Nice hotel - we especially appreciated the breakfast included in the room rental! The only downfall was the several drug-using, homeless folks congregating in the covered parking lot, as well as the entire downtown area; we didn't feel very safe walking around, and would reconsider walking around the downtown area if you're bringing your family. Not the hotel's fault, but very sketchy location.

Great location with a ho hum interior and an extra charge for parking even though it was on site. Worth it at Black Friday prices.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The price was great and so was the customer service. I’m blind, and as soon as I presented myself at the counter for check-in, the staff were eager to assist me. They assisted me to my room a few times during my stay until I Learned my way. The room was fresh and clean, and so were the halls and the lobby. The staff were polite and friendly, and they went out of their way to help me. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend and I would stay there again!
2.5
Great hotel. Room was larger than I expected, very clean and had everything I needed, plus more.
I would stay here again.

Worst bed I have ever slept in. What I can only assume was blood stains on the very gross carpet. Lady a check in made me very uncomfortable with my visa. Asking to compare numbers to my online booking. All of this after having to bring my young children in past the group of homeless surrounding the building. (Apparently a shelter was next door) however crack was being smoked in front of the doors. If we had an option to leave we would have. Unfortunately it was very late when we arrived. Only stayed one night. Never again. Management never called me after requesting to speak with someone.

I was expecting a full breakfast but they only offered a continental one, Breakfast closed down way too early. it would be better if they offered it up until 10:30 am
2.5
it was just OK, we were expecting a full Breakfast, but they only offered continental.

Next to a homeless center. People fighting outside and we can hear them on the 8th for. The room smells like mildew. I would never stay here again
2.0
Nice location. Room was adequate to my needs very clean comfortable. The sad thing is there’s park right beside the hotel full of homeless people not the hotels fault. Fault of the politicians.
2.5
Nice room, very clean and spacious.
And easy access, right downtown. Parking is extra, not indicated. So be prepared for that.

Lay over after concert. Just a shortage of convenient outlets for phone charging.
2.5
The service members were really excellent and helpful. I appreciated the overall cleanliness and having a breakfast as part of the package. Conveniently located and easy to check in/out.

Rooms are abit too dark; no entrance hallway light in room.
Have blackout curtains, but no way to close them!
Often many homeless and drug-involved people around the entrance and in parking garage, making arrival and departure feel unsafe.
Staff friendly.
Free breakfast good (though coffee could be much improved!)
2.5
Nice quiet and relaxing

Pleasantly surprised, we were aware of the concerns of others who had stayed there. The staff was very helpful and immediately fixed a problem we had with the room. We were impressed by the complimentary robes and well equipped kitchen. The homeless population near the hotel never caused a problem while we were there. While it certainly isn’t the newest of hotels, we found it a great value.

From check in to check out, it was great!

Friendly neighborhood, very diverse. Safe. Great restaurant across street - Morrissey House. Close to arena and safely walkable.

Great experience except for the price! I know that rooms were sold out throughout the city, but had to pay $700 for one night.. It's ok, we appreciate having the room.

The rooms were nice but the entrance to the hotel was so dirty, uninviting, and unsafe. Homeless people were all outside iliear the entrances. It was so bad we contemplated getting out of the car. The entrance was dirty. The dirt on the windoes could be seen at night. The parking area was nasty. It was the feel of a motel. The carpet getting off the elevator was filthy. The room however was clean with good mattresses. Crisp sheets. If i has known the above factors l, i would not have picked this hotel. Then we were chaeged parking in that nasty lot. I think for that price for the night the placr should have a look of elegance.

Unfortunately the hotel is located in a high drug use and unhoused person area. It feels unsafe to walk in the area.

The surroundings of the hotel were in disarray as was the entrance. In room, main entrance light not working, outlet on wall between bedside tablenot working, hair dryernot working. Definitely not worth 280 per nights stay.

Hotel was great very clean and tidy. Just didn't feel safe going outside. Area is rough.

Homeless hangout right out front, unsightly stained carpet and crawling bug(s) on ceiling and constant sirens … never again

Staff was very accommodating.

Pros: The service at this property was friendly and good. The room was clean. The price was decent.
Cons: The hotel decor is tired and dated. The downfall of this place was location. There were sadly a lot of homeless people surrounding the area that creates an unease. When we looked out the window of our room, you could see homeless people sleeping in the parking lot. When we left in the morning, there were three homeless people huddled in a corner doing drugs. Beside the hotel, at the London Extended Stay, there were at least 20 homeless people gathered. No one bothered us though.

Crackheads around building not good for children, overall stay was okay.

need a garage door to make car safe since several homeless people camped at night outside the garage
1.0
The cons:
The hotel amenities were not at all what was advertised on Expedia. The staff don’t answer the phone when called from the room. And they refused to provide any service or deliver a luggage cart to the room claiming staff shortage when I saw more than one employee in the lobby.
The hotel apparently charges a $75 security deposit which is not mentioned anywhere when booking. This is something I expect from a motel that charges $40 a night but not from a hotel that charges almost $200 per night. That’s ridiculous.
One of the phones in the room did not work.
The hotel is clean and the room was nice and well equipped. That’s why they’re getting 2 stars. Otherwise, this hotel is not worth the price.

Quick overnite stay. Everything was perfect & check in was quick & easy! Room was clean & comfortable as well.

The room was dated and dirty. Cigarette burn in carpet and on night stand - wall paper falling off the wall. Area around the hotel has lots of homeless people. Dog barking woke me up at 3am. Underground parking smelled like pot smoke. Wish I would have read reviews before is booked. Will never stay there again.

Bugs in the bathroom, average stay, breakfast was not good. Not a lot of options, nor was it fresh
4.0
Nice and clean. The area around is a bit rough. A lot of homeless people milling about
3.0
Nice staff, was clean and suite was big. People sitting in parking garage and lots of folks loitering on sidewalk beside building. No issues with these folks but felt a bit uncomfortable at times.
2.5
It was a nice and also walking distance every where we needed to go.

Drug addict everywhere….Dont do it!

The place is amazing and the staff really friendly, the only bad thing is the amount of homeless people around the property all the time
2.0
Location was good with many choices of place to go eat, but the area felt unsafe and run down. The hotel itself was clean, the room was fine, staff was good and the price was decent. But the overall feel of the area was just a bit too eerie for us.
2.0
Building is in need if renovation as all seems very rough. Area around building is sketchy at night. On the positive my car was left untouched.
