The best place I have stayed in Scarborough.

What a great place to stay. I stayed in Flat 4 which is at the rear of the property. It was very quiet at night so I got a good nights sleep. The flat was extremely clean and very comfortable. It had a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with a very comfortable bed. The lovely owner Sharon was there to meet me when I arrived. She left a superb welcome basket which included a bottle of prosecco, snacks and breakfast items. What a lovely welcome. Great location and superb value. Can't wait to return.

Perfect.

We were met by Sharon who couldn't be more help if she tried. Nothing was any trouble and she was the perfect host. The rooms were spotless and fab value for money. Have recommended to friends already and will defo be back.

Exceptional

A lovely flat, well equipped kitchen (suitable for a long stay, self catering) and living space. Bedroom was comfortable. Plenty of space for storage of clothes etc. Location was perfect for what we needed. A short walk from North Bay, shops and cafes a short walk too. A short walk to Peasholme Park. Excellent communication with the owner prior to our stay, and she was on hand to meet us on arrival and when we left. Little touches added value to the stay, the addition of Alexa and a welcome basket. We loved it, and hope to return next summer!

Really good place to stay.

Great location, very friendly staff, left a welcome basket which was a lovely touch and completely unexpected. Would definitely stay again!

The toilet seat moved quite a bit and the sofa wasn’t overly comfy, but for how long we were in the flat (we were out most day all day) it wasn’t really an issue.

Fantastic location, great flat and all you need.

Flat was homely and very comfortable, everything you could possibly need. A great welcome pack was supplied with all you need to get you going. Sharon our host was extremely helpful and lovely, couldn’t ask for more and will definitely be back.

Fab family stay

The flat we stayed in was lovely and big plenty of room for the 4 of us, Sharon was a lovely host very helpful and friendly, not far from the park and town but quiet enough. Will definitely be booking again!

The only thing that would have been better would have been leaving the kids at home 😂😂😂

Friendly and communicative host. Really clean apartment Comfy beds and a quiet location.

The Living room felt a bit bare and the bedroom was small for a family. Bathroom was in an unusual location..may be an issue for some .

Lovely family break

We had such a lovely stay, my 3 year old loved the bunk beds! Sharon is such a lovely host and so welcoming! The apartment (Flat 5) was really cute and had everything we needed. We would definitely be back!

Exceptional.value for money and service..

My husband and I come to chomley every time we visit Scarborough. Absolutely spotlessly clean everything thing you need for a break away. The complimentary package is wonderful on arrival. We have stayed in every one of the rooms and are all beautiful. Sharon the host is lovely and welcoming and can't do enough for you.. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. Exceptional.

Should be knocked down.

Nothing. Horrible, dirty, dreadful facilities. It shouldn't be allowed to be open.

Everything. The shower didn't work, the towels were threadbare, over powering smell of air freshener. The matress must be 40 years old. The host doesn't care. No locks on bathrooms. I could go on forever.

Had a lovely stay here and would be my first choice when in Scarborough again

The host was lovely and she went over and beyond any other host I've come across before. All of my party were extremely happy with our apartment. Would highly recommend staying here and if I ever visit Scarborough again then I would definitely look at here for my first choice.

Lovely staff, very clean flats makes it feel very home like, there was enough room for 4 adults without it feeling too cramped, based in a location not too far from the south and realy close to the north bay beach made it a good spot to easily get around.

It was the perfect base for the weekend.

Just an overall good vibe, really! The "welcome basket" of goodies laid on was a lovely touch, things like that make you feel welcome and appreciated. Sharon took time to stop and chat in the middle of her duties to tell me a bit about the history of the building as I was heading off, hostess with the mostess indeed. :)

No issues or complaints whatsoever, will be back next year.
