About this apartment rental

Located just 10 minutes on foot from the Old Course, this luxurious two bedroom penthouse apartment creates a special stay while visiting St. Andrews. The apartment complex was completed in 2015 and lies just off South Street in West Burn Lane; an extremely quiet street for being so centrally located. Guests can enjoy the best bars and eateries that St. Andrews has to offer within just a few minutes walk. The apartment is also located very close to the East Sands Beach and St. Andrews harbour where there are plenty of activities to enjoy for all ages to enjoy. For the golf enthusiasts, it should be said that you could walk with your clubs from the apartment to the Old Course first tee which gives a unique but quintessential experience of St. Andrews.

The apartment is located on the second floor with a magnificent rooftop terrace, including large corner sofa, putting green and views facing towards St Andrews Cathedral and The Castle Course. There are two spacious en-suite double bedrooms with bedside drawers and fitted mirrored wardrobes. Each bedroom has a wall mounted TV set. The master bedroom comes with a delightful open plan en-suite that has a shower and bath. The second bedroom has two single beds. and en-suite shower room. There is added bonus of a separate stylish cloakroom with toilet and wash hand basin., giving three bathrooms in total.

The main living area is very bright and comfortable with floor to ceiling glass and magnificent views. There is a dining table with six chairs and the kitchen has been equipped to the highest standards; Fridge/Freezer, dishwasher, double oven with microwave, electric hob.​ A deluxe coffee maker can be used by guests also.

The open plan living area is a great space to enjoy the views and for hosting guests and includes a luxurious four seater sofa, hug chair for two, and two footstools to rest the legs after a long day on the links. A selection of fine books are within the coffee table for guests to enjoy. A large screen SMART TV with Sky subscription including Sports, SONOS system and BOSE surround speakers. will undoubtedly add to the guest experience.

Gas Central heating is provided meaning immediate hot water at all times. Finally the apartment is complete with a separate laundry room containing Washing machine and separate Dryer, plus adequate storage space for suitcases or other items for your holiday.​ Private parking for one car can be found right outside the front of the building​.

Great size for the four of us. We were blessed with good weather and especially enjoyed the outdoor patio. Fantastic views! There is no elevator to the apartment, so if stairs are not your thing this apartment would be difficult for you.

Love the location just a block from cafes, restaurants, and shops but removed enough to be quiet. We relaxed on the outdoor couches every day and enjoyed the sky/weather/countryside view from the massive windows. Having a parking space was nice. 10-15 minute walk to the Old Course is through all the best streets of the city. My only regret is not figuring out how to control the radiator heat - it was always just a bit too warm.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Stylish interiors and the block was very quiet. Having a designated parking space was great. Location was excellent for the bars and restaurants and a one minute walk for the bus if you want to explore the East Neuk area.
