This gorgeous new construction boasts a view of Bear Lake as well as an ideal location near Garden City and Bear Lake State Park. You’ve hit the jackpot with this lovely five-bedroom home! In the warm months, you’re surrounded by hiking and biking trails, and with Bear Lake just a little over two miles away, you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to water sports. This home also features a pass to Ideal Beach Resort, which has an outdoor pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day and an indoor hot tub and tennis courts available year-round. In the winter, make the quick trip to Beaver Mountain Ski Area, around 18 miles away. There, you'll find multiple trails for cross-country skiing, snow-shoeing, snowmobiling, and sledding. Should the lake freeze over, ice fishing is something everyone can try together, though fishing is still allowed throughout the year. After cool days on the slopes and trails, be sure to go for a soothing soak in your private hot tub to warm back up.
At home, you’ll find brand-new everything, from the floors, to the fixtures, to the furniture. Start the day on the large, water-view deck with a cup of coffee in hand. When you get hungry, step inside the large, open space, which features natural wood detailing, cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace, and a soaring wall of windows onto the deck. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen, and there’s room for everyone at mealtime between the kitchen barstools and the large dining room table.
You’ll adore spending time in the bonus room downstairs, with a card table, foosball table, and streaming-capable TV. No worries if you can’t agree on what to watch, as four of the five bedrooms have TVs as well. With more modern essentials like a washer/dryer, free WiFi and cable, and central AC, the only question left is how many extra days to book.

We had the best time!
8.0 / 10.0
This house worked great for us. It was clean, up-to-date, spacious and well stocked with activities, kitchen needs, and linens. A big plus was being able too use the passes to Ideal Beach. Vacasa was very easy to work with. One of the downsides was the yard (no grass and stickery weeds) and the steep gravel drive way.

The view. The big family rooms. The cleanliness. So many blankets. The huge table.

House was everything we could ask for. Vacasa isn’t my favorite property management company from previous experiences but still loved the house.

Very new and pretty house. Beds and bedding were nice for big family. But knives, silverware and cups had food on them. Not cleaned completely. Trash in kitchen was full from previous stay. Shower curtains all had about 12 inches of mildew. Need to be cleaned or bleached. Also, neighbor to the north has cameras in their windows pointing toward the house and toward the hot tub. Very uncomfortable and strange.

This is a really nice property that has everything you want in a vacation home. The view of the lake from the balcony is a highlight. The entire process from check in to check out was flawless. Hopefully in time the property will be landscaped a little bit to allow for some outdoor stuff and lawn for kids and pets. Minor detail as the stay was great as a whole. I'd definitely stay here again.

This house was roomy and comfortable for our large family group. We all spent most of our time relaxing and enjoying the view on the deck.

Overall it was a wonderful experience. Cleanliness of the house could have been better. Beautiful views and plenty of room and beds. Plenty of towels and bedding - except for the king bed - the only set of king sheets was the set on the bed. The road to the house is dirt so be aware that if it is rainy (as it was for part of our stay) the road gets very muddy and slick.

Coffee maker was broken luckily we brought our kettle and French press . Early check notice came but we were 4hours away so it was really helpful and was only 30 minutes . Thought it stated a 11oclock check out but it was 10. Never before had to pay to stay an extra hour. But it was nice the basement was cold you need to put a sectional upstairs. But we spent must of our time skiing so it worked out well. Nice accommodations.

We loved staying here. It was very wel stocked with all the kitchen needs and plenty of towels. The games were an added bonus. Nice and clean as well. We would definitely recommend.

The home is beautiful, the views are great, and for the most part the home was well stocked. A few little things that would be nice to know and were not listed anywhere I could find. The water heaters are on a switch in the garage. If they are off, plan on a cold shower. Good news is they heat up pretty quick. There is no outside garbage can. You have to take all your garbage in your vehicle to the dumpsters at the bottom of the hill. There is no grass. If your dog needs to take care of business in grass, they may struggle here. It some coaxing to get my dog to pee in the rocks, but we got there. Otherwise, awesome home, would stay there again.

We loved our long weekend at the Bears Eye View Cabin. It was perfect for our group of 10 for Thanksgiving weekend & nice to be able to bring our small dog. It’s beautiful, new & had everything we needed. It’s pricey & mostly worth it besides paying extra fees to Vacasa & not really having good communication with owners. Seems silly to go through Vacasa on top of Vrbo, just to pay more for?? 🤔 other than that & never being able to get the fireplace working (they should have sent someone to fix it but didn’t.) everything else worked out great.

The beds were super comfortable, the furniture and decor beautiful, and I enjoyed watching the sunrise from the deck each morning. I will definitely return—it’s a lovely place to stay near Bear Lake.

Beautiful home with Everything we needed, gorgeous view—-best place to relax after a long week!

It was a clean, open and well located home, pity that we had no hot water on the first night, as nowhere in the documentation was it stated that the hot water would be turned off and we would need to turn it on. We discover the water heater switch on day 2. Also the fire place did not work.

This is a perfect house for your next vacation!! It is a cozy and functional. There is everything you need for an amazing vacation. We spent the day at IDEAL Beach, which is included in your stay, and it is only a short 5 minute drive, where there are many toys to rent, lovely beaches and a swimming pool and hot tub. At the house, there is a beautiful deck with plenty of outdoor seating, the deck overlooks the lake, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails or just simply hanging out and visiting. We saw deer everyday, grazing on the property.
The bedrooms are clean and decorated impeccably, making you feel like you are in a five star hotel. All spaces are large and inviting, allowing for large dinners, game nights or movie watching. One of the best rentals we have ever experienced and we will definitely go back!

What an incredible vacation! Bear lake is so stinkin pretty and this house was a perfect way to experience it for our first time. The beds are so comfy, we had everything we needed without having to search for it and the house is absolutely gorgeous. This was probably the nicest rental we’ve had in all of our years of vacationing- so cozy and homey and just great.
We can’t wait to come back and visit and book it again this fall ❤️❤️❤️.

Absolutely loved this place! AMAZING views of the lake and countryside!!! We saw deer and other wildlife tracking right in front of our deck each night we stayed. BRAND NEW home…every room in the house is inviting with beautiful touches, including many extra blankets, towels, pillows, fully equipped kitchen, grill on the deck and more…extremely comfortable. GREAT LOCATION that is a short drive to the beach, bike rentals, walking paths, hiking, restaurants, groceries, gas, delicious raspberry shakes….super convenient. Resort pass included with stay provides easy access to the beach, a pool with slide & playgrounds for kids, volleyball and an activity center that rents: kayaks, paddle boards, jet skis, boats and more (reasonably priced). We had a blast on the water with our kayak and jet ski rentals. Ideal place for families/groups both large and small. We will definitely stay again…highly recommend!!!!
