This home has a kitchen/diner, a utility, two sitting rooms, a conservatory, and a lower-ground-floor cinema. Appliances consist of a range cooker, two additional ovens, hob, fridge, two dishwashers, two fridge/freezers, washing machine, and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of four super-king-sizes (zip/link) with en-suites, a ground-floor super-king-size (zip/link), two king-size (zip/link) with en-suites, and one double with balcony; all have Smart TVs. There is a ground-floor shower room and first-floor cloakroom. Outside there is off-road parking for ten cars and a garden with hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the price. Old Rectory House is a great setting for a family holiday in Wales. Note: The pool will not be available from W.C 7th-21st July, 11th, 18th, 25th August 2023 and W.C 27th October 2023. Note: Swimming pool slots - bookable directly with the owner - Morning 8-12pm, Afternoon 12.30-4.30pm, Evening 5-9pm.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3.3 miles and pub 3.2 miles. Note: Steps throughout property, please take care. Electric Car Charging is not permitted at the property. Please note: the minimum stay at this property is 3 nights
Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Bannau Brychein (Brecon Beacons) National Park and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.
Town: Caersws is ideally located for day trips throughout Mid Wales. The village, which sits on the banks of the Severn, is home to a train station, several stores, a church, a few bars, a butcher, and a Post Office. Newtown, a bustling market town located only 6 miles away, is home to a wide variety of establishments such as shops, bars, museums, and an art gallery. Walking, cycling, and fishing are just some of the outdoor pursuits that can be enjoyed in this picturesque region of Mid Wales, and there is also a rally centre run by world champion rally drivers and a clay pigeon shooting facility of international renown. If you're interested in history, the ruins of Dolforwyn castle, perched high above the village of Abermule, and the Motte and Bailey castles in nearby Montgomery are both worth a visit. It's only an hour's drive to Aberdovey, on the beautiful Cardigan Bay coastline, a watersports paradise. Also nearby is the world-famous Powis Castle and Garden, which is a favourite of Prince Charles.
