So close to Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea (3 stops). Nice hip hotel.

Great price for a wonderful hotel.
Second stay, back to back. Booked originally for 3 nights, then extended it another 3.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. Fantastic service, lovely bathhouse. Very convenient luggage storage service was very helpful too! The whole family loved this hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.

Super convenient with a nearby train station and supermarket. Nice quiet location. Good onsen and gym.

Everything was above and beyond!
4.0
Large rooms, comfortable, spacious attractive lobby area, cheerful place overall.
Helpful staff, in particular concierge staff called Quentin from France who helped us with our luggage storage, then helped us take it up to our rooms. Was alert, pro-active and helpful with tips on where to go for meals, taxis, etc.
Would also like to commend Ghixing from Nepal who was on duty in the lobby area. He was very quick to assist with taxis, luggage, advice and made a phone call for us to a ryokan that we had booked and needed an amendment to our booking.
The local Japanese staff were not as pro-active, didnt speak English as well which could be the reason. Not as confident as the foreign employees.

Nice hotel with excellent staff. I enjpyed the amenities. Staff are excellent.

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. It was our first trip to Tokyo and we elected to stay outside of the city center in a more quiet neighborhood & we're so glad we did! The hotel is conveniently located by a train line that is 2 stops from Tokyo station so it was easy to get around.
The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. Anything we needed they were able to provide. The service was top-notch. We know very limited Japanese but the staff were multilingual so we didn't have any trouble.
We dined a few times (breakfast/lunch/dinner) at the restaurant onsite and were very happy with both the price and menus. I would recommend at least doing the breakfast buffet one day of your stay.
The room was decently sized and much bigger than you would get from a hotel in the city center. They were clean and everything worked as expected. My only complaint is that the beds are extremely firm which I did not find comfortable.
The amenities at the hotel were amazing. There were toiletry stations in the lobby with various items. There was a currency converter machine right onsite so we were able to change over our American currency at the hotel. We didn't get to try the onsen but it's tattoo friendly!
The FamilyMart attached to the hotel was a lifesaver. We were in there for coffee or something every day & the staff were always so friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again and recommend to my friends/family. I'd say more but I've run out of characters!

We chose to stay at this hotel because of its closeness to public transit for Disney and Teamlab. Hotel is very nicely decorated, love the public bath but unfortunately it's always crowded at night. Only dislike is the room does not provide chairs

Hotel is clean, new. Room is spacious. Buffet breakfast is nice. Just on the day 2 the housekeeper throw a used bedsheet outside my room without taking away. The rest is good

The hotel has a great breakfast and the rooms were spacious. We went with our daughter and son-in-law and 1.5-year-old grandson. They had room for a bed for their child and room to move around.
The location is nice. Right by public transportation to get to Disney and the Tokyo station easily.

Excellent stay! If you’re vegan or vegetarian, there are options available at the restaurant.

though the property is located in a somewhat residential and business area it is very convenient to the train station and there are several local eateries located within a walking distance. the staff is very accommodating and very efficient. They are bi lingual in several languages geared toward their clientel.

We like their mattress, had a good sleep after a long day shopping. We also enjoy their gym and onsen. Very Convenient to walk from hotel to train station.

We had a lovely stay (4 nights) at this hotel while sightseeing Tokyo. The hotel is perfectly situated just a few minutes of walk from Shiomi station. Train journey to Tokyo Central Station takes 7 minutes. Quality of service is very high. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of options (cooked breakfast, Japanese or Western meals). The rooms are certainly spacious for Japan, very clean and tidy, with lots of cute little amenities. Nothing to complain about. I would come back anytime.

Hotel service and clean. Room is bigger than Tokyo city area. Better have a car due to transportation is limit not many choice. But convenience to go by train

Lovely property, well maintained with great facilities. The room was a decent size and everything very clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Loved the onsen available to guests and meals from the restaurant were good. There isn’t much surrounding the property other than some convenience stores, a supermarket and a couple of restaurants. It is however only a one min walk to the train station (JR line). From there it takes about 40 mins to get to the Shinjuku area and 30 mins to the Disney Resort using trains.

This hotel was overall very nice hotel far from the city. You have to take a train to go anywhere. The staff were very friendly and polite. Breakfast was horrible. The quality of breakfast was very very low.

The hotel staff was super friendly when we arrived and helped check us in. The superior room we stayed in was super nice and on the 11th floor so we could see over everything towards the city. I would recommend you add the breakfast to your stay for the buffet, it’s cheaper to add then to pay when you go down. We ate the buffet twice, when we arrived and the day we left. Note: you will have to pay Tokyo property tax when you leave. We didn’t know this and at this current time it was $11 or 1600 yen a night.

I was surprised I didn’t see any Japanese staff for registration. I have nothing against it but I think you should train them in Japanese omotenashi way to greet the guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Price hotel, we are a family of four and we booked the room with bunk bed, mu kids love this room. The hotel is new and very clean, it is walkable to Shiomi station. We tried the restaurant for breakfast and liked that the buffet has lots of choices.

Super convenient to a Family Mart (connected) and super close to a train station, (with a grocery store nearby as well). There is conveyor belt sushi a few blocks away that we enjoyed many times while at this hotel. As for the room, a bit tight, but there were 4 beds and it was well appointed and more than comfortable. We enjoyed the lobby and the outdoor space (we bought breakfast at Family Mart and ate outside every morning), We stayed here on the front and back end of a cruise. Not at all near the Yokohama cruise port, but great for spending time around Tokyo. Staff was so kind as well and they volunteered to store some extra luggage so we didn't have to take it on the cruise with us. Wonderful hotel!!

Far from a lot of the tourist attractions. Service was ok not the greatest

Everything is five stars except it has not enough washier and dryers, so there is always a line up at crunch times.
