.
As a couple people have mentioned, the place is starting to look a little old but it is what it is, it was what we needed as only really there to sleep, can't always look brand new. Could be a bit cleaner though, was surprised there was no mattress or pillow protectors, they did look very tired! Couple bulbs were broke and shower cubicle leaked on the floor a little, be careful there but other than that it served our purpose and ideal place for us.

The location was excellent - close to transport and shopping.
The apartment was lacking a bit of TLC - the general cleanliness could have been better

Mark who met us was super helpful. Location was perfect for Emirates gig we were attending and 20 min bus ride to London Bridge. Loads of shops, pubs and cafes nearby. Biggest bonus was free parking.
Everything was perfect

Great location in a quiet residential area. Close to shops and transport. Very helpful host.
Some maintenance required e.g. TV had poor/no reception, toilet seat not secured, freezer needs defrosting.

Apartment is in close proximity to the Underground train station. Very quiet residential area --away from the heart of London. There's literally places to go, things to do which ever direction you go. If you value privacy and you want to stay somewhere economical, this is your place. Highly recommended.
The small sized bathroom can be a little overwhelming, I feel like it could use a little makeover. I have no other dislikes that need mentioned.
3.0
Excellent location, very close to transport links. Lots of shops and cafe's within a few minutes walk.
The overall place was very tired looking with old furniture and faded decor. The bathroom was superficially clean but could really do with refurbishing as there was mold on the upper walls and ceiling

Layout, kitchen facilities, ground floor.

Excellent location. Tube and good restaurants, nice area of London. Flat was comfortable, bed very good. Free parking a bonus.
A bit of maintenance or updating around the bathroom and shower cubicle would be good. Also heating randomly came on even though it was 21 degrees outside! Could not turn off.

Amazing location and great stay
