We used the house for a reunion of friends who graduated from high school close to 50 years ago. This is our 9th such gathering in the past 12 years and we loved the location and the house. There were long walks on the beach, boat rides and great dining opportunities. We would definitely come back.

Lovely place, great location, perfect for a large group.

The location was great and the house was spacious and accommodated our group of 10.
Although the pictures of the property are deceptive of the condition of the home. Many ceilings need repair and some walls could use some patches too. The attic has about 5 of the beds so it can get pretty warm despite the window unit. There was a hole in the ceiling right above one of the beds which was a little disconcerting. The porch in the back is nice but there’s also a hole near the light fixture that is now the home of a great northern wasp.
If you are expecting a pristine and hole free home this is not it. The couches downstairs either have a stain or smell as well.
There is a pool but it has no cover so you’ll have to clean it first.

It was nice because everyone could spread out , it wasn’t crowded at any time of our stay…

Together with my three sisters and their families, we had the most wonderful stay at the Warren House. The kitchen was a glorious gathering place, from which came big meals served in the generous dining room. Across the hall a quiet cozy living room for catching up with family we'd not seen for months, next to a TV room for movie nights. Every bedroom was warm, immaculate, and inviting. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the Warren House for a Family Wedding. Parents, Grandparents, Siblings, Aunts/Uncles, and Cousins of the bride were all able to stay in one house together with ample space!
Some nice touches with the Christmas decorations and the robes & towels for the hot tub. We enjoyed the back porch with the views and there was plenty of room for parking (which had been a concern with all the eMail notifications on the Rules of the house).
Yes the house is an older house which comes with it's own quirks, but that's also the charm. The five 3rd floor bedrooms were smaller with low ceilings but the siblings and cousins of the bride had their own space. The four 2nd floor bedrooms works out great for the older generations. The kitchen is a bit smaller than one might expect with a 9 BR house, but we easily fit 12 around the dining room table. There was a great table outside on the porch if it was a bit warmer. The kitchen could have used some pot holders and dish towels but we made due.
Not a Party House - So this is clearly called out now in th elisting and we received MANY a notification. But don't let that scare you away from the property for an extended family gathering place. Sure it was the 1st weekend in Dec so we were not using the pool, but we did gather on the porch in the mornings and evenings for conversations and used the hottub during the day. If anything, we ended up being the quiet neighbors!!

Our Thanksgiving crew invaded Plymouth the week of Thanksgiving 2023 and stayed at this property.
While the initial warnings of the neighbors and all the rules associated with the house was overwhelming, we had no issues and had a great time.
Scott was incredibly helpful and attentive to all of our questions and made us feel at home.
The location is perfect and the house was big enough to comfortably hold our group of 16.
We knew exactly what the expectations of the house were, and if you and your group are comfortable with those expectations, I am confident you will have an excellent stay.
Thank you very much Scott for all of your help!!

Warren House was perfect for our family wedding weekend

The house and property are so so gorgeous and conveniently located as a jumping off point for exploring the Cape! Just be warned that the five upstairs bedrooms are very very tiny and better suited for younger family members (read: kids). The property agents were quick to respond to questions and we're very thorough with explaining the house rules! The view on this place really can't be beat.

My extended family loved this house. The view from the porch is magnificent. The pool was delightful. The area has loads of wonderful attractions.

The pictures do not do this house justice. This is a very special and unique house. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could want to make great meals. We loved the large porch and spent our mornings and evenings here talking and just enjoying the view. The pool area is large and the kids loved it. Long Beach is only a mile away and has a nice sandy part where the kids tried out their skim boards. The beach town of Plymouth was also a really nice surprise. It is easily walkable with great restaurants, shops, and all kinds of things to do. Thanks for a great trip!

We celebrated our parents’ 50th anniversary here with our large family - ages 1.5 through 70! Great rooms and appointed house with everything you could need. Beach chairs, ping pong, games for kids, books, cool ocean breezes. Lots of sight seeing and beaches to visit. We loved it!

Everyone loved the house - beautiful, spacious and very comfortable.
Two things that created a challenge ;
First : The trash barrels where completely filled -all three.
I reached out to Scott and he expected us to find space in barrels that were filled? We had to leave garbage bags inside the house in the back area off the side entrance. We were told not to leave any extra garbage bags on top of the barrels outside the house.
Second: We were looking forward to using the hot tub but the temperature would not climb more than 92 degrees and a few of the jets were not working. It took very long for the temperature to climb because the settings were not working well. Only two of us used the hot tub, they said it wasn't as relaxing as they hoped.
We did wash two sets of sheets and left them on the beds but most of the sheets and towels are either in the washer or dryer or on the second dryer.
The WiFi was not working, I had to go downtown to access a connection to complete a job for work.
Beside those couple of challenges ,we had the best time.
Thank You,
Eileen Boyle

Great neighborhood close to town. Big enough for the entire family. We were there in the fall so didn't use the pool but that looks great. The view is awesome. Do yourself a favor and get up early to see a sunrise.

The house was the perfect place for our family and friends to get ready for my daughters wedding. The estate truly is beautiful and you can appreciate the history and architecture of the historic home.
Scott tried his best to accommodate our request for an earlier check in and called me personally. He was there to answer my call when we arrived at the house.
The house is large enough that we could spend time together on the main floor or find a quiet place to relax. The view from the back porch is spectacular and the perfect place to sip your morning tea/coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The kitchen is fully stocked for whatever you need. The extra small fridge in the wet bar was great to have for beverages. The dining room table was large enough for our group.
The two small living rooms are great and plenty of comfy furniture. The game room on the lower level is a fun little space with an air hockey table and plenty of games for kids.
We did not have time to enjoy the hot tub and pool but both were maintained and very clean.
This home is a great place to rent to relax with family and friends. This is not a home to party. The neighborhood is quiet and have year round residents that would like to enjoy their homes without weekly renters that disturb this tranquil environment. I live in a tourist place and can truly understand having respect for the homes around us.
I would definitely rent this house again when we have more time to enjoy it.

We were anxious about the neighbors before we even got there but they didn't bother us at all. We were respectful and not loud so they were fine with all of us. We had fun but not out of control. The house was large enough for everyone. The view was great but it is not on the water and no access to the water. That was disappointing. We enjoyed the pool tremendously. We went the last week of August into labor day weekend and the weather was great.

Beautiful historic house with a beautiful view. A lot of space and rooms if you just want to get away from the group for a minute. Following the rules are very easy as long as you communicate them to your guest and I highly recomend this property.

I've been traveling with friends/family for years. never see a house like this one. the neighbors started bothering us just when we checked in. And we got a phone call from the host at 9pm, saying we got a complain of noise. the first, we didn't make big noise. and the host told us no big noise after 10pm. we just moved inside the house. The house can't be locked safely. the basement door can't be locked. bed not comfortable, at the second day, the ac didn't work, the host the let me fix it. too old house ,bad neighbors, bad AC system, don't go summer time, you will be cooked.

My 14 family members celebrated my mom’s 70th birthday and we enjoyed our time very much. The house is very well appointed and it accommodated us well and everyone was pleased with their rooms and the living space on the first floor. 5 stars!

We checked-in early (Thanks Scott), we were able to sleep comfortably, cook breakfast in the kitchen and collaborate over the dining table. The HotTub and Pool were worked on while we were at the house, but it looks as if it will be gorgeous and ready for the summer season.

There was a group of 12 of us on a girls weekend. House was amazing including the fantastic views. Older home with tons of character and lots of space for our large group to sleep and hang out comfortable. Very well maintained and decorated. The place was immaculate and stocked properly with cooking supplies and spices etc. We really enjoyed the hot tub too. Would def recc to friends.

I rented this property for my family as a place for my daughter to get ready for her wedding nearby. While the bridal party was getting ready the toilet downstairs began to overflow after my daughter flushed. I immediately turned the water to the toilet off but water and sewerage continued to flow out . My husband and son struggled to keep the water absorbed with every available towel blanket etc. I called and sent multiple text to the host who eventually answered. I asked him to come to the property that we had an emergency He was extremely unhelpful giving suggestions ie “ you need to plunge hard” He would not acknowledge the severity of the situation as water and sewerage was now in the foyer ,heading to the kitchen and going into the basement. Btw he did not come to property for many hours. He eventually called Roto rooter. When Roto Rooter arrived they assessed the situation as coming from the house’s sewage lines near the street and not inside the house and was a “problem a long time coming” from the age of the sewage system at the hone. The Host to this day blames us and said he knew what the problem was and the Roto Rooter “misdiagnosed “ the problem and we were lucky he didn’t charge us the 2k to fix the problem. Of note all his bathrooms have fixtures/showers/sinks and tubs that are very very old He was insulting and just about ruined our daughters wedding day for us. I was already regretting the rental about a week before when I received an email with a long lists of rules and regulations as there are hostile neighbors that will call the police on anything and everything the guests do . Particularly noise. The house holds 12- 18 ,just talking with that many people on the deck could be constituted as too much noise from disgruntled neighbors. Oh and notice the beautiful bay you can see in the advertising? No accesss as it’s a private road to get to the water and the neighbors will complain And he watches the yard on his surveillance cameras and complained that we had 9 cars instead of the 6 in his rules The extra cars belonged to the hair and makeup people. It’s taken me this long to write a review ( stayed 10/22-24 of this year) because I become so upset thinking about how horrible the morning of my daughter’s wedding because of this host. I would strongly urge that you seek alternatives to this property if you are considering renting for a large group of people.

We held our annual Friendsmas at the house and it worked very well for us. Plenty dishes and countertop space to cook. enough bathrooms and bedrooms. The house has the old vintage charm and met all our needs. Looking forward to potentially doing this again next year! Would recommend this house for large groups.

The views are spectacular and the home was very clean. Unfortunately, there are a few areas of the home that need to be addressed. The back porch ceiling, the front porch benches are very soft and not safe to sit on and the ceiling in the 3rd floor back bedroom needs to be repaired. If the repairs are made I would DEFINITLY stay here again.

The house needs major work done. Shower leaked in one bath, effecting the floor so you felt like the floor was going to collapse. Black mold build up in the shower. Beautiful view from the patio however the patio had not been cleaned all season cob web in every corner of the ceiling. Leaves and dirt on the patio upon check in. Eye sore looking out from deck - shed door broken and things were left out on lawn, rusty furntiure around deck (just get rid of it). Pool had algae build up so was not a pleasant view. When you walk into the front door two planters on either side of the door with dead plants in them (just just rid of the plants). The two benches outside the front door - someone is going to fall through as its ready to collapse, mail overflowing in mail bin outside door. When looking for supplies in the kitchen, bag of moldy chips in one drawer panty was filled with expired old food. Most of these are attention to detail. I realize the house is older and that is what gives it charm however needs to be fixed up. Upper deck felt that someone will fall through that as its very unstable. Because of a circuit breaker blown out upper bedrooms had no air for a night. Very stressful week with trying to touch base with owner to correct issues. Very disappointing in the overall stay

Oh 14 of us enjoyed our stay. The pool was a delight. The house was roomy and comfortable. I would have liked every bedroom to have its own air conditioner however there were three with out. Other than that it was delightful We are a family who loves to cook so we cooked every night and had plenty a room for the family to help. From my four year old to our senior members of the group, the hot tub was a big hit

We booked a long weekend for Valentine’s Day with a few other families. We had 3 couples (could have fit another very comfortably) and our 6 kids. There is 4 large bedrooms in the upstairs, then a finished attic with 5 bedrooms. The bedrooms upstairs had various beds in each to accommodate friends or siblings being together. This is a perfect home for at least four families with all of their kids to comfortably sleep and have their own space and privacy. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to make a full on surf and turf huge meal. Kids had fun in the basement with the darts and ping-pong table. Having two living rooms was perfect for late night, some nights the ladies sat in the TV room with a fire lit, while the men played cards/games in the next living room over. It was cold so we did not get to enjoy the back deck, but having hot tub was the main selling point for this house for a winter getaway. We all loved it so much we decided we want to book again for next February!

The property was used to house family members for my daughter's Plymouth MA wedding. The location was perfect and had plenty of space for us all to spread out. We enjoyed having cocktails on the porch overlooking the water. It was also a perfect location for the wedding party to prep the morning of the wedding.
