The room was outdated and smelled musty. The beds were uncomfortable and the decor looked like it came from a thrift store. Seriously over priced.
4.1
There was black mold in our shower on the curtains, stains all over the carpet and the sheets didn’t even fit the bed. Only providing one paper thin pillow for a guest on vacation is wild.

Convenient location
Close to the beach
Friendly staff

Been going to the breakers for years, I moved to the Midwest and came out for a decompress vacation. Loves the room and the sauna! We will be back again!

Pet friendly, beautiful pool, playground for kids, family friendly. Room had several recent updates. Friendly staff. Very quiet area. Short walk to the ocean. Off the main hiway, little to no traffic noise. Lots of other amenities, too.

We rented a one bedroom condo. Very clean and cute. Full kitchen and fireplace. Only minor complaints was it smelled a little musty and would like to have seen some USB charging ports. Otherwise it was a very nice stay.

Patrick at the front desk was a delight. Please thank him for cheering us up after a long trip.

great place to stay, but the rooms are not very noise proof

The hotel was clean, pool was hot, everything was perfect

Nice place

Our condo unit was very nice, well kept up for the age.
The only down side is the walls are very thin and you may think your neighbors might be in your room.
So other than that, we would stay again.

Great view on horizon of ocean . Room furniture is dated but in good condition. Got free upgrade to king bed and kitchen in the unit.

They have the friendliest staff!

Lots of place to walk beach front from hotel

Building is old, no elevators, room needed better cleaning of sink, fridge and cobwebs. Definitely overpriced.

A quiet, cozy room. A little entryway to take off our sandy shoes. A private path to the beach. The place was delightful. The only thing missing was a kettle to heat water for my tea. The coffee maker makes the tea taste like coffee (bleh), and the microwave doesn't get the water hot enough to steep the tea (bleh again). But I guess lousy tea in the morning is a small thing in such a vast and gorgeous landscape.

People were great. Our original room was a bit dated but after we complained about noise from rude construction workers (who were staying for the week) we were moved to different room which had been updated. Internet and cable were down constantly (Spectrum so not surprised). Eating options were sketchy due to time of year but we had great weather (which you don't care about LOL). Indoor pool was nice and has hot tub but the walk was a bit far from "C" unit and it was in the 30's while we were there so didn't use much. Again everyone we dealt with at hotel and other venues was accommodating and friendly it was just the other guests who were jerks. I will say that if it was a busy time of year the noise from other rooms would like be intense. They have thin walls here and need to address with some sort of soundproofing.

Great property! Felt like I was staying at someone’s house. Games. A little fire log. Great views. Comfy room.

We received a free upgrade to a condo and it was very nice. Very clean and had a good beach vibe. The condo was spacious and updated. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the place

The room was cute and had a nice view. The shower could’ve been a tad cleaner, and we had a little trouble with the tv stations not all coming in well. Nice pool and hot tub and right by a great walking / biking trail. Overall, we enjoyed it.

Our room was clean and, well - charming - with nautical decor, well-stocked kitchen, and very nice small patio. The bed, though, was a double, not a queen, and the mattress was at the end of its life. My husband and I both rolled downward on each of our sides of the bed during the night!

Great place, friendly staff, dog friendly facility

The unit we stayed in at the breakers was clean and a nice size with a good view of the grounds. The little amenities in the unit for pets were great also! The pool/hot tub area was really fun and it was empty when we went so we had it all to ourselves. Recommend staying here for sure!

Nice pool and playground for kids. Love that the pool has towels.

Comfortable, clean, and on/near the beach.

We would have preferred comfortable furniture over sleeper sofas. Not good for sitting or lounging but good if have more guests.
Also would have liked a more comfortable bed.
This place is good for families, but not so much for a couples get away.

I loved how much space we had in the room, it was great for our dog and child. The walk out balcony was nice too!

The people that work here are awesome. Very nice friendly and helpful. The property is old and rundown. Our room 'smelled' the shower had mold, the carpets are old and stained, you have to unplug something to plug in the cove maker, and the beach is about 300 yds away on the other side of a grass field. We were charged $200 / night and there are better places to stay for that.

This is just far enough out of town that a car is needed for most things. Each unit is different inside so some are nicer than others as far as furniture, appliances and decor. The beds are not the best but they are doable. There is not ice in each building so you might have to walk to a different building to get ice. Pets are allowed in some units and we seemed to be surrounded by dogs.
