Welcome to Private Villa del Sol! Incredibly unique property featuring 2 units that are 2300+ sqfeet on a large lot that's nearly 1/4 an acre. Guests will get 2 units with all the amenities all for 1 price! This spacious 6-bedroom 4-bathroom pool duplex is perfect for big family groups and is in a very central location with many restaurants, bars, shops and entertainment at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino just 5 minutes away. The beautiful Dania Beach and pier is only 8 minutes away! 2 fully equipped units. Unit 1 BEDROOM 1: Features a King bed, on suite bathroom, spacious closet and Smart TV. BEDROOM 2: Features a Queen bed, spacious closet and Smart TV. BEDROOM 3: Features a Full- and Twin-size bed, spacious closet and Smart TV. BATHROOM 1: Bathroom with walk in shower. BATHROOM 2: Bathroom with tub/shower. LIVING ROOM: Features ample seating, sofa with Queen size pullout bed, coffee table and Smart TV KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with all you'd need to cook a meal in with a dining room off the kitchen with seating. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. Unit 2 BEDROOM 4: Features a King bed, on suite bathroom, spacious closet and Smart TV. BEDROOM 5: Features a Queen bed, spacious closet and Smart TV. BEDROOM 6: Features a Full- and Twin-size bed, spacious closet and Smart TV. BATHROOM 3: Bathroom with walk in shower. There is a coffee machine as well as pots, pans and everything else you'd like in a kitchen for cooking. EXTRAS: The duplex is equipped with 2 washers and 2 dryers with detergent for your use. Beautiful and tranquil outdoor space with a heated pool. There is a Gas BBQ area with great seating for spending an afternoon grilling outdoors in our 2 propane grills. Game Room Other things to note: CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 pm and check-out any time before 11 am. You will be given the check in instructions 24hrs prior to your arrival, and the check-out instructions 24 hrs. prior to your departure We follow all CDC regulations for cleaning and sanitation. Feel safe staying here as all precautionary measures are taken to ensure disinfected surfaces in the unit.

Great girls weekend stay! House was clean and tidy. Large fenced in outdoor area with heated pool. Host was quick with response time. Close to everywhere we wanted to see!

I have debated with my friends what ratings should I leave and I decided with a 4 star since 3.5 is not an option. We were 12 people over a long weekend at the property. I'll start with the bad: The pool was not heated and when I asked the owner about that she didn't even acknowledged the question. This was not a big problem since it was still warm outside but during winter months might be a problem TV in one of the bedrooms was not working but that was not a big deal since we came for the ocean and pool The units have a lot of utensils but silverware glasses and dishes were not enough and looked more like they we were bought after a trip to Goodwill (2-3 kinds) The units have central AC but probably is not enough so they put window units also. Now in the night they are blowing right over the bed you are sleeping in... One of the bedrooms is missing a twin bed so it was not as advertised The yard has 2 grills with 3 propane tanks but all were empty. I understand that it is our responsibility to buy them but come on at this kind of money a $25 propane tank a couple of times per year... The yard is missing a nice bright light Now for the good The units have been recently remodeled and they are clean , nice bathrooms and large fridge, also nice laundry room We enjoyed the large back yard and the beautiful weather We had a nice time with friends Overall not a bad experience but for the money and pictures we expected more
