The accommodation was absolutely beautiful everything was perfect and all the little extras that Adrian provided is just perfect and gives that extra touch made our stay extra special would highly recommend this accommodation 10 out of 10 on everything thank you

That’s childminding during summer holidays sorted.

Everything was clean modern and in good working order.The showers were a decent size and always had hot water and easy to operate.No complaints but was a cosy space with two active children.The back yard was a lovely space to eat out.Had a permit for a car to park not right outside but very close.

Close to the pebble beach but too far to walk to the centre of Llandudno with the children.However there are eating places nearby.

North Wales is fabulous and the property was a good base.

It was self catering. A parking permit was provided which was a big help. It was in a quiet area. The property was very clean.

My friend and I are elderly and we found the beds and 3 piece suite very hard and uncomfortable. The property could do with hooks for hanging wet coats etc. The second bedroom had very little space to place anything in there as the double bed took up all the room. No space for a tiny wardrobe etc.

Nice place but supplies limited.

Very clean, easy to park, good location.

Almost no toilet paper, very early checkout and strange request to strip the beds for Covid prevention. No toiletries apart from some very watery hand wash.

A nice property for a small family or group of friends.

Everything was thoughtfully placed to make it convenient to use and live in, including a garden that got a lot of sun during the day.

Really difficult to find the place! The numbering of properties down the street, which is in 2 halves separated by another road, is really poor. We walked for 20 minutes trying to find the property, which was at the beginning of the first half of the road. Great once we found the building.

Pleasant and comfortable property with walking distance of the town centre and nice eating places. Sorry no photos taken

iIt is a really lovely place to stay and well equipped too for self catering if required. my friend and I had a bedroom each, one of which is on suite the other bathroom was just through the kitchen. Both showers were great and there is nothing to complain about at all. The apartment is spotlessly clean with lovely linen and towels provided. Also outside through the back door is a little sun trap with tables and chairs. Parking was not always directly outside but the owner has got permission for guests to park in the church grounds and there is a permit in the apartment to put on show if you do park there. The grounds are about 60 yards away that's all. Don't forget to leave the permit in the flat when you leave.

Lovely apartment, would stay again, everything you would need & great value

Stayed at The Promenade Suite, (2 bed 2 bathroomed flat ) very smart, very stylish, with all mod cons, lots of cooking utensils & crockery. Garden to the rear. Good location to the Town/Beach, The host was lovely. Would definitely stay there again. 10/10

A gem of a find!

Great communication from the owner all the way through. Really easy to book on the website. Lovely, well presented and clean apartment and a great location as well. Would highly recommend.

Parking wasn't always easy and we couldn't unload and load luggage but great to have a permit for the church car park if needed.

We wish we'd booked for longer!

We loved the whole place - it was just perfect for three friends to have a few nights away. We were really pleased! Location was perfect too. A quiet spot within walking distance to everything. And a lovely walk too. We all wish we had Monday off work and could have stayed for longer!

A Perfect Stay 😊

The apartment was cosy and comfortable and we had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and in a perfect location. We managed to park on the street without a problem. We will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. Thank you for the perfect stay.
