Friendly staff great place all around.

It’s charm and great location to the train station.

Lack of vegetarian protein options. There was baked beans and hummus but nothing to dip it the hummus with. I ate it with a spoon sprinkled with black olives and had a great time but not everyone would go for that.

Overall excellent experience.

The staff were fantastic, so friendly, polite and courteous from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a larger room which was spotless clean and finished to a very high standard. I was expecting B&B but the Westlands was definitely hotel quality so it exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was really busy but the gentleman still found time to move us to a better table near the window which was really appreciated and they didn't need to do, given everything else they were juggling. I was really impressed and the food was gorgeous. The grounds are really well kept and look beautiful at night with the twinkly lights. We were able to leave the car for a few hrs after checkout which was an added bonus.

My pillow was a little lumpy but understand pillows are a very personal preference and normally I take my own.

Welcoming hosts in a comfortable room in a lovely, scenic location

Excellent choice for breakfast with good quality ingredients, coffee machine was particularly good. Facilities were good, with a comfortable bed, plenty of space, modern bathroom and a scenic view.

Great place to stay!

Everything ! very comfortable stay, delicious breakfast , good parking, walking distance to the town and great location for sightseeing, Pitlochry is a must see.

Quick break highly recommended.

Staff were lovely nothing was a hassle , very polite and talkative. Rooms were spacious lovely and clean . Breakfast was help yourself. 5 min walk into the main St. Parking for bicycles. Locked. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Would highly recommend.

Aside from being a charming building both in and out, it’s also kept in immaculate condition. The room was beautiful and cleaned to a superb standard. Room facilities are great and everything has a brand new feel to it. The linen and towels are wonderful. The staff are all extremely friendly and always show a smile. Very professional.

Great bed and breakfast hotel

Clean and lovely hotel. It is great to spend time in the garden after the breakfast. We loved the exceptional breakfast.

Nice little break

Beautiful building from the outside, very warm inside. It felt like heaven as I arrived in the coldest, freezing weather. My room was great, it looked new, plenty of plugs everywhere, and a comfortable bed. Breakfast was buffet style, which I prefer. I had a nice wee break.

Great property, we got a free upgrade, and the staff are exceptional.

Very clean, spacious, and the rooms were large nicely decorated. Every member of staff was great, especially the manager. We will definitely be back

Very well presented. Good rate for family room. The staff were very pleasant and helpful!

Recently this property has been modernised to a high standard. But yet keeps some of its original charm and detail.

Nothing really! The ONLY thing I could suggest is the LED light around the bathroom mirror, didn’t seem to work independently from the main light switch outside the bathroom. So when the main switch was switched off, the LED light couldn’t be used. That is all.

I really enjoyed our stay and would come back.

It was nice and clean, in a good location and the staff were friendly. I had asked for little extras to be put in for my wifes birthday and they were more than happy to let me know what was available and meet out requests.

great location as just a few minutes walk into town, good parking, very clean and comfortable room with a huge bathroom. great breakfast. all the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Enjoyed my 1 night stay very much

my only 'area for improvement' was the water pressure for the shower. this was very poor and to be honest it was difficult to get wet. No other comments

Enjoyable

The staff/owners were attentive and the facilities were clean and tidy. Breakfast presented a variety of good produce.

The only issue which caused concern was the noise transfer between the rooms. There was no poor behaviour but guests in the adjacent rooms could be heard speaking with the consequence that sleep was prevented until guests in adjacent rooms retired.

Enjoyable February trip

Great location, short walk to the village centre. Clean and nice and warm (Feb trip) with a fire in the lounge. Quiet in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. Excellent value.

A truly blissful break away

Beautiful hotel and staff were so warm and friendly. Breakfast top quality with a great selection on offer. Fantastic location and views . lovely log fire in sitting room …a joy to return to post walk/swim. Will definitely stay here again !!
