Overall it was a pleasant experience, spacious and comfortable rooms considering the price. The location is also decent. However, you might want to be aware that after checking out the hotel would not keep your luggage or let you use their lockers. There wasn't any alternative options provided, and when we reached the train station all rentable lockers were already full. For us, this policy majorly disrupted our plans for the last day.

The rooms as well as the hotel in general are very clean and everything is well done. The self check in and out are easy. The only negative point is a poor breakfast with basically no choice at all (cheese toast with or without ham and a coffee). Very convenient for a business trip

Very conveniently located hotel, 5 minutes walk from Ebisu station. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Location is very good with lots of restaurants, conbinis and supermarkets around. Location fairly quiet too, so easy to sleep and rest up. Breakfast at the hotel is simple toast and coffee, but enough to get your day started. Hotel recommended!

This is a hotel with a perfect location. The area is very quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It’s only a 3-4 minute walk from Ebisu Station. Although the rooms are small, they are very functional, making the small size a minor issue. There is a USB-A charging option at the bedhead, so even if your plugs are incompatible, you can still charge your devices. The bathroom and toilet are in separate sections and are hygienic. The only downside of the hotel is that you cannot leave your luggage after check-out. Since my flight time was shortly after the check-out time, I did not experience any issues, but it’s something to keep in mind. From Ebisu Station, you can easily reach anywhere in Tokyo using the Yamanote Line; you can travel both clockwise and counterclockwise to your desired destinations. There are also very convenient transfer stations for areas you can’t reach directly. If I visit Tokyo again, I will book this hotel without looking for another one.

This is my fifth or sixth time staying at this hotel, and this is the first time I've encountered extremely bad attitude from the staff. Except for the bad attitude of the male front desk staff, everything else was good.

Great place to stay, I had a single room which was spacious. The room was clean, bed was comfy, massive TV with netflix and youtube, and has a safe. Quiet neighbourhood. Shower pressure was really good. Only thing was that the room didn't have a kettle. The cafe that offered free breakfast was very simple, a slice of buttered bread or with cheese and a drink. The cafe usually had a queue in the afternoon, seemed popular amongst the locals. There's convenience stores nearby so you can get more food for you breakfast so wasn't a big deal. There is a sign saying that they'll improve it. Loads of restaurants nearby and Ebisu station isn't far at all. Overall great experience and would recommend.

This was a very nice hotel in a nice part of town. It was so close to Ebisu station annd walkable to Shibuya. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have stayed in. The breakfast that was free for us was excellent - I don’t understand the reviews that hated it. It was excellent cheese toast and a drink. Will stay again!

Extremely small rooms. Barely enough room for a suitcase on the floor. Customer service was poor. They expect you to use machines for check n and out. The room was clean and serviced each day but extremely small. No closet, no storage space at all. The room came with an included breakfast which was toast with ham and cheese. Clean rooms but I would not stay here again

This hotel represents great value for money. My room had a comfortable bed with bathroom and was always very clean. They have self service check in and check out. It is located a short walk to Ebisu station and about 20 minutes walk to Shibuya shopping mall.

The bar service is horrible, the staff is not friendly at all, the breakfast provided that is included in the rate it will be better to not provide any, it is a gigantic toast with butter or a little of cheese and ham, not good at all, you have to pay extra for milk, it is easy to provide a small breakfast, but here they do not do it, the service here is like not being in japan.

Super clean, comfy beds, excellent location lived up to what we wanted: quaint streets full of life and restaurants, convenience stores, and close proximity to the train. Wonderful little breakfast included started the day off right. Great shower. Cons: self check in/no staff/not helpful, rooms are teeny tiny (2 beds= 2 people/room max)

The room was out dated and had tons of marks on the wall. It did not look like it did on the pictures. The walls are thin so you could really hear everything. They charge you for staying an hour late lol and if you’re checking out (even if the lockers are available) you can’t hold your luggage with them. The lockers are only for those checking in! I wasn’t pleased with the hotel conditions and the lack of amenities for the price I paid. I won’t be coming back and recommend other hotels that charge similar pricing.

In shibuya district, Short distance to most tourist spots, and small restaurant shops. However the hotel is embedded in the residential and office buildings and no other hotels surrounding. I booked own car, does not seem easy to get a taxi at the hotel. Don’t expect anything could be little luxury in the room. Never had such poor breakfast ( one piece of ham cheese bread plus a cup of coffee or tea). Hotel is equipped with high tech system: check in machine and nice message mirror. Electrical plug is not located convenient in the room, no usb port either. Half self room service - pick room essential needs at lobby yourself.

This hotel is small. It’s a straight shot to Ebisu train station. The Atre is a 6 story department store with food, clothing, book store, liquor and grocery stores. There are many inexpensive eateries. Lawson, Family Mart, 7/11, stores. There’s a morning hit sandwich and drink included with hotel stay.

Our stay was good. The rooms were clean and bit bigger than what we were expecting. There were no hooks in the bath and toilet room to hang our clothes. The breakfast was not good. Too much mayo and not much ham/tuna. The sandwiches at the convenience store were better. Staff were helpful. Location was walking distance to station.

had an amazing stay at this chic compact hotel in the heart of Tokyo! The location is perfect—quiet, with convenient access to subway, restaurants/bars and mini-market stores. The room was fantastic—compact, clean, with comfortable beds, and a clean shower room with a separate toilet. Additionally, the friendly staff made all the difference. We had a fantastic time and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel was very clean and seems new. I booked a deluxe room and it was a decent size but lacked certain amenities, like there were no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom. Lots of outlets though. The lobby is small. There’s a cafe with a nice seating area but it closes at 6. The area is great, quick walk to Ebisu station and everything you need is nearby: bars, restaurants, shopping, etc.
