A bit worn hotel, but the location is great. The room was okay but warm and lacked air conditioning, which made the stay less comfortable. We arrived late and were let in using a door code. Be aware of the limited opening hours of the reception and that breakfast is not necessarily an option. No worries, though, as there are nice French bakeries just around the corner. Overall, it's okay value for the money.

The room was tiny with an RV style bathroom. The receptionist was very rude.

Old hotel that needs a renewal.
Ok for a night

First time using this app and this hotel has put me off i should have looked into it more prior to booking
It was closed on our arrival and the man answering the door to us made us feel like an inconvenience rather than a guest, it was messy inside and out and did not eat there. The whole property had a smell and part of it looked derelict.
We were told our key was in the door and thats all, nothing about dinner or breakfast, we went out to explore the town and returned to a locked hotel, not being given the code to enter, sadly i had to wake up a guest who kindly let us in no one answered the door bell, she told us the breakfast was in another hotel, im unsure why this hotel was full as i would never go back.

Don’t stay there it’s dirty, unmaintained.

The actual hotel was closed and in a state of disrepair when we arrived. We had been moved to another hotel which did not feel at all legit. We left the city. Not a town to stay in. We returned to the quaintness of the countryside.

The room was very small. When we came in there was a bad smell from the bathroom (sewer) one net curtain was missing the other ripped. Matras was ripped at the bottom and carpet had lots of bad stains.

Best location in town and nice people working in it!

Nice enough staff, rooms are very poor and need some attention. Bathroom was cramped, toilet seat broken and very dirty. Shame as lovely area and nice location.

Our room was dirty, cramped one filthy net curtain was down and left on the window ledge and the bathroom was a disgrace. We asked to be moved and were given another room but this was also bad. The net curtains were dirty and the smell coming from the bathroom was disgusting. Both rooms were only big enough for a single bed and one person had to climb in and out of the bed from the bottom. The room wasn’t expensive but I would have expected cleanliness. Although we had paid for three nights we left the following morning.

After pulling into the car park, which I can only liken to Stepto’s yard, we made our way to A quaint reception area, which is sadly ruined by the overwhelming smell of food ( mostly burnt by the smell throughout our stay), from the kitchen, a lack of reception staff who have any form of personality, hygiene or communication skill and a poor system which had no record of our booking. This was thankfully rectified when they had a ‘family’ room available and so we were upgraded from our reserved ‘double ‘room. We were happy until we reached the corridor and had to climb around an old desk surface with a no entry sign on it propped up outside our room. Entering through the door we were greeted with a light airy room - however it still had the smell of food from the kitchen below.
The outlook is pleasant but noisy from the restaurant terrace below with plates and crockery still being banged around after 11pm at night . All the windows overlook this ( including the toilet, so no lights were used after sundown to avoid being seen in all my glory!) This wasn’t difficult with some lights as they didn’t work; it proved more tricky with others, as once on they wouldn’t turn off.
The bed was comfy and the bedding clean and soft- however the bags of tissues which serve as pillows ( only 2 in a room which sleeps 4) leave a lot to be desired. We asked at reception for extra pillows and were told ‘non, c’est pas possible’!
The rustic ( well worn!) furniture meant the wardrobe door didn’t

Very poor wifi. Prepare for a 1 star stay. Bathrooms are poor - no soap, etc.

You get what you pay for... and this was cheap, but we were keen to stay close the historic sites of Normandy. When we arrived there was no record of our booking, despite the fact it had been made six months earlier. As a result we stayed in rooms that were leftover in the wing which hadn't been renovated. They were reasonable in size and beds were comfortable, but things like pillows and towels were old and in short supply - bathroom was tiny, outdated and smelled of cigarette smoke. Receptionist/waitress acted like she didn't want to be there and the food were simply terrible. Enough said...

This hotel is deplorable, rooms not clean ensuite facilities dreadful, archaic. We were there three nights, towels never changed. Hotel staff only visited the bedroom once removed a wet towel but did not replace it. The ensuite is so small you could not swing a cat in it. The only good that the bed was comfortable. There were no curtains on the window. The room was infested by mosquitos as I was eaten alive by them. This hotel needs a complete makeover maybe a hit by a nuclear bomb might help, the whole set up is bad. They advertised wifi we couldn't find it there is probably better wifi reception in Outer Mongolia. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

We never checked in. Turned around after checking the room. Bad smell, horrible bath !! Low price but not worth it!!

The hotel had made a mistake with the booking. We had booked a double but they had us down as 2 single rooms. Therefore our room was cramped for 2 people. We asked for a bigger room but they didn't have one. We decided we couldn't stay. I went to tell them. They were then having a conversation about the mistake butt couldn't do anything. The room I booked was non refundable but as this wasn't my mistake we should have had one. Not a good experience. We went to Kyriad. Much better.
