Nice place

The property is clean, beautiful, and about 15 minutes from every major attraction. We had a great time in DC. The only problem is parking and that city is tough. There was parking for the apartment about a five minute walk. Overall absolutely loved it would recommend it.

Probably the best unit we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in a LOT as a large military family. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and enough room to contain all of our belongings out of the way. PLENTY of good quality amenities to use within the kitchen and the bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were impressed by the condition of the grill (very well cared for). The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a grocery store close by that was easy to walk to. The house is in a great location and was only about a 5-10 minute Uber ride to all of the locations we wanted to visit. There was a parking space that was open the whole time we stayed there that we used for loading and unloading our car. Overall, this was a great place with a great price. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend staying here.

Like the place! Didn’t like neighborhood

We had a perfect stay in this charming row house. The location is great especially if you’re attending a convention- groceries and restaurants are nearby and everything is a short Uber or Metro ride away. Will definitely book again!

We had a great time staying at Kelly’s row house. We were there for our daughter’s graduation from Georgetown Law and this provided the perfect place for us to have a home base to come back to after a variety of events and doing a little sightseeing. Had everything we needed!

Host was wonderful with prompt communications. The home was clean and decorated nice. I especially appreciated the stocked mini coffee bar since my conference started at 6am daily. It is a 4 block walk to the convention center as well as the metro we used to sight see. Closest restaurant is 1 block away, but we usually walked 4-6 blocks to have more restaurant choices. Would definitely stay here again for my next conference!

Had a good stay at Kelly’s place for a couple of days during our trip to Washington DC. It is very conveniently located and a good place for a family of 4. The apartment is nicely kept and has the right amenities for a family. We had a good time relaxing and doing fun things in the evenings as well with the board games at the apartment. Thanks Kelly!

We had a great stay at the property. It has just enough of everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bbq pit was a great benefit. It’s a little bit of a walk to the metro, but very doable. Grocery store is VERY convenient. Some steep stairs to get in, but we were able to haul luggage up and down ok.

We would definitely stay here again. It was very clean and a short walk to the metro.

We had a lovely stay at this home. Tastefully decorated and well appointed with all the essentials. It was the perfect spot to stay while in town for a family wedding. It was a great neighborhood with coffee shops and restaurants only a block or 2 away. Highly recommended.

The house was very clean, spacious for our family of 6 and convenient to downtown DC and all of the tourist sites. Easy to catch and Uber or rent a bike/scooter. Parking wasn’t super convenient, but owner provided us with info about nearby parking options ahead of time so we knew what to expect in advance. Owner provided great communication. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Great location, close to metro, close to grocery store, clean. We loved walking to the Mall, but the metro is only a few blocks and easy to access if needed. Lots of restaurants along the wall to the museums. There is a small city park that is across from the Giant grocery store and our kids enjoyed playing there one morning on our walk. The area is an urban neighborhood feel and my family of six enjoyed the feeling of being a part of the city life.

Had a great time staying here. Apartment is perfect for 4 adults. Clean and up to date. Check in was effortless. Close to all attractions… would recommend for a weekend trip to DC

We took our grandson to DC as a high school graduation gift since he will be leaving for college soon. Everything about the house was just as described and the host was pleasant and easy to communicate with.
The location was convenient but a little too far from many of the places we were visiting so we used a ride share quite a bit to get us to certain areas. The neighborhood is nice and you can tell that it is being revived. Although we certainly did not feel unsafe, we made sure we were not out after dark since we were totally unfamiliar with the area. I would definitely stay again!

We loved our weekend stay here! We were in town over a long weekend for a show and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There’s a grocery store nearby and it’s a short walk to the Metro. We also walked to the Mall from the house once, which at roughly 1.5 miles isn’t a short walk with a stroller, but it was definitely doable. Overall we thought the location was perfect for seeing the typical DC attractions, and the house was comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again if back in town.

Absolutely as pictured. My family of 4 plus grandma spent a week touring the sights of DC. Clean and comfortable home, set up well for exactly what we were doing. Parking and Metro are about a 10 minute walk. Metro is super easy. We did a little Uber too ... Uber works really well in DC. Parking was $30 a day, so we parked and left it without problem. Great combination of affordable digs, super clean and easy to get around.

Super clean! So clean I felt like I could actually relax away from home. Close to two metro stations so easy to get around the city. Garage isn't too far and there is enough parking around the rowhouse you can drop your stuff there and then go park. Beds and linens super comfortable.

Great neighborhood, walkable to restaurants, grocery store, close to convention center.
The best way to communicate with the owner is to call directly.

The home looks brand new. Everything was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was central to where we wanted to be. The Shaw/HU train stop was super close so we were able to take the metro every where. We enjoyed our stay very much.
