The hotel is in a perfect location to work in the down town portion of Quebec city

Hotel was nice
A bit worn out as headboards were ripped
Hotel restaurant was very nice but food was not really good, lobster rolls were extremely runny and full of mayo way too much
Quite disappointed as the bill was close to $180
Staff at front desk were very nice

Very clean nice hotel Very limited parking and very expensive for the night with no security or even cameras in the area

My room was quiet, and the bed comfortable, but there were a few problems. My room looked over the atrium so I couldn't open the windows, and the ventilation system piped in cooking odours in the morning. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom, although one was delivered fairly quickly. The bathrobe and towels were threadbare. I didn't see much "plus" to this hotel.

No view and other guests could look in from hallway. Noise from up stair’s guests.

We stayed in Quebec for an additional two days after completing a cruise. We have visited Old Quebec several times and have stayed at other hotels. The Best Western Plus was a good option for us this time. The hotel is within 20-25 minutes safe walking distance to the St. John's Gate entrance of Old Quebec. We enjoyed the attached Nouvo Cuisine and Mixologie Restaurant the first night of our stay. A small restaurant but excellent food and presentation. The front desk was most helpful in answering questions (Nicolas, especially). Taxi service to the airport at 4:00 am was no problem. 15 minutes + at that time of the morning. We would stay here again.

It is a very nice property. The staff was excellent and very helpful. We came off of the cruise ship early and he stored our bags until check in time. He was very friendly and helped us find things to do until check in time.

So the hotel itself was very nice. The staff was great and I would certainly stay there again. That said it was a little ways away from the main tourist spots. Though Quebec has a great bus system which is easy to navigate so I used that to get around to great success. The hotel is also located right at the outside perimeter of the downtown area, which let's just say, means you need to be a bit mindful of where you are at times, but generally it was fine. If your from a large American city, it's no issue. Overall I was happy because the hotel itself was nice, it was reasonably priced, and it was only 2 bus stops away from the old city and all the main tourist attractions. It's also right next to Saint Roche, which has some great dining spots in it's own right.

Spent just one night. Good restaurant at the main level.

Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. The room itself wasn’t bad, but it was lacking in several areas. For example, there were no power outlets near each bed, which made access inconvenient, and it only provided enough shampoo for one person. We had to request additional items like toothpaste, and there was no kettle even though we requested one, and they said it would be brought in 15 minutes, but it never arrived. Additionally, the $32 per night charge for parking just doesn’t make sense. All in all, I wouldn’t consider staying here again for future visits, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others.

Close to d bus & rail stations, few minutes from Old Quebec and dining options are plenty. Breakfast at the hotel is great, though you’ll need to pay.

Nice place to stay, 30 minute walk to Old Quebec City. Room was fairly quiet and clean. Parking is a little pricy, not covered or paved.

We have a family trip to stay in the hotel over a week. It’s close to every transit station (bus stop, Via train station). And the bus comes very often. And you can also find a Metro store close by for walking 10 mins. The hotel room is clean and the bed is comfortable. If it’s a good weather, you can walk to most famous spots, for example old Quebec, parliament building, museum of civilization. Or you can like us take the bus. It will save you some time and energy cause we walk a lot during our trip. And there are 2 enterprises located the areas. It’s easy to rent a car. They can return after hours that can save you some overnight parking fees. Cause the hotel’s parking is expensive. And there’s a lot restaurants near, too. The price is also reasonable. We are very enjoyed to stay in here. If we come next time, we will definitely choose this hotel again.

Spacious room. Comfortable beds. Noisy air conditioning, constantly turning on / off

We asked if there's a kettle to get hot water, but the staff did not get back to us.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist, Ms. Marva, gave us a room that looked like a warehouse with no windows. When we objected, she said the whole hotel was full, then repeatedly said she was doing us a big favor and sent us to another room with no windows. When I took photos of this new room, which was disgustingly dirty, and went back to the reception, the hotel, which was fully booked, was suddenly empty and they showed us 3 different rooms. So we realized that she had lied to us from the very beginning. The room we had to accept because it was too late was also soo bad. In short, it was a terrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again and we realized that Expedia’s rating system is fake.

Spacious room, clean and in relatively good condition. Parking is tricky, and would be ideal if they have better on site parking. Overall satisfactory and will stay here again next time.

I stayed 3 nights here and it was conveniently located near shops and restaurants. It’s about 15-20 mins walk to old Quebec City. The staffs were friendly and answered any questions I had.
Tip: We parked across the street in the garage which was half off. It’s not in and out but we did not need our car until we leave.

Closed to old Quebec. Staff are nice and friendly. Everything has met the expectations. The only thing I would bring to attention is that the room smelled musty when we got in. When we turned the AC on, it gets better.

Hotel was very comfortable and close enough to walk to Rue St. Jean and into old Quebec. There was a Boulangerie close by that had great breakfast sandwiches. Lots of other restaurants to choose from.

This is our go-to hotel whenever we are visiting Québec City. It’s a nice 15-20 minute walk to Old Québec, there are good food options nearby and the hotel staff and amenities are always great.

Hotel was outdated and needed an upgrade. The bed/headboard had visible wear and tear, as well as the bathroom. Sofabed was so uncomfortable. I can feel the springs on my ribs and back while sleeping. Hotel location was close to dinings/bar, but felt unsafe walking around due to several homeless people in the area.

Location was good. Helpful staff. Close to the bus tour stop. Onsite parking (outside) so was convenient for the Thule box on the roof. Ran into trouble with this in other hotels.
10.0 / 10.0
The staff was very helpful with information. They were very kind. The hotel was clean. I didn't like that the parking lot was not paved but had a gravel ground. It was not easy to walk on and when it rained, there were lots of muddy puddles. Not to mention, this is not good to drive on with your vehicle.

Parking lot rough and hard to find a spot

Parking lot fairly close and with security cameras.
