Gary was a fantastic host. This property is impeccable in every way - superb attention to detail. Gary gave us a fabulous recommendation for dinner which was amongst the best of our two week trip in Scotland. The house has a lovely sitting area and beautiful breakfast area. Top notch in every way.
We loved every minute we stayed there.

Lovely host. Great food and facilities and great location. Landlord booked us a table at the local pub.

There was a lovely relaxed atmosphere as soon as we arrived . John the owner was a very friendly host , he recommended two restaurants and phoned to book both places for us then offered to drive us to the one further away . John also phoned ahead to arrange a cake for my partner’s birthday . He was so kind and easy to talk to .
Nothing , just wish we had a longer break

Lovely room, spotless and spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Pillow was too hard but that is my preference not a bad point.

Not very welcoming
Darkish room above kitchen which was noisy early in the morning.
Had to select breakfast time slot & food choices the night before.

John made us very welcome, and gave us some great tips of places to eat. Breakfast in the lovely breakfast room overlooking a lovely garden full of alliums was also really nice.

Terrific breakfast. Best black pudding I've ever had and the whisky porridge was a revelation

Our host was wonderful. Warm and welcoming. The house is a beautiful blend of traditional decor with modern facilities for comfort and convenience. The situation was lovely. Our room looked out into the hills - what a joy to waken up to this vista in the morning! Breakfast too was top notch. All in all a place that gladdened our hearts and fed our souls.

Can honestly say this was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The rooms are well decorated and a great size. Wifi had a good signal all over the house. The host John was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast, especially the porridge, was amazing. Its only a short walk into the village center. We will be booking again for our next stay without a doubt and recommending to anyone we know heading to Pitlochry.
Nothing it was a lovely chilled comfy stay.

Fab get away, walkable into Pitlochry, early check in. Porridge was absolutely delightful! Room was clean, there was even wine glasses and a bottle opener in the room, which we thought was excellent, as a lot of places don't like you consuming your own in your room. Would stay again, but I would book direct, I didn't appreciate how much more you pay for using booking.com
All was good.

Have stayed before and would recommend as a base for touring the area and as a stop off en route or returning from the far North. Comfortable rooms with all expected facilities. The porridge with cream and whisky was exceptional. On edge of Pitlochry but only an easy five to ten minute walk to centre, pubs shops and restaurants. Good parking, will return.
Was only offering porridge and toast as a hot choice for breakfast due to staffing issues, but a great choice of cereals, pastries, cheese and meats as continental option.

Informed on arrival that a cooked breakfast (as advertised) would not be available

We had a courtyard room that was very spacious with 2 large Queen beds which were comfortable. The bathroom was excellent with a very good walk in shower. The room was tidy, clean and well maintained. There is ample parking on site. Breakfast was buffet style but with no hot food apart from a very tasty porridge. Difficulty in recruiting staff was given for the lack of a hot breakfast.

The breakfast was very good for a continental one and the garden room, where breakfast was served, was lovely. The location was perfect for walking into Pitlochry where there were plenty of places to get an evening meal.
A cooked breakfast would have been a bonus

Breakfast buffet was very good. We’re not into full Scottish cooked breakfast so suited us perfectly.
Can't think of anything.
