Very disappointed

Clean and comfortable.

The shower didn’t work properly. The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The double bed was uncomfortable too. Such a shame that both myself and my son didn’t get a good nights sleep due to inconsiderate residents in the flat above. From 22:00 right through to 05:30 all we heard was shouting, very loud talking, walking up and down the stairs loudly, walking around their flat like elephants, just constant noise

Cheap as chips

I liked the flat layout. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't use it. The decor was nice. It was not cluttered but tidy looking. The tv was good size. We enjoyed the trip but disappointed with the description as compared to what we found.

The sofa was uncomfortable and dirty with hairs . The bedsheets were crumpled and bedding was unwashed the towels didn't look or smell washed they were dark colour so u couldn't see stains.. the bathroom sink was absolutely tiny and the shower screen leaked water all over the floor. We stayed only 1night so was ok.

Good place for a short stay

The instructions for key collection was very clear. The place was very good for a one-night stay and the location was close to the motorway - just what we needed for an overnight stopover on a longer car journey.

Didn't have a good night sleep

Location is good. The property has all the amenities like equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, cutleries.

But the major negative point is bedroom window didn't have any proper blind or curtain. It had a blind made of papers which just maintain the privacy. We woke up nearly at 5 am because the room became so bright. Lounge had dark blind which is very funny.

Good parking and great location for shopping trips etc

Needs cleaning up a lick of paint on the walls and proper blinds against the windows,especially in the bedroom the blind doesent keep the daylight out at all and is half ripped

Brilliant facility, fantastic owners. The sofa bed could be better.

The owners were very accommodating, everything was accessible and clean. Easy step by step instructions to get into the property for self check in. It’s a lovely little self contained space.

The sofa bed is not comfortable to sleep on.

Good value. Clean enough but not sparkling

Weird noisy upstairs neighbours up and down the stairs all night and constant walking around upstairs. Very odd behaviour. I flagged it up to the owners who apologised and said they'd speak to the management company. Obviously not their fault, but I'm mentioning it in case anyone experiences the same thing.

the location was ideal for what we needed, easy access once check in instructions were provided.

the bed was so uncomfortable with flat pillows, hardly slept a wink with the noise from the flat upstairs. would have also benefitted from some token teabags or the like to use in the kitchen.

We go to Wednesbury a few times a year normally staying at hotels a taxi ride away. our grandchild's birthday party was half a mile away. perfect location for us. will be back soon

Superb

Very Nice and Cozy Flat, Well decorated well equipped and very clean. Very easy and smooth check in. And also a welcoming wine and great chocolates😄😃

Maybe needs a better blind in the bedroom.
