Our stay was good, rooms were clean and spacious. Cleaning staff was friendly and helpful. We did have a parking issue, our parking pass would not scan and we ended up just swiping our card again when we told staff they just told us there was nothing they could do even though we already paid for parking with our stay. But other than that interaction with the front desk everything was fine.

They have "apartment like" rooms equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, and kitchen, there was also a desk with chairs in the unit; large bathroom with shower. Probably a very good place for long-term stay. Kitchen services and breakfast were quite limited. They have a small bar in the lobby closing at 10pm and a few stands with snacks and frozen food. This place is probably perfect for business stays. Entertainment and late evening activities are not available or very limited.

Thia is a great location with nice views. The downsides were the electrical outlets did not all work which meant two things we charged overnight didnt charge, the in room fire alarms have a green light that flashes every ten seconds all night long. Cant cover or unplug - front desk daid ya, its that way in every room. It was a really nice hotel besdies those two things, but they were pretty big things.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and everything is sooo clean and nice all round expect for the area. There’s 2 strip flubs down the street and homeless people everywhere. Other than that it was beautiful.

The cleaning people deserves most of the credit for their friendliness and service. Its rare to see them say hello and asked how im doing regularly. Front desk do not even do that. In fact, they come across like I've inconvenience them. Breakfast is their strong suit and the people making the food. No place to really walk around since it's in the busiest street. Building is surrounded tightly with other businesses so no grassy area or park for a leisure walk. Parking is an extra $14/day which is a bit much when you're already paying for hotel in general which typically includes parking. Expect this to be in Scottsdale with their overpriced parking. Front desk indicated that was cheap.

We loved our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I liked the filtered water provided, and everything looked clean and modern. The only thing that disappointed us was the breakfast. It was way to simple and did not have much options to choose from. When I wake up, I look forward to enjoying a delicious and great breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was beautiful, modern and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful. Very comfortable beds and the shower was great. The breakfast had really nice quality items. The price of the hotel was fantastic. They are a pet friendly hotel too. Only downside was a parking fee. And it was difficult to find a grassy area around for our dog.

Front desk tried charging us double even though we had already paid through online booking Expedia. She kept saying that it was so for only incidentals. However it was the price of the room we had already paid. incidentals are only a certain amount to hold she said. I then asked why they were taking out double. she said that we would be getting it back. Made no sense

I can not recommend this hotel enough! We stayed here 2 separate times on our way to and from California. Super clean, friendly staff, great facilities, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, quiet rooms and halls and the best thing of all was the price! Oh and did I mention that breakfast was included? Anytime I’m in phoenix, this will be the stay for me.

Wonderful location right in the heart of town with many nice restaurants nearby. The room gets really dark when you pull down both blinds, making for a great sleep at night. The pillows made you never want to leave the bed. The breakfast wasn’t traditional, it included a yogurt bar, a bread bar and eggs made for you fresh when you ask. I traveled for a business conference and ended up getting an extra couple of days due to the comfort and niceness of the hotel. No complaints

It’s so nice and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds - especially after a long day. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. We didn’t arrive until after midnight due to several flight delays and they were still there in person to get us taken care of.
