This was an excellent stay for our first time in Dublin and Ireland as a whole. The bed and breakfast feeling was definitely here. Breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were clean and cozy. Would totally stay again someday.
4.2
House staff was quite helpful and I enjoyed talking to them. They had very good recommendations, from what to see, to where to eat.
4.2
No parking nearby. Expensive on street parking. We booked two rooms which were far apart and extremely expensive. Our room (22) very small and set up weird. No drinking water in room. Did not purchase breakfast as it Wes expensive also.
4.2
Great spot just outside Dublin. We stayed as a family of four in a room with 4 beds and a bathroom.
The neighbourhood is quiet with lots of pubs and restaurants nearby.
The staff was amazing. Helpful. They have food, hot tea, cold beer…they even had a plug converter for me.
4.2
This was a safe, comfortable, quiet, that impact in a nice residential area. It was nice to go out and walk around, and there were several pubs within walking distance. The breakfast in the morning was quite good, the coffee was pretty bad, otherwise everything here was great.
4.2
The room was nice. Fit a family of four. We were by the stairs and it was louder while others walked up above, so that was bothersome as well as a creaky door that was between the room and foyer section. Overall was charming and a nice neighborhood.
4.2
Great place. We had several families who arrived and had several rooms. Its a good home base and had great breakfast. They stocked guiness, if you wanted some. Every staff member was exceptional. Thanks for a great job.
4.2
It was perfect for our family of six in the Super Family Room.
4.2
Convenient to Croke Park.
4.2
Lovely short stay for us.

Rooms are small but clean. The bed was very compfortable and the bathroom while limited in size offered a decent shower. The staff was very helpful. While in reasonable walking distance to the city center getting a public transport ticket makes thi gs far more compfortable

Excellent!!!

The receptionist who checked is in was great. She was very helpful and answered all our questions about getting into the city center. The kids loved being in the top room in the super family room. It was very large and perfect for our family.

Absolutely lovely! Professional, warm, and helpful staff, attention to detail in the rooms and around the property, and a delicious Irish breakfast each morning!
4.2
Great stay! Great for accommodating groups of 5, spacious room
4.2
It was easy to find the property. Staff members were very helpful and friendly. The room is in good condition and everything was clean.
4.2
Fairly generic hotel, but they do everything well. Would recommend without hesitation.
4.2
The staff was really nice and the rooms were clean. I had a family room and it was spacious with a bathroom, dresser, and big tv. It also had a window that we were able to open to the view of the garden. The area was really quiet. It takes about 10-15 minutes walking to get to main streets which isn’t too bad. From there, there are buses to get to where you need to.

The staff was absolutely amazing - very accommodating of our family. The suite we stayed in was clean, cozy and a delight to stay in. They offered breakfast on site which was very good. Would definitely stay again!

A great quiet stay, and great people who work there made the stay amazing!
4.2
Fantastic efficient staff and lovely building/room. Only reason i gave less than full stars was that water temp and pressure was bad on both occasions tried to use shower. Staff said all checked out but must have been due to high usage in a.m.
Great location- could actually walk to dublin city centre in about 30 minutes. Also took bus to airport- short 10 min walk and under 3 pounds fare. Closest grocery and several restaurants about a 10 min walk away. Also walkable to Natl Botantic Gardens and GAA- great museum there on gaelic sports games.

Lovely little guest house with friendly, helpful staff :). Walkable to city centre, parking available, and very comfortable rooms 😊

Loved the quiet courtyard sitting area and inside space too

We enjoyed our stay here, short as it was-one night. Aside from removing the wasp from our room (he took the open skylight window to be an invitation), all was all. Clean, private bath, and quiet. Just what we needed after a 9-day tour. Best bakery: FILO at 20 Prospect Road! Deal of the trip: the 41 bus to the airport for 2.6€! Fast and affordable!

Lovely hosts, clean, quiet rooms. Close to Dublin City but not right in town. Lovely area.

This property was reasonably close to downtown. It was quiet and provided what we needed. Our room was quite small but worked fine for 2 people.
4.2
Great location in a quiet neighbourhood, ca 30 min walk to the city centre.
Staff was friendly and welcoming, the lobby area was very cozy. The room itself was rather spacious and clean, bed extremely comfortable.
Limited parking on site, make sure to ask for other options at the front desk.
