Arrived for a 10 days vacation, check in was friendly and efficient . Location of property excellent , right on the beach , safe and secure . Beautifully maintained gardens , rooms slightly dated but of good size . Water in shower was mostly tepid . Breakfast was good and plenty to choose from . Negative points : restaurant food ok but nothing to write home about , better and cheaper ones can be found nearby . Service in general : 50/50 depending on who you encounter , some are lovely some can’t be bothered. Late check out: only available at a fee of $36 per hr although hotel is not full . No shower room available either to facilitate in case of hotel being full and late check out not being an option . This hotel could be a 5* , if a little bit more attention to detail was given.

Visited the island for 2 weeks and I had a wonderful time. Breathtaking beauty surrounds you anywhere you go and the people and very warm and welcoming. I will be back again soon.

Fantastic pools and feet helpful staff. We checked in early and then also stayed on after check out and used the pool and bar, due to an evening flight home. We were made to feel welcome even after check out.

The solitary picture I attached to this review is of the line. It took over an hour to check in. About halfway through the General Manager (GM) mobilized the distribution of water and juice. They had enough seating for less than half the persons waiting, so we stood for the entire hour. I did not receive any GOLD hotels.com member perks. The room was as advertised. Between 4 PM check in day and 2 PM the following day I had to reprogram keys, call maintenance, and get assistance from housekeeping no less than 8 times because we were unable to access our room. Additionally the AC was not cold. Saturday the 14th we were moved to another room. Same general layout but this time with working keycard access and AC. The general demeanor by staff at the front desk was "this is someone else's problem" and that would explain why I had to get angry and ask to speak to the manager for them to change the rooms. I still spoke with him after the fact to explain my displeasure. It was just the icing on the cake when my purse was stolen from my beach bag at the pool on Sunday the 15th. I made an incident report the same night and at checkout on the 16th nothing had been done. No security camera review, no call nothing. Today Sept 18 i went to the property to follow up and was informed, three days after the event that there are no cameras by the pool even though on checkout day, I was told the GM was reviewing the camera footage and would get back to me 'shortly'.

Easy access to the beach. You're also close to a supermarket, mall and food. The property itself is old and in need of repairs. The overnight staff is rude and not courteous. The breakfast is stale. Room cleaning is minimal.

Staff front desk reception was not friendly or forth coming about any of the amenities of the property. I'm a native to the island and wanted to enjoy the property. However, besides a jumbo television with a slide informational day of activities: staff does not interact. Housekeeping- came everyday however; for example put my used cup back as clean. Hairs in the mini fridge and dirt of a yellow color,

This property is right on Grande Anse and located conveniently via beach to several dining options and shopping at Spice Mall. The water temperature and pressure in room was less than desirable unless cooling down from being outside. There was construction and room's definitely lack insulation as our neighbor was constantly watching CNN which we heard clearly in our room. The buffer breakfast was nice offering local traditional fair as well as an omelet bar. Try the fry bread. It was the best

Management and staff are useless. I paid extra for a room with a sea view and received a room with a garden view, couldn’t see the ocean. In addition, on the second morning I woke up to no water, the staff was not helpful in this situation. I had to basically wait for the water situation to be fixed. There was no sense of urgency to address or accommodate impacted guess.

I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson, however would have preferred a higher floor room. Given a room on the ground floor with children. Ice machine was not working/available on the side of the hotel where my room was located. Had to walk to the other side of the hotel to use the only available/working ice machine serving the whole of the hotel. I got my steps in for sure.

Waited 40 mins in reception with a toddler to be checked into my room. Staff were very slow and didn’t even apologise for the wait. Checked into room 235 which joins onto another room, I could hear the conversations of the guest next door in 234. It was not a quiet and peaceful sleep. Room was cleaned at 5pm the next day so no clean towels. Breakfast was lovely with lots of variety with helpful restaurant staff. Evening meal was ok, long wait but staff were helpful. Pools were great and virgin coladas were amazing!! Thanks to Akim for great service. 2nd visit here not sure if I will return.

The property is in serious need of updating the pools need some serious maintenance and tidying up the rooms are dated stained wall and a lot of wear and tear. No acknowledgement of special occasions despite having mentioned and they refuse to help you add your membership details to your reservation I don’t know why

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The staff could pick up the pace in service a bit, that maybe just me coming from an American high pressure, high pace system, maybe I some what expected a little more speed. The problem facility is great, good grounds a wonderful oacis pool and easy access to the beach. Bountiful buffet breakfast. I didn't get a chance to have lunch and or dinner at the property because I was out and about do tourist activities and location events. The property will not disappoint you if you choose to make it your vacation stay.

We had to wait almost two hours after check in time for our room to be ready after being told we should get it early as we arrived around 1pm. Rooms were clean, breakfast offerings are great, lunch menu needs an update. Front desk staff not very welcoming. Requested a late check out the day before leaving, was told requests only happen on the last day, called on the last day to then be told its $36us per extra hour. The agen could have said this the day before for us to plan better!
