Our stay was amazing. We only stayed one night but the service staff and rooms were amazing for a hotel in the middle of the city. My only complaint is the bathroom door. Whe. You closed the sliding door there was still a gap.

I stayed three nights. My stay at the hotel was great. Room was exceptionally clean and large. I had a corner room with separate living area. Room did have a mini refrig. The food was amazing. The crabcake sliders and honey old bay wings were awesome. I traveled solo although my daughter lives there. I felt safe and secure. Walk abilility in the area is good. I walked to the inner harbor with no issues. I definitely will stay here again.

It was a wonderful experience. The only downside was the parking garage but we were only staying overnight so it wasn’t too much of a big deal.

Good. Beautiful place. Excellent service from the front desk, housekeeping, and especially security! Super roomy, comfy. Loved the hard floors in the room. So much cleaner.
However, this is the only hotel I’ve ever stayed in that did not have a hair dryer in the bath. No creamers or stir sticks for in room coffee, and our coffee maker didn’t work anyway. These were problems for me, but I did not mention them to any staff

I came down to Baltimore to see my son perform at the Peabody Institute. I picked the hotel because of the convenient location--but wow, this is my new favorite place to stay. Very comfortable and chic--but the staff is what really makes the difference. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Veronica and Steven!

This is a lovely hotel and the service is lovely. I am always warmly welcomed. The rooms have always been spotlessly clean. This time around the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, but luckily, I brought my own.

I like the location in Mount Vernon area near to lovely Walters Museum. Check in time (4pm) is strict - I arrived before time and they offered early check in at the cost of $25! Spacious room with 2 queen beds. Very noisy - traffic noise from outside despite high floor and small window - and noisy central air con that you couldn’t switch off. I couldn’t use the toiletries provided as they were so strongly perfumed.

The location of the hotel is around many historical buildings. The hotel is a short walk to shops and restaurants. The area is pretty quiet at night and not so much noise which is much appreciated when wanting to rest. The staff was wonderful checking in. Unfortunately, i
I can't remember the young man's name, but I never been asked if there were special accommodations I would like to have for a room, and my request was to not be near an elevator if possible. He took his time and looked for that very room for me and that meant a lot to me. The morning desk staff were great also, a quick checkout and quick instructions how to get out the parking garage. This was my second stay at this hotel and I have to say this will be my hotel of choice when visiting Baltimore.

Amazing hotel. Great staff and awesome room and lobby

As we checked in was greeted with warm and friendly faces . But there was a mixed up with the payment. I paid through a 3 rd party but my card was still charged . Which I had to fight to have it reimbursed.
Secondly when entering our final day at the hotel we were harassed by the cleaning crew after we informed them that we had a late checkout staff. She claimed because I requested the day before I had to request it again in the morning which made no sense.

The staff was outstanding. There was a dust bunny chunk near bed side stand but minor issue. Everything else was great.

Very comfortable bed and overall a good experience. Easy, inexpensive parking across from hotel. More attentive service at the restaurant would make for an even better stay. Thank you.

The place was beautiful, the Thursday night Jazz a treat, dinner and breakfast FABULOUS, room super hip and clean, but most notable and wonderful was the LOVE and FREIDNSHIP the staff have for each other. They were warm and friendly to us, but I loved seeing how much they like each other. It's clear that this staff is well supported and top down trickles. We would love to come back. Great hotel. Only downside is parking is in a public lot, but hey, it's in the center. This is my new favorite hotel.

Area around the hotel was very destitute and filled with many homeless folks that were influenced by drugs or had a mental health condition.

Hotel is great! Outside of the hotel is totally fine during the day. At night, there are homeless people outside in the neighborhood and a few were shouting at each other. With that said, it is hard to avoid the homeless in Baltimore and they are peaceful. I would stay at this hotel again. I was there with my wife and 3 kids (18, 9, 5). The only time we were outside at night was from the garage and back to hotel.

Fire alarm went off and we had to leave the hotel and not everyone heard the fire alarm go off on the 5th and 6tg floor

The hotel has a great atmosphere that feels uniquely its own style. The staff is absolutely incredible, friendly and welcoming. Their Poet restaurant has the best burger we have ever had. Our room was spacious with a great view of the city. The architecture of the hotel is striking.

The hotel is far from the “tourist” area and is an older hotel.

This place should be closed down. Its in a very inconvenient location, the hotel isnt well kept, and the staff isnt pleasant. Ive stayed at other indigos in other states and theyre some of my favorite hotels, but this has nothing in common with them.
This is most overpriced hotel ive ever stayed in. In my 2 months that ive spent in hotels this year traveling for work this was the smallest room and the worse location.

Stayed here for a Saturday night while visiting the City's Art Galleries. The hotel is a converted YMCA-type building. The rooms were a good size and well-appointed including a mini-fridge. Ice wasn't available on every floor. We prepaid for breakfast and that was a really good deal and very tasty and extensive. Front-desk and doorman were great. There is a cheap parking deck ($6!) across the road which is worth using. The Walters Art Museum is a 4-min walk-away and the Baltimore Basilica 3-mins. There are quite a few homeless in the area who are using the Basilica provided services and everyone seemed very peaceable. It's over a mile to the Inner Harbor but we used Lyft ($10-$15) instead of walking. They have a full-bar and restaurant in the lobby. We would use this location again.

This was a delightful hotel! The vintage feel of the building was lovely and the room was spacious and updated. The staff, especially the doorman Carlton, were very helpful and gave plenty of recommendations. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. Easily walkable to other area restaurants as well as some historical landmarks. Parking garage was easily accessible and reasonably priced. Would stay here again!

Downtown Baltimore suffers from urban decay. There is not much the hotel can do about it once you are in the hotel it is great but the area around it feels creepy and unsafe at night

What spoiled my stay was having to walk on and look at the nasty, stained horrible carpet.
